Tried to ask a question about a wine they had tonight, and the employee was a rude and short with a non-answer. Not real sure what his deal was. Would have been nice to give this place a shot

Legacy Hall can be extremely busy at times and hard to find a seat to dine. Vintopia is an escape from the crowd. I love the self-serve concept. We were fortunate to be served by a very knowledgeable attendant, which made our experience even more delightful! Service

Lauren is a WHOLE VIBE. We feel so strongly about this that we would ask her for her work schedule if that wouldnt flag is for the FBI.

Whenever I visit I typically receive nothing short of excellent customer service. Today, was the exact opposite. I visited with some friends who happened to want to indulge in some eats prior to us enjoying the delightful variety of spirited beverages offered at Vintopia. Unfortunately we were approached by the Vintopia employee asking if we had planned to drink (under the assumption that we weren t bc this is reserved seating just for Vintopia) At this time, two of our colleagues had already loaded their cards with funds and started consuming from Vintopia. We notified her that we DID intend to drink with Vintopia and we re enjoying some light eats prior to. She then understood. However another family of a lighter skin tone happened to sit right next to us. Neither of them intended on partaking in Vintopia s wine offering but she did NOT approach them, considering that the seating is strictly reserved for Vintopia guests and participants . The approach towards us felt very racially motivated, as people of color we were the ONLY people she addressed in the small space. Again I typically enjoy coming here at the very least weekly (because I live relatively close by) but this is beyond unacceptable and embarrassing, firstly for us receiving the ill treatment as well as a reflection of this organization s unconscious biases . Safe to say, I will not be returning.

I purchased a glass of wine but when other (white people) sat down, she never approached them to purchase a glass of wine as well, I will never come here ever . Unless you re white enjoy they re cheep wine.

Cozy little nook in the hall me and a friend discovered. The concept is so cool and they always have a great selection. One of my favorite stops in Legacy Hall.

Everything I sampled was amazing! And the service was fantastic, not too intrusive, but attentive and answered all of my questions. I left my table unattended for a moment while I refilled my glass, and unfortunately the over-zealous busboy cleared away my $$ lunch! The gracious sommelier noticed immediately and replaced it. Wow! I was not expecting that, but it was so kind. I would ve come back just for the tasting experience, but they have absolutely secured my loyalty!!

If you love wine or want to explore different wines, you have to check this place out. It is a very unique setup. They have wines from all over the world from high quality producers (e.g. CUNE, Chapoutier, Ducru Beaucaillou), and you get to choose whether you want a 1, 2.5 or 5 oz pour to sample wines you have wanted to try but didn t want to commit to a whole bottle. For example, I tried an 86 Bordeaux that I would have never paid the full bottle price for. Great place with a unique concept that you need to check out if you enjoy wine.
