Mr. Atkinson and his legal team helped me get control of my life after 18 years of marriage. I was scared and unsure about my future with my son from a legal perspective. I would highly recommend using this firm. The team is pleasant and accommodating. From the start Brad and his team were understanding and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. They were flexible and willing to work within my time, even when I contracted COVID and was in quarantine for an entire month. Brad and his team will fight for you the entire way, and I do not believe I would have gotten the resolution I did with anyone else.

They were top notch. I m a father and never thought it would be possible to get primary custody of my daughter. I didn t even try the first time being a man in Texas I thought no way it could happen. I went to Brad after my daughter asked to live with me, and they got my daughter with me where she wanted to be. Alisa was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. My Hero!!! He saved my life!!! Brad Atkinson and his paralegal, Alisa Tillung were so prepared, professional, and did so much homework memorizing details in my case... I went to trail for a child modification and needed things changed a bit but Brad Atkinson got me EVERYTHING I needed changed and thats not all!!! Primary CUSTODY of my children was switched to ME!!!!! he really saved my life and to me and my family Brad Atkinson is a HERO!!! I have used Brad Atkinson twice. These were both for Probate matters. Each time he was honest and straightforward. His knowledge and professionalism are excellent. On another occasion when I was attempting to use his firm after a while it became obvious that a Real Estate Lawyer would be needed. Brad refunded All of my money and recommended someone that was able to help. Even after he had put in hours worth of work. I have two friends that have used his services for divorces and they were both thankful they did. There are other lawyers out there, some good and some not so good, but if the Atkinson Firm is not the first call you make then you are wasting your time. Extremely Highly Recommended.

Dont contact this firm. They just want money and give no help. I have to drive 4 hours to visit with an attorney and needed a few questions answered before I made an appointment and made the long drive there basically wanted to see if I even had a case didnt want to waste their time or mine. I was told I had to come in and pay before I could even talk to anyone I even offered to pay over the phone just to answer a few questions and was told no. They are stuck up and not friendly at all.
