Be careful, I live in Port Arthur and I am a contractor, and I can say that in this store they have the worst customer service and the app to pick up is garbage, they keep you up to two hours each time, no matter if you check in, and the dark-skinned worker Thomas is the worst at his job and not to mention Sona the manager, I am so disappointed.

Lowes is the worst company ever, you cant get ahold of anybody and when you do, they hang up on you. And Im not talking about just the store Im talking about the corporation too. Every time I need help with these people inside the store or if Im at my house or on the road, they do not give a .. about me or you or any American citizen. My opinion Lowes is its a threat to our minds. It is very poor customer service they run from you when you try to get help and when you call to complain to the company, like the main head man, he never answers. This is why Ritters is number one in my book and a lot cheaper, Lowes is a complete rip-off. I love how the deleted my older post. So you dont get to see the wrong that they are still doing. And why isnt there a way to call for an employee to get a key made. We had to walk around the store and look for someone who never can help because they dont work in that department. Not only that, there Minute Key machine only takes cards and no cash. I feel pushed away from Lowes every time I go in there. Not to mention I needed a fluesent bulb and a worker said this other bulb would work but wasnt even the same kind of bulb that didnt work. They dont really know if they are selling you the proper items, even if you bring in what you are looking for. I cant believe they are still running away from customers. Very poor service.

This place feels like a cluttered, disorganized hoarders house. It clearly never gets swept, and the shelves are extremely disorganized. I just happened to know what I needed amongst a shelf of similar items. The last one had no barcode or label on it. When I got up to the desk I was asked to go back and get the barcode off the shelf label myself, which is fine, but the attitude of the cashier and the fact that the barcode was missing from the item because YOUR store is a wreck is irritating. I m definitely not gonna waste my time in this dump anymore. I did meet one very nice employee but the rest were not polite at all and begrudgingly helpful. I can t see how this store stays in business with that sort of customer service and organization. Also aren t their corporate standards ? Who is checking on places like this?

Called Lowe s in Port Arthur after having a dishwasher delivered to see if they had the power cords in stock. No one answered and it rang and rang until a young lady answered and said I needed to talk to appliances. No one answered there either for a while and then the phone was picked up and put to the side so I could hear people talking, like they were just shutting up the phone from ringing. Sat there for almost 10 mins until they actually hung up on me. Called back and they did it again. 3rd time they just picked it up and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service.

Among so many things wrong with this store this is my most recent issue. so I need a something to grind concrete. What I need is a diamond cup wheel for my angle grinder. Half inch Arbor and all they have is diamond cup Wheels for a grinder with a 5/8 inch Arbor. Unfortunately they neither sale an adapter for a half inch Arbor to 5/8 inch Arbor nor do they sell the actual,angle grinder that I would the be happy to buy but unfortunately they dont have one so what they have is an accessory for a tool they dont have. Why why why is there only self checkout open and of the eight of those only four perpetually are open? Could someone with home depot please look at the land by tractor depot maybe this place would get better with competition because right now its the only place around here so they can get away with really really being bad at their jobs but please Home Depot come to Mid County

Id give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a washer and a refrigerator. Had it delivered the next day. They came and dropped it off and didnt even install it. They sat in their truck for 20 minutes in the front of my house and then drove off. Put on hold for 1 HOUR with a manager, and instead of sending them back out to do their job I was told I would have to reschedule for an install date. So now I have food going bad and cant wash my families clothes and all Im offered is Im sorry about that do better or hire people that can DO THE JOB.

If you want to waste your time making an online purchase that says pick up in three hours, go after three hours and even then your order will not be ready and you will wait more than 4 hours. This happened to me today and when I asked about my order they simply told me that They didnt have people while you see them standing in the aisles like it was nothing, this store has the worst service in all of Texas, it was better to cancel the order

My most recent visit to Lowes was to get new window shades for my grandmother. She has nontypical window sizes in her bedroom, so I was shopping for the Levolor trim+go cellular style light blocking shades. The Levolor blind cutting machine was broken, so I had a wasted trip. Im going to give them another try this week to see if their machine has been fixed. If it is not fixed, I will be lowering my rating of their store a star and take my business elsewhere.

There was a mixup with my delivery from 3rd party came up in person try to get it resolved and (Mrs Tiffany) and (Mr Jokbe) got us right! The guy was working by his self as I noticed they are short staffed but They Got The Job Done!!!! I m very appreciative for them. Lowes you need a better solution on /curbside/pick up. I use to order weekly and my order was ready within an hour. Now 4-6 hours later I have to call to check on my order and its never ready. This has happened six times in a roll. I then have to go pick the items myself and check out at customer service because its a online order. Why offer curbside/pick up when you cant perform this convenient option to your customers? If Lowes had time slots it would run smoother like Walmart/HEB curbside assistance. Get on board Lowes.

