My quick go to has always been Saltgrass Steakhouse. My wife suggested Longhorn. We loved it. She was so happy to find a steakhouse that finally cooked her steak right. Tonight was our second visit and they accidentally over cooked her steak. All she did was just mention that it was over cooked and the manager came over and made everything right! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will only be going to Longhorn from here on out! Thank you for believing in customer service when so many businesses have stopped.

This was my second time coming to this location. The first time I ate here a year ago everything was super salty. I thought maybe it was an off day with seasoning. I liked the fried okra which is good with the salt so, I came back for that. But, once again everything is so ridiculously salty that we couldn t even taste any flavor other than salt and it ruined the food. We joked that there must be a certain percentage of the population that can t taste salt that eats at this restaurant and gives it great reviews. It s not for me but, clearly there are folks that like it. Service was good. Steak was cooked correct. Personally, I ll just go across the street for steak or chicken next time.

For a bone in Porterhouse, it was tough. This steak needed to be tenderised. I was warned of bold seasoning. No such seasoning was present. It definitely needed salt at the beginning to seal in the juices and to rest before served. The juices were on the plate, not in the meat. The Mac and cheese is phenomenal. The mashed potatoes, watery, too much butter, and not reduced to have good consistency. The taste profile of the steak was tough despite being medium rare, too many burns on the outside causing the fat to cauterize, but wasnt unbearable, likely why this steak was so chewy and the cut not being well marblised, the waitress was kind but way too loud for no reason. Enough to drop your silverware mid bite, though Im glad she checked in. Texas Roadhouse gets it. Hopefully, you will, too.

Fairly new casual chain steakhouse. Restaurant is clean and a good order. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Restaurant can get rather loud and rambunctious at times if there are large parties. Servers and staff were very friendly and helpful. Menu has a fairly wide selection of choices. Steaks are not the best Ive ever had but are very very good for the price. Sides are very good. Absolutely recommend.

We stopped here on a whim and I will say my food was delish! I had the stuffed mushrooms and the brisket queso qnd both were really good. We were big fans, but we discovered Texas Roadhouse and that makes it much better. The meat was okay but way too heavily seasoned. I received a much more expensive portion of the Side shrimp, which I only saw when paying, but it was later corrected because I didnt ask for that. The only thing that is always nice at Longhorn is that it is quieter and the food is nicer.

Atmosphere was great, but 1 steak ordered medium rare and another ordered medium were both cooked rare. When we notified the server, they cooked the same steaks longer which dried them out since they had already been cut. I understand beef is expensive, but if you dont cook it right the first time, try again with a fresh steak instead of serving a dried out, twice cooked steak. It wasnt busy so the cooks wouldve had plenty of time to use an instant read thermometer to ensure the correct doneness. The asparagus was incredibly thin, mushrooms undercooked, and the baked potato was bland. We looked forward to trying Longhorn as an alternative to the obnoxiously loud Texas Roadhouse, but the quality of the food was below our expectations with the exception of the entree salad.

The food, which we have loved previously, was something we just couldnt eat. The stuffed mushrooms were too rich. The chicken strips and burger were given to the wildlife. I dont know how to put my finger on it, but everything was just off. Service was polite but they behaved like they were swamped very early in the evening so it wasnt easy to get anyones attention. We tipped near the 20% and vowed to not return.

Three months ago my teenage son choose Longhorn Steakhouse for his family birthday dinner of ten. The service and food were excellent!!! We had two waitresses that were attentive, professional, and went the extra mile to make my 13 year olds bday dinner a success!!! Most recently, I worked directly with the GM Deloris to help surprise a co-worker of mine who was having dinner with her husband at their restaurant. I called ahead of time asking what my options were to be able to handle the bill without my co-worker knowing, as we wanted to surprise her and say thank you for all of her hard work and dedication to our team. Deloris did not hesitate to help orchestrate this amazing experience for me!!! She managed it throughout the entire process, and I never even had to leave my house to drive tot he restaurant! She spoke to them while they were dining to ensure their experience and dinner were amazing, she added to the surprise by delivering a tableside dessert and my co-workers favorite beverage! Deloris is fantastic to work with, and she made sure the entire experience was a success! It is rare now a days to come across someone who is dedicated and passionate about their job, especially in the service industry, and Deloris and her team exceeded ALL expectations! Thank you again, we will definitely be back!

