You have to wait like 15 minutes, but the cinnamon rolls are so gooood, this was my first time and I really liked them. I bought Very Berry.

I never did try the Cinnaholic in SA, but I tried my first one in SC, the Very Berry one, and it was delicious! It was too sweet for one person, so we shared it. We wanted to try some of the others, so we came to this Edinburg office next, and we loved them, too. We tried the Apple Caramel one and the Chocolate Raspberry one. They re both great, so I can t wait to try the rest. When I went on a Saturday, it was full. Someone had placed a dozen order that was getting ready to be picked up, and the worker, who was very sweet, suddenly had a line and not enough rolls. She put some in the oven. We had waited 10 minutes, but we decided to leave because we had somewhere to be at, and we were thinking we were just going to come in and out to pick up, but at 10 minutes, ours were still not ready. We ended up leaving, but I bought a brownie on my way out to satisfy my sweet tooth. I told her I d be back. The brownie was bad. I didn t like that one at all. It didn t have a good taste to it. I wouldn t buy another brownie. I returned two days later to pick up my rolls, and they had my name, and they didn t give me any trouble or doubt. I also had my original receipt. The rolls are amazing, and I recommend this place as I know it is one of my favorite places for when I crave sweets. I just won t give them a perfect score for not having enough rolls that day and also for the prices. They are steep. Be ready to spend $8.50 for each or so. I know I paid $16 and change for two. Not a lot of people will be able to afford this price for a dessert, but that s where we are now with prices. A sandwich and drink and a bag of chips at any sandwich place is 14.99. Who would of thought we d reach such abusive prices today? So, $8.50 for a roll to enjoy and share with your family may not be so bad based on what I ve seen today. The Democratic high prices of products and property taxes are hitting us hard, but no one who votes liberal seems to care. It affects us in every way, and companies will raise prices of their products when their products and taxes go up as it happened in everything.

I was really disappointed. We walked in and thought we smell the goodness of the rolls and nothing. Then we walked up to the counter and it was obvious we had never been. The girl at the counter offered no help or suggestions and did NOT say a word to us. Not even a thank you after we paid. Nothing! The young man told me, after I had already paid, it would be a 12-15 minutes! Really? A cinnamon roll bakery is out? Brought the roll home and it was ok. I won t go back.

Best cinnamon roll ever!! I m currently 7 months pregnant and was craving a roll. Absolutely delicious, went for a classic roll with vanilla frosting and added bananas, wow! Also this is a vegan option, which I absolutely couldn t believe

Company sends emails for all day promotions and then changes promotion when you are in store. If a promotion is not an all day event then an email should not be sent promoting all day event. This is false advertising.

I had an amazing time at cinnaholic while visiting a friend up in spring Texas. One of the workers Adam made me the best cinnamon roll I ve had to date. 10/10 would recommend stopping by.

Our company, The Ryan & Brian Real Estate Team, hosted a customer appreciation event at Cinnaholic. The owners, Shane and Jessica, were extremely accommodating and worked around our ideas and concepts for the event. We had a great turnout and they were more than capable of getting the rolls out quickly while maintaining high quality standards. Huge success! Our clients really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Area is very cute & aesthetic. Customer service was on point, however the treats we tried were not. Perhaps we went too late, or shouldve ordered something specific vs. items prepackaged. We got the mini prepackaged cinnamon rolls, they were hard & bland (again our fault for choosing prepackaged). Got a matcha cookie, it was ok but left a lot to be desired. We opted not to try the chocolate chip cookie, or at least not yet. We will try again at an earlier time & order something fresh.

I walked in wondering if a custom roll size could be done and sadly they were unable to but still managed to exceed my expectations. My teen daughter is very selective on what she consumes and she LOVED the original roll. I ordered the cake not really knowing what to expect about a month ahead of time since I work out of state and would be gone and they came THROUGH! I love the detail they put into her valentines day gift. It was fresh, on time, beautiful, tasty. The customer service that was provided is rare for the valley. They definitely have my service from here on out. Very affordable as well, largest size cake was under $100. Way better than the bundt place, these you can see them bake and even taste fresh! Worth every penny! Thank you Shane and your team

Neat place to come for a treat. Giving it stars for 2 reasons. 1 the staff was not very welcoming. As in we ordered & got our food without them saying a single word to me or my family. (And yes I understand español so that s no excuse!) It s unsettling to pay a premium price & be treated in such an ODD manner. There were 2 girls that pretty much just stared at us the whole time. No hello. No thank you. Nothing. Awkward laser stares. 2. The cinnamon roll I got looked nothing like the display. See my pic. I got the churro one. If you browse the pics of other reviewers you ll see the display case versions. Notice the difference. I basically got a very basic, plain cinnamon roll. It was good, but it wasn t spectacular AND not exactly what I ordered. I ordered the one in the display case & paid a premium $$$. (Misleading) Had I known I likely would not have ordered that. My son got a pre packed brownie. He loved it. It was decent imo. Not very decadent or sweet. They had games out on tables which is nice if you want to bring kids or a date & chill for a bit. It s worth a try but I doubt we ll go back for the reasons stated above. Customer service seems to be these days. Not sure if one of those girls was the owner if not - owner I would remind your staff the importance of making contact and simply GREETING the customer. Hello, what can I get you? At MINIMUM. If the owner was one then there s no hope & you should do better or that place will go under quick.

Amazing experience! Seriously blown away at how delicious everything was! And it being vegan! I was in vegan bliss world there. My standards are very high when it comes to vegan foods.. and WOW! They knock it outta the park. I had the lemon berry dessert, apple pie roll, and the cookie. I cant wait to go back. And I HOPE bussiness is BLOOMING so we can have yall in the valley for a very long time.

The cinnamon rolls were flavorful, however, they made one of my orders incorrectly. I ordered brownie bites on the cinnamon roll and they put banana bread pieces. The abbreviation BB was written down on the box, so I can understand the confusion. It was still a let down since I was already home by the time I sat down to eat my roll.

Surprisingly delicious and worth the wait! Sooo good and full of flavor! To the people complaining about the wait. Did you expect to be served immediately on opening weekend? This is why we waited until a week later to go. The lady complaining about one girl at the register they literally have just one register! I m not sure if you wanted 10 people attending that 1 register!? It s a small local place and its a great addition to the valley and to those of us with a sweet tooth! So stop complaining!!!!

I have visited twice and have tried several different Cinnamon Rolls. The Very Berry was delicious, the Shake, Rattle and Roll was very rich in flavors and the Old Skool with Walnuts just hits the spot. I am looking forward to having the Gansito Cinnamon Roll, I hear its a must try. Service was great! Glad to see this type of business here in the RGV.

Idk what we orderd but from the looks of it probably one of each kind from thier specialty menu. Sooooooo im a Cinnabon fan so I ll use that as starting point im sure many of you reading wanna bring up smaller bake shops or what not, but this my review. I prefer Cinnabon only if we talking about straight classic style from each place. I find Cinnabon has a slight edge with their gooey brown sugar cinnamon flavor and softness with their buns .like I said slight edge cinnaholic still serves up a delicious bun don t get me wrong. But i really like the variety of specialty options they offfer which some can be very rich like the ones with the chocolate chips or something with healthier options with nuts and berries Ha Ha Ha service and staff was wonderful and wait wasn t very long compare to dolly llama or crumble cookies weekend of opening and I really not a fan of the others honestly my money going here for my sweet tooth fix that s for sure!!!
