This was very first time going to this location after I was suppose to go to the Round Rock location but wasnt told to go to this one in Georgetown. Never the less when I got there Sarah greeted me at the desk and called me on my phone to make sure I was going to make the appointment which was nice. When I got there she helped navigate through the tablet to put my info. I was getting my yearly check up everything with smooth with Diane Plas which is the nurse practitioner that took the place of my physician Dr Zachari for the day. I know I am spelling his name wrong. Also Tyana I know I am spelt her name wrong also she was nice and funny also Johnathan up at the front was cool he had dreads I believe he sits up front with Sarah and the other female that sits Tyana in the back her name starts with an S she was really nice as well. I will be looking forward to my future appointments here since Dr Zachari will be permanently here this location and not Round Rock anymore. The whole staff the day I was there on 9/13/24 was great.

I had an amazing follow-up visit at Harbor Health this morning. FNP Diane Plas did an excellent job of explaining my lab results in layman terms! As an older patient (73), I really appreciate everyone at Harbor Health and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great health care! They really understand their patients needs and are never too busy to listen or answer questions you might have. Thank You, Karen Padalecki

The staff at the new location is amazing. They really listen to your knees. They make sure when you show up for the appointment that there is no hiccups and you just feel cared for and not just a number. Randy has gone above and beyond to make sure that I had all my insurance information correct so I dont have to deal with any headache with the billing and that to me is the biggest win less headache means happier patient so I definitely would recommend this location. its new and the doctors are really nice.

Service was phenomenal !!! OMG I m not from George Town . So I got lost. Randy was so sweet he sent me his location from his phone & got me started on how to write a review. Tiana was great, updating all my information & making lots of notes, she listens and asks questions. Dr. Diane she s always on top of everything, I love her. Ohhh the blood lady- she was amazing, it didn t even hurt!!! Great to see you guys, keep up the smiles and great personality.