Waited 40 minutes to be seated. We were sat at a wet table. The first thing we noticed was the dust that covered the top of the lamp shade. Received my tea with no ice. Ordered our appetizer when we ordered our drinks. It took a long time to get our food. Our appetizer came out not even a whole minute before the entrees. New York Strip came out well done instead of medium. By the time we received the remade steak the person I came with was finished eating. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Manager had a horrible attitude. She was not sympathetic whatsoever. She made it seem like she didn t care about the awful experience we had. She made me feel like I was a problem because I didn t want the remade steak since it took an extremely long time to get. My family will never go to another longhorn. If you are a vegetarian but your spouse loves Chicken, please don t let it stop you from trying this amazing restaurant. Even though they specialize in steak they have one of husbands most favorite Chicken dishes. We have come here many times but I always forgot to post a review. So from a vegetarians perspective they give you an amazing loaf of bread as an appetizer with some whipped butter. They have plenty of sides that are vegetarian and my most favorite is the fruit salad that comes with spring mix topped with strawberries, grapes and mandarin oranges and drizzled with an amazing dressing. It s a decent portion size. Also I order a baked potato without the bacon. It comes with sour cream, cheddar cheese and sprinkled with green onions. It s delicious and so yummy. I also usually order a house made raspberry lemonade which is so refreshing. My husband loves the Parmesan crusted chicken and he gets that every time we come in. They do have amazing desserts but the waitress decided to surprise us with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. They have many more amazing vegetarian choices like Mac and cheese, baked sweet potato, corn on the cob and stuffed mushrooms. If you want to try this place out feel free to and don t let being a vegetarian stop you. Vegetarian options: Even though they don t have many options they do have many sides and it s really yummy. The food doesn t smell or taste any different.

Celebrated 70th Birthday. Husband and I shared an Outlaw Steak, medium rare (but not bloody), and we were amazed. It was perfectly cooked and really delicious. Our sides were potatoes and a delicious green salad. Being a rewards member, I received a free dessert. It was so good, I really wanted to lick the plate. The longhorn steak was seasoned well ... but I am not sold that its worth what I was charged. I will say that the steaks flavor is on par with Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse. So heres the tie-breaker - the experience. This place nickel and dimed me. The menu says that the steak entrees come with a side salad and another side, yet I was charged an extra $2.50 for each side, as opposed to being charged extra for substituting the side salad. Minus one star. This place overcharged me for subpar sides: super greasy brussel sprouts (tastes good but still an American sin); mac & cheese that was not baked, and someone added pork/bacon to the cheese sauce mix then garnished it with bread/panko crumbs like theyre flavor and texture cheat codes. Minus another star. Verdict: I will return if someone else is treating and try the NY sirloin. If Im craving steak from a Texas steakhouse then Im treating myself to Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse.

We came here to celebrate my sister in laws 50th anniversary . We did not get the chance to eat here as we had a large party of 12 and they could not seat us after 2 hours of waiting . Our experience in Longhorn Steakhouse was not bad. Coming in, we were met with a 15 minute wait, even though the restaurant only looked half full. Service was a little all over the place; however, the staff was kind and apologized for minor inconveniences. The ambiance was a little dark, and the almost faint music was more a distraction than an aid. However, the decorations were Texas worthy, and had a decent ranch-like feel. As for the food, I love steak. A good ribeye is one of my favorite dishes. Sadly, Longhorn Steakhouse fell a little below my expectations. Like most other commercial steakhouses, I was lacking a good crust on my medium rare Outlaw Ribeye. Many might say also that the steak was over-seasoned; however, I didnt mind too much. The meat quality was good, but I was hoping for a better consistency throughout the cooking, and I feel that wasnt done as well as it could have. The ideal steak has a good consistency (at whatever level of cooking you order) and a good crust to bring it all together. My Ribeye did not meet these standards. The sides however werent bad. I have had better bread, but thats not why I head to a steakhouse. In the end, Longhorn Steakhouse is an option if you want a steakhouse, but in reality, it leaves some to be desired, and nothing Longhorn offers quite beats a well grilled steak from home.

I ordered the chicken parm and rib combo with no cheese no breadcrumbs, a baked potato and a salad. They put breadcrumbs and cheese on the chicken and did not give me my salad at all. ETA: Longhorn reached out and rectified the issue. Increasing my rating due to the courteous response I received. Looking forward to trying this location again in the future and hoping for a better visit.

Great service from Victor and food was almost perfect. I just wish more steakhouses would SLICE their mushrooms if they re going to offer it as a steak topping instead of just bringing out a separate bowl full of whole mushrooms. Just my opinion, but it s a way better combo with steak when sliced then sautéed vs whole. And not that time consuming if you have a mandolin or other slicer which I am assuming most restaurants do. But steak was cooked perfectly, and the corn and broccoli sides were great as well. Still 5 stars, just my two cents!

Went to LongHorn Steakhouse for my wifes birthday dinner, and we were very pleased with the quality of the food, the value for our money, and of course the service. Atmosphere was perfect, with fast seating for our party of seven. They offer a military discount with ID, and had a wonderful scoop of ice cream to top off a perfect meal. Highly recommend. Loved it!

Our table was way too close to surrounding tables ... we couldnt even pull our chair back without bumping into adjoining table ... and lost count of number of times servers and other customers bumped into me and others at our table. Attentive server, she brought another cup of strawberry lemonade when the 1st one was at the middle. Food is delicious but a bit of salted. My coworker ordered ribeye, medium well, and it was delicious when she shared me for one bite. I would definitely be back for ribeye. I love Longhorn! Its a great restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are great! I am a pescetarian now, so I no longer eat my favorite thing here, which is the spicy chicken bites.
