Im not sure I can do justice to how amazing Stephanie and this venue are for a rustic/Hill Country style wedding with the convenience of being near the city. Stephanie was the quickest to get us a tour scheduled to view the venue and I absolutely loved the space - from the beautiful large oak trees on the grounds to the historic chapel, many options are available for both indoor/outdoor spaces for hosting. Additionally, this was definitely the best value for price, as the Rustic Pearl also accommodates micro-weddings. Definitely my favorite selection and top pick if my fiance hadnt decided to go a different direction (i.e. not rustic). Hoping well at least have an excuse to host a different event in the neat reception hall sometime in the future!

This review is almost a year delayed, but needed to be done! We got married at the Rustic Pearl on July 1, 2023, and couldn t be happier with this venue. From the beginning, Stephanie answered all my questions and took great care of us. The venue consists of three main areas - the chapel, a large outdoor area (which was too hot for us to use in July!) and a reception hall. I loved the chapel, which gives off fairy tale romance vibes. It s tiny, but perfect with wooden church pews for the guests, plus small but delightful rooms for the bride and groom to get ready. It is also wired with speakers so you can easily play your wedding playlist and save the DJ for the party. After the I Do, everybody walked across the lawn to the reception hall. I have to say, I wish the weather had been just a little nicer so we could have enjoyed this space properly! Large oak trees for plenty of shade, a deck for dancing under the stars and Adirondack seating scattered in conversation groups - truly lovely. As for the reception hall, it s an adorable space with wood floors and plenty of rooms for tables and dancing. I particularly loved that we could add on the serving staff and bartender to the package. Easy peasy! The venue took care of all the decorating, even the centerpieces! All we had to set up were the dishes. My family and friends raved about how adorable and so very Texas this was. If you re looking for a place for your wedding or special event, I can t recommend this one enough!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. Served at a wedding reception here for a friend, loved seeing the wedding chapel when we drove up. So much space inside and even more outside. Gazebo, ;large yard to set up tables outside. Kitchen is big enough to fit several workers at the same time. Love the ramp leading to the back entrance, easy to move coolers and supplies in and out/ Never been here before and definitely not let down.

Came across this venue on Google the same day I was to look at a different venue. Im glad I did. Was exactly what we were looking for to hold a baby shower. Stephanie was kind and also listened to my last minute request. Will definitely not stop talking about this venue and how beautiful the property was.

We were beyond impressed with booking the rustic pearl for our daughters Quinceanera. The venue itself is so quaint and beautiful but the customer service Stephanie provide is over and beyond. Just had our anniversary celebration here and the venue was so beautiful! Ourdoor area was nice with benches and lights. Indoor hall was rustic and quaint, with plenty of room for dancing, a bar, photo booth, cake table and gift table. The planning process was super easy to do with the staff. Stephanie was very responsive, friendly and flexible. The staff decorated based off photos I sent and it was perfect!! Loved our party, had the best time, and it was a success because of the communication with this venue. Definitely going to have more celebrations at this venue in the future.

This was such an amazing place! We came here for my sisters wedding and it was absolutely wonderful! Private and tucked away it was a perfect place for us to celebrate! The chapel was the perfect mix of old time vibes and new style! It was lovely! The hall was decorated beautifully with lights and drapery! They helped us set everything up and we re so willing to be flexible with us! They made it such a great and memorable day! I would give them more stars if it was possible!

My wife and I had an elopement reception here with 120 guests. The venue took care of everything and was very flexible with us. Stephanie and her team alleviated a lot of the stress along the way and did an amazing job making sure the night went perfect. We had planned on having an outdoor event but decided to move it inside last minute due to weather, which the team did a great job adjusting to given the short notice. The bar tender was awesome, we went a little over on time (sorry!) but there was no pressure to leave or rush out, all the staff were very friendly, the setup was perfect, the space was open and clean- at the end of the night, we had many compliments on how well the event went (all credit to this team). Highly recommend this venue! It s beautiful, has an amazing team, and has everything you need to enjoy a special night with family and friends. Thank you Rustic Pearl for having us and for making memories we will never forget!

As a bride whos wedding was going completely wrong, the owner and planner of this venue stepped in and SAVED MY DAY!! Stephanie was kind enough to take time away from her family and step in at the last minute just when I thought the whole day was ruined. She helped organize my bridal party and setup the entire ceremony and reception decor on the fly when my coordinator just quit trying. She was so professional and sweet and kept everything flowing so beautifully. She did all of this three hours before my wedding while on vacation with her family, in a venue she does not know. I can only imagine what she is capable of from start to finish in her own venue!! To have such a wonder planner save my wedding day at the last minute will be something I will be forever grateful for and I would suggest anyone that lives in her area that has an important day and needs someone to hire for a guaranteed job amazingly done to call Stephanie Fischer, I promise she is worth it.

I had my sons graduation at this pretty hall. I discussed that the event was going to finish at 12 and she informed me that they arent like other venues in regards to kicking us out before midnight. Thats why I chose this venue. They said that they Would assist us. When my husband got there, there wasnt anybody at location and they werent picking up the phone. At the end, my husband left everything outside. We live one hour and a half away from the venue, we discussed this to the lady and she said that we could take the stuff on Friday to be more convenient for all of us. Of course, that didnt happen. When we got there, me and my son saw the place not swept. It was half ready, I had to do everything in two hours, I was not happy with all the stress. Its a beautiful venue but the stress is not worth it. They turned on the lights 30 minutes before it was suppose to finish and wanted us to start cleaning. All my guests helped clean because they felt like they were getting kicked out and they wanted to help (my guests). I was going to have another party here but its not worth the stress and the cleaning after all. If any of you have a suggestion of a good hall, please let me know. Thank you.

The place was great, the view at night was beautiful except the fact that they give us two hours to set up. When we got there, the place was all dusted, the floor was a mess. The only thing that was ready were the tables with the table cloth and on the center piece, they didnt have the water in the glass vase. Whenever they finished, they came out to tell us that We were about to do it. with a fake smile. They offer their help yet they disappeared constantly and never decided to help. They were always with a sarcastic smile. The pressure to do everything in two hours was excruciating. And then my guests started to show up and we werent prepared because of the limited time we were given and the no help we got. And at the end of the night, before it even hit the deadline, they turned on the lights and started kicking us out despite them having said that they werent going to do that. They took away thirty minutes of my party. The bartender wasnt a real bartender, she didnt know anything of drinks. So if you are going to get this hall, I really recommend getting a lot of help and an actual bartender, otherwise the stress is not worth it. At the end, they make you clean everything, take out the trash, swep despite the fact they didnt have it swept the floor when they said they would. In summary, the hall wasnt ready, we basically did everything at the end, and they kicked us out before the actual time we discussed and paid for. Not worth it. Make sure to read the fine print and dont let the fake smile get you.

We attended a 4th birthday at this venue and it was beautiful! Very clean and the owner was very professional. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone I knew planning a wedding or party of any kind!
