I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and product availability . During our visit, my husband and I initially requested the Coconut Chocolate Cheesecake, which is listed on your website, but were informed that it is not available at your location. This was quite surprising and frustrating as we specifically chose Brahms based on the availability of this item. As an alternative, I ordered a Mint Chocolate Shake, but to my dismay, the cup was not filled to its standard level, which made me feel undervalued as a customer.

This was me and my dads favorite place to go when we got together on fridays. Its a very comfortable place with nice workers, good food, and amazing ice cream. Love our Braums in Rowlett! My only comment on my last visit was that Blen asked me to wait in a Handicap parking spot for my food. I will not use a Handicap spot. I parked elsewhere and walked to the Handicap parking area to wait for my food.

The food is a hit or miss at this location. 50% of the time they get my order right and 50% of the time they get my order completely wrong. The person at the ordering booth is rude and rushes you to order food. Rushing is how you get orders wrong. Do better.

I cannot accurately express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this store without cursing. I have been coming here for 10 years, both eating and shopping. Over the last few years there has been a rapid decline in service and cleanliness. I understand the pandemic screwed up the service industry as a whole, but it s time to bounce back. Cleanliness is a disgusting afterthought for many of the workers. The entire ice cream bar is constantly filthy, trashcans overflowing. And the cherry on top! Today: The guy that handed me my bag of food from the drive through had his hands dripping with ice cream. I didn t order ice cream and there was no one else infront of or behind me. That was the straw that broke the camels back. The last time we ate inside (about two weeks ago) it was in the evening, not super busy, everything was filthy, and overflowing. They got everything right with the food when taking the order, but whoever made it mixed the burger toppings up on all 3 burgers. It took a while to fix because they had to start over. So here I am, pissed off with my hands and food covered in someone elses ice cream, ready to never go back. Some one let me know when they improve, until then I ll go to the one on 78.

Love their ice cream. Not too sweet. I really like the fact that when they made my banana split, they did not touch my banana. (That was a big thing for me.) Ice cream piled high, whip cream, nuts, and cherry. (A top would destroy their lovely creation.) The cherry limeade is now my new favorite. I also love the pastashio and vanilla flavors too. And I like that the stay open a little later, so if that craving hits at 10pm, I still have a little time to get there.

Y all can do better. Sunday afternoon before a holiday and staffed with 10 employees.. I saw a man wait in line for over ten mins for someone to even ask him if he had been helped. Me and my spouse had been at the counter for 10 mins before the girl working the burger grill came to help us. The for floor you could skate on. Whoever is the lead on shifts needs to be fired. Someone else is worthy of the spot. Gm do better be on the site more and figure out what is wrong. 10 people and you cant have a line with one person. Makes no sense. Do better! Ohh!! We are our burgers then asked for our sundae. The guy ran around with our receipt asking if we had already had it. Pull the camera and see. Like fr? Y all funny!!

I give it a 1 star for cleanliness. I wish the restaurant was cleaner. it s honestly gross. This is just the few pictures I took. But the rest of the kitchen look same with food all over the floor and counters. Looks like nobody is throwing trash or wiping the counters. This location seems to be a lot smaller than most that we have visited. I had asked for cherries on my kids ice cream and did not get them. I was going to ask a second time but the person seemed too distracted. None of the tables were clean. The worst part of all is that they did not have a baby changing station in the bathroom. How do you want a family atmosphere with NO baby changing station. I had to change my baby in the car. Parking: Youre either stuck waiting for the drive thru line to move up so you can get out or waiting to catch an opening from the cars exiting the drive thru.