They offer a 3 hour store pick up, never believe in it. It will take couple of days for the item to get picked. Sad to know that nobody in the front desk really care about your timing. Update: against better judgement i went back in this store for a few items. I arrived to the front to check out and there was no registers open. Self check out only. Smh. I just walked out. ........Just left this store once again without making a purchase simply because I could not get a Lowes employee to open the locked area where electrical wire is stored. Asked for help twice and nothing, asked to speak to a manager, no one would talk to me. John was the managers first name according to the customer service rep. He never took time to talk to me. I try to buy local but when I try to literally give them money and they wont take it then its time to shop elsewhere. Very very poor management. Had a very disappointing experience today at Lowe s Port Arthur. Very seldom would I post something negative; however, it has been 30 minutes since this occurred and I am still shaking my head in disbelief. While in Lowe s with my wife, a sign said join the rewards and download the Lowe s app, so I did. We found a couple jacket s on sale and using the Lowe s app, we scanned the tag to see the sales price. The jackets were showing half price. We go to the register, and it rings up normal price. The cashier attempted to give us the sales price (from the Lowe s app) but the cashier stated it required a managers approval. She returns stating the manager informed her, they don t match online prices. After going back and forth stating it s not online it is what the Lowe s app shows, she went to get the manager. In the meantime another cashier came by and stated that sometimes the app gives a different price and she doesn t know why but she s fairly new. The manager eventually comes by scanned it with the store handheld scanner and the price came up full price and then scanned it with her phone using the Lowe s app and it came up on sale. After debating the price she went stated the problem was the item was out of stock. When asked to explain how it s out of stock when im holding the two jackets is well it shows we re out of stock. We observed at least 8 jackets on display. Circular logic was getting us no where. Lowe s can keep their out of stock on display! If I could give zero stars I would. They stated they don t price match their website, however we were using the app they recommend.

The customer service here is awful. Dont bother calling the store for anything. You can stop at Chik FIL a for a lemonade, then continue on to Lowes before anyone will answer the phone. Once at Lowes, youre on your own. I was needing assistance with garage doors, and pushed the get assistance button multiple times. No on showed up. I went to Home Depot in Beaumont, and has someone ask me if I needed help before I had even made it to the garage door section. The store is also a dump. Stuff is scattered everywhere, products are out of place. Everything is disorganized. Overall its a poor shopping experience. Order a single Larson storm door June 2023. After a month, I called the 1-800 number and talked to the head of installation. He personally called Larson who said they already shipped it to Lowes for installation end of June. I called the Port Arthur Lowes and they have no clue where it was. Then after eight weeks from when it was ordered, I finally got it scheduled to be installed. However, less than 5 minutes before the guy was scheduled to be here, they called to reschedule to because they didnt pull the door handle that we ordered, and it was out of stock. I asked to speak to the store manager Mark, and he refused to speak to me via phone or to meet me at the service desk at Lowes. According, to the sales associates and department managers, Mark doesnt speak to customers regarding anything. This isnt the first time Mark has refused to talk to me regarding an installed job. LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE LOWES FOR A BIG HOME PURCHASE/JOB!!!

This has to be the most poorly managed Lowes in the region. I have experienced the worst customer service here time after time. None of the employees want to help or work at all. They stand around and avoid customers. I no longer shop here and instead go to Ritter Lumber where they are excellent.

This rating is because we went to the local Lowes (store #1151) in Port Arthur, Texas. We were through shopping and proceeded to checkout. There was one lady at a register with the light on, but she said she was closed. The only checkout lanes open were the self checkout. Thats ridiculous, thats the kind of thing I expect at Walmart. We left our buggy and walked out . So disappointing .

I found what I needed for a reasonable price. The only problem I encountered was thinking the concrete blocks I was after were in gardening when they were in lumber. My fault for not asking or looking on my phone for an aisle number.

Please dont buy any appliances from Lowes I just find out that I did a big mistake to bought my refrigerator in January and I didnt like it now when I asked them for return they told that the return policy is only 48 hours which we were never told when we were buying the refrigerator and how you would know only in 48 hours about the appliance that you like or not in this short window which is so weared to me, and how the Lowes can be that much fast to come in 48 hours to pick it back after purchased, I will never buy anything from Lowes again in my life and never let my friends and family to, the manager and customer service are always so rude and never helped, please stay away from Lowes and save your money, the lady were told me that the return policy is on website which we never bought online how would we go online and check the policy if we bought in store and the website can change in second how someone can trust, I wish I bought from somewhere else at least I would have something in my hand now, but no one told this when we were purchasing and the return policy is 90 days for anywhere in states, I would not waste my time on review either but I just want to let people know because you will not see that even on website.

Sad that you are willing to pay more and drive further for plumbing parts, than shop at this Lowes! When asking for help, the young man working there said You came on the wrong day, we organize these bins once a week I had to stop myself from laughing, I have been coming to that store for 4 years and never once have I seen the plumbing department organized! Last chance ... Ill go somewhere else now.
