Today my wife and I visited Casa Ole and were charged .94 cents for using a bank debit card. We will not visit this establishment again. According to information on the internet Can a restaurant charge a fee for using a debit card? No, surcharging for debit card transactions is prohibited under the Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This applies to all types of debit cards, including prepaid cards.

Friday Nights we pick a favorite restaurant. Well Casa Ole was the pick tonight. We were served these small snack cups with hot sauce. Service was terrible. We asked for drink refills and never got them. I asked another waiter and she said that she would tell our waiter and did not. The hostess was seating someone next to our table and I asked her and she did not tell anyone. We basically ate our meal without drinks, NO REFILLS. If you drive around Beaumont you can see all the other Mexican Restaurants how busy they are and Casa Ole is not!

Everything was good. The chips were fresh, the salsa was great, the margaritas and queso were fantastic as always as well as the food, except they forget one of the kids meals which came out about 20 minutes later and with a different type of french fry. Went to eat supper after work this evening. I have been eating at Casa Olé for more than half of my life and this was the worst service that I have ever received. The food was terrible. It was ridiculous. We almost got up and walked out. Sat there for 40 minutes waiting on drinks, the waitress was stretched too thin and when we spoke to the manager, it was like she really didn t care. I can promise you I will not be back to Casa Olé at this location and we weren t the only ones that weren t getting our food.

We just moved to the Silsbee area recently and decided to try a favorite- Casa Ole! So we stopped here and we ended up with the absolute most respectful and attentive waitress (her name was Mrs. Tammy) me and my fiancé have ever dealt with (including in our old hometowns and in this surround area). We let the manager (Mrs. Darlene) know just how great of a waitress they had! The manager was great and showed appreciation directly to the waitress! They both welcomed my fiancé and I to the area! Our total wasn t but like $24 so we left a $20 tip and I left her a note on the ticket saying we appreciated her bringing positivity to us that day (we needed it). We definitely will go back and request Mrs. Tammy every time! She was amazing! Yall have a great worker there! She was on top of refills, salsa, chips, etc! We never had to ask for anything! She was very professional! We loved her! Parking: We ended up parking near the entrance! Lots of space all around the restaurant to park!

Sooooo we love Casa Ole. We, my husband and I went to Casa after a dr visit. We ordered guacamole to have with our chips. We ordered shrimp enchiladas to share. When our wonderful waitress brought our single entree to share she also brought a plate. We grabbed our silverware, unwrapped the napkin off of it and mine stuck and ripped away from the fork leaving napkin all over it. His fork was not clean either. I told him to feel the plate and it was dirty too. And there was a hair in the entree. The waitress was very apologetic when I asked her could we please pay for the guacamole and teas that we ate and drank? We will not be eating this entree. Everyone was kind about it. Grossed out but kind. Well she did just that. Made out ticket for just the things we ate. I told them things happen, it wont keep us from coming back tho. Service was outstanding.

I work long hours so I go through the drive through a lot at Casa Ole. My orders are very simple two kids meals and a side guacamole. Three different times in the last year food has been left out of my order. Is it too hard for the drive through person to double check your order.? Isn t that their job? They refuse to deliver your missing items when it was their fault. You have to drive back 5 miles to pick it up. Casa Ole has always been my favorite, but this is not accept able. One of my favorites but this is wrong they way the treat the customer. They have forgotten what true customer service is. When you are exhausted from work, do not in a million years want to drive back up there .

AMBER is the BEST SERVER at location by Dowlen Rd. She is very attentive, super friendly, always checking on us, she definitely goes above and beyond, and I will request her every time I go from now on. This was our 2nd time with her serving us and we were again feeling as if we had that same exceptional experience and warm hospitality even with them having my order wrong because they were super busy and had different cook filling in. (Which was out of her control) She was still on her game and making sure her customers were taken care of. She is the BEST! Thank you AMBER! I wish there were more people like you! You deserve a huge RAISE! Place was super CLEAN. and we did get our salsa in a styrofoam cup but it was the first in decades so, with the crowds, Christmas rush, short of staff, and everything it isn t anything to complain about. I picked up some food for someone else so I cant comment on the food. Yet the service was really good, the restaurant was quiet even though there werent any people in there... it was nice. They brought the food out in a short time. The person to whom the food was going to, really enjoyed it. Even though the food wasnt for me this time, Ive been into the restaurant on other occasions and the food has been awesome. Go in with an appetite because you will enjoy the food. I ordered The taquito especial with mixed fajita meat they come covered in chili con queso and Spanish rice and beans. The only thing I did not like was the ghetto style bag of tortilla chips. They use cellophane bags instead of brown paper bags which would have been better. But other than that I give it at 8 out of 10 well worth the money it was only $12.99 including tax . Its worth the try.

Beaumont Casa Óle off of Dowlen has fantastic employees, quick service, extremely nice staff, etc! Our waitress was just as great as could be! We got our food very quickly. Then once we were ready to pay, our waitress was VERY prompt! Which, I personally love, because when Im done eating.. Im ready to go right then! Lol. Oh & also, my 6 year old had ordered a cherry sprite w an extra cherry, but our waitress not only gave her 1 cherry, she brought her a cup full of them.. for FREE! 10 out of 10, would recommend