Ill start by saying I am a fan of Braums food, desserts, and market! However, Im disappointed to share that this specific location needs much improvement in customer service. Ive visited this location several times in the early evening time so Ive had a reasonable sample period to base my review on. The biggest issue at this location is that the majority of the staff doesnt speak, and I mean literally didnt speak until they had to state the total due for the order placed (dining in). I also witnessed a customer walking up to the pickup counter to confirm if that order was #X however noone, I repeat, no one assisted or responded to him while noticing he was at the counter seeking assistance to ensure he wasnt taking someone elses order. I have to recognize there was a young gentleman checking out at the market and he was indeed polite and attentive kudos sorry I didnt catch his name for recognition. Beaums management please address this issue by fostering a positive environment and train and explain to your staff the importance of customer service which is the main part of their role. I understand some folks just see it as a job and if thats the case they need to be placed in a non-customer facing role. I hope this review triggers positive changes because as I said, Im a fan of Braums offerings and would like to have visiting it be a positive experience.

I ve been eating Brahms breakfast grande burrito for years usually at the 78 Lavonne location change locations this morning due to work direction. The Brahms on 66 customer service no good. The older woman in the drive-through window very rude. My grande burrito was Paquito burrito and was not made properly like it should be, also older woman at drive-through window did not want to give me more than one picante sauce. I think the morning management needs to look into this. The old lady at the window is probably running off a lot of customers.

I don t know what s up with the crew that was working tonight but service was absolute trash! The girl taking the orders through the drive thru sounded as if me ordering was getting on her nerves. Then the guy at the window was literally on his elbows with his head out the window and before I could even fully pull up and stop he was already blurting out my total. Wow! No how are you doing today? , no hi, did you order the #? . No nothing! Then he handed me my ice cream bag and my Sundae looked like it was just put in the bag and the top was just dropped in it was not snapped on and closed. My double scoop in a cup was put in the bag with no top and laying on top of my sundae on its side. When I ask him if I could have a top for it, his response was oh . Then he handed me my second double scoop in cup with 2 tops just sitting on top then said here s 2 tops . Right after that tried handing me 3 drinks with no cup holder with the same response, oh when I asked for one. Was there no training for tonight s crew or what?!!!! The fries were almost burnt and my daughter found a piece of something in her burger. See below . I won t be visiting this Braum s again! Ok I tried to give Braum s another chance and again something was in my ice cream. I thought after the reopen service got better and a little faster, no problems. Well there was a time I visited and 2 of my children and myself got cookies and cream ice cream. We all had these chunks of pasty pieces in our cookies and cream so we threw it away. Visited a few more times and avoided the cookies and cream. Well on today 12/29/23 I picked up a meal for my daughter and ice cream for the both of us and what do I get. Something in my cookies and cream ice cream! THAT S IT I M DONE FOR SURE GOOD BYE BRAUMS!!! I uploaded 3 new photos.

There is a lot left to be desired at this Braums. I paid with cash and was told they would bring my my change. I had to chase them down for it. And we got there about an hour and a half before closing time and sat in the back area where the booths are. An employee kept blocking us in. Several times. I understand they were going to close in an hour, but there were 3 tables full of people there. We moved the obstacles the few times our table needed to get up and they would just move it back. RUDE! I like Braums and I am thankful this one is not the one closest to my house.

Braums is our go-to for soft serve waffle cone or cup. Choc, vanilla or swirl, always good. Perfect for those on a budget. Small is just the right size for me. Its not the child size that I would imagine a small to be either and less than $1.50 incl.tax. Right now their 2 scoop sundae is on sale for $1.99. Also really good! Oh ya...at night, be prepared to go inside if youre in a hurry. Must try their whole milk! Best milk I ever tasted. They also have a bakery (bread, muffin & cookie) clearance area by produce section. I was shocked by the lack of adults working here. The store and restaurant are immaculate! Every employee is helpful, polite, friendly and the store is organized. I give that Braums location in Rowlett and its employees an A++!!

Excellent ice cream and overall great customer service but one Hispanic woman behind the counter said that they dont do any samples before customers buy something which means get your ice cream cone blindfolded on a new flavor and if you dont like it just throw it in the trash or never change the flavor that you been getting for the last 20 years

I went to this Brauns and ended up not getting anything because the store was so dirty. The counters were dirty and icecream was dripping from different appliances that had not been wiped off in a while. It would be nice if a daily cleaning protocol was evident
