We love Chuys and always have. The food is always fresh and hot . Their salsa is always freshly made just like there guacamole. Today we had fajitas, my wife had chicken and she said it was soft, tender and moist my beef fajitas were served the same way. We Highly recommend everyone eat there.

Sept 2024 Online order pickup: Today was a disappointment. I ordered chicken fajitas burrito with beans on the side of the burrito. Still had beans inside the burrito. No sour cream for it. Tres leches cake was burnt on the bottom. Not brown. Dark brown to black. Tasted burnt. Such a shame. Ordered the queso with guac, meat, sour cream. No guac or sour cream. Not sure who is in charge of the garnishes, but if they are listed on the menu, they should be there unless ordered different. Not the first time this has happened. Its a shame bc we really love the food when everything is included. 2021: In person:Food is usually good flavored. It feels crowded because of how close tables are to each other. Anyone there has been an issue with food the management has fixed it quickly and comped it. We absolutely love the tres leche cake.

Excellent Mexican food for the TexMex pallet. The food tastes great, and the atmosphere is very friendly and colorful. The chips and salsa make or break a Mexican restaurant, and they have some of the best out there. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find lunch above fast food level, but bellow fancy restaurants.

Joke of a Mexican restaurant. Tex mex enchiladas were disgusting. I dont know who told them that tex mex sauce was good, but its not. I ordered for delivery and when I saw my nachos I wanted to take them back for them to keep since theyre obviously having a hard time since they cant even add more than 2 pieces of meat per nacho.

Hatch Green Chili Season is my favorite time of year to visit. A chimichanga ground beef burrito with cheese, along with a hatch chili infused margarita along with their light thin crispy tortilla corn chips, special jalapeño ranch sauce for dipping, OMG complete heaven. This is by far one of my top two favorite meals. A really exceptional ribeye, loaded backed potatoes and salad is the next best thing. The entire staff is friendly, management really cares and always greets us, and the wait time was exceptional for a Saturday night. Highly recommended for a fantastic meal.

Servers here are really friendly! The manager is very responsive and will solve problems quickly. My favorite is the Comeda plate. I always order without tomatoes since I have an allergy to raw tomatoes. Only had an issue with tomatoes being added twice in 3 years. We go there at least once a month. The manager has always been very quick to fix it. Wheelchair accessibility: Its a bit tight to get a wheelchair to the entrance. Planters with water hoses attached block the ramp going onto porch, handicap parking sign pole makes the only other way in very tight with a drop off a curb if youre not hugging the pole. It is very unsafe as the porch area is sloped down to the curb by the pole, and there is a medium pothole in the curb there as well. If a long-nosed car/truck is parked there, the way will be totally blocked. There is no way in for a wheelchair if that happens.

Great Chuy s location. Food is always consistently good. The General Manager David is always walking around, checking on customers, filling drinks, bringing out food. He was so nice and was working like a server. Pretty sure I saw him jump in and do dishes at one point. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and make some great drinks. I love Chuys! My family went on a Friday night after a concert and they got us in so quickly. Our server was absolutely fabulous! We asked for lots of jalapeño Ranch sauce instead of salsa for our chips. It is addictive! Our server, Tori I believe her name was, was funny and friendly. She made sure that we never ran out of drinks or chips and sauce. The food was so yummy and came out quickly. I got the mexicobb salad and my son and hubby for big as yo face burritos. My daughter got the kids cheeseburger. Everyone loved their food. Will definitely be back!.

Ate lunch at the bar. Bartender was helpful and gave a good explanation of their various sauces. Portions are very generous-- keep this in mind if youre considering multiple courses. As for the flavor, I would say it was very good, but not quite standout. Ordered my food to go over the phone, paid through the link they sent me through text and picked my food up curbside. I got home and realized they forgot my queso. i really didnt feel like going back out and decided i didnt care and would just call and ask for a refund for just the queso. the manager i spoke to was literally the nicest woman ever. she said unfortunately since i paid through the link they cant refund my card, and said she knows its a stupid policy. it is what it is i told her it was totally fine. after that she asked for my name and address so she could send me a dinner card through mail for an appetizer, entree and desert. she was so kind!!! i dont normally leave reviews lol just thought id leave a positive one because she was so sweet!

Ive only been to Chuys a couple of times. I tried several of their signature sauces to decide what to put on my Chuychanga. Here is my issue with their sauces. Many of them, such as the hatch green chile and boom-boom sauce are more like soups than sauces. Generally, when I think of a sauce, I expect it to be well blended. Many of their sauces are hearty and have large ingredients in them. That is not something I prefer. Others may enjoy it, but I did not. The flavors were only ok for my tastes. What they considered smoky I felt was overly earthy and lacking in flavor. I will say the creamy jalapeno dressing was fantastic. That stuff is addicting. I ended up putting a bowl of that over the Chuychanga and it was fantastic. The reason I called it a dressing is because that is where it is noted on their menu. It is not a sauce because it is not served at a warm or hot temperature. I would come back again with my wife, and maybe try a different entree, but more than likely I will smother it in the creamy jalapeno dressing.

Let me begin by saying I have been a patron of Chuys for many years and the Elvis Presley Memorial is one of my all time favorite meals. However something has changed. The last two visits the food quality has not been very good. The Salsa is so hot you really cannot enjoy it. We said something to the manager the last visit and believe it or not it was hotter this time. The Chips have changed too and are significantly less quality than before. Tonight I changed it up and ordered fajitas. The tortillas were awful and the meat was over cooked. I Wont vary off my goto again. My wifes meal, the Pico was so hot she could not eat it. My hope is someone at Chuys is reading this because I really want to keep this place in our rotation but if the quality continues to fall I will just have to find some place better. You can tell they are using lesser quality ingredients in things and it shows. I would rather pay more to have the quality than lessen the quality to maintain a price.

Great customer service! We had the blackberry margarita and sampler appetizer. Food was great and bartender was amazing she made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend

I love Chuys but this location is always an 45-hour wait. No food is worth waiting an hour for. Go to the Arlington or Dallas one instead.

Its been a while since I last ate there, stopped after they dumped down their happy hour and flour tortillas quality started fading. Went back for Margarita Day and had my favorite from past visits, shrimp tacos with a large house lime margarita Tacos were better than I remembered with great torts and loaded with shrimp. Margarita was ok, tasted like a mix from a plastic jug which leaves an artificial taste in the mouth. Still good, just not great. Chuys will be back on our regular rotation.

A decent tex mex restaurant with decent food. Chicken fajitas were well cooked and delicious. My only complaint is the portion size. I felt the portion of sides are getting smaller lately. In fact blame it on economy. Ambience is just fine as this is on 75 and been here for years... Only word of caution.. watch your bill and the amount charged.. i wanted to tip them well but looks like they already charged a 25% when they swiped my card...i was on with the number but check yours when you sign out ad an extra tip

Great and fun place and atmosphere! It was nice not having any loud overbearing music playing. Despite the crowds, when seated, I could actually talk and hear my friend I was there with. Nice surprise. Doesn t happen at many restaurants.

Always a go to in our house and great food (recommend boom boom sauce for a little spice) and ask for the free creamy jalapeno dip for the chips. Being vegetarian, love the choices and Tres Leches was great as well. Stay hungry all day to enjoy this place!
