While visiting the area. I went there for dinner and had the pork tenderloin that the manager Heidi suggested. I loved the fig sauce and got asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes with it. She was spot on with that recommendation! Heidi asked if it was a special occasion and I said it was my birthday. Then after dinner a man named Julio sang happy birthday to me in Italian and then in English! He was a beautiful singer. They made my day super special! I will definitely be recommending this place to my Dallas friends!

We go here frequently and I was surprised when I ordered chicken picatta and it came out without any breading on the chicken. I inquired and was told it is supposed to be that way. I knew better, but just to be sure I googled the dish and every picture plus every posted recipe showed it breaded.

Carrabba Family recipes, just like Nonna Carrabba used to make - this is as close to Italy as you can get while sitting in a cozy restaurant on another continent. This restaurant will envelop you, and all your senses with the Italian flair. At the table the food is served in such an aesthetically desiring way, that your eyes will feast on the textures, colors, and arrangements even before you take the first bite. Suddenly youll feel as if youre in Italy, walking the bridges of Venice, admiring the Roman fountains, and glancing at the works of Michelangelo. And then you get a sip of the wine produced from the grapes that grow on the arid hills of Tuscany, some with an undertone of the lemons growing to a point of deliciousness under the Italian sun, and you realize that its been a long time since you felt this happy. And the only disappointment will be that when you open the door to return home, there wont be a gondola waiting to whisk you back to reality. Parking: Enough parking space for a large group.

This placecis great for carnivore dieters! Its one of the few Italian restaurants that has 16 ounce ribye steaks (that are super marbled) but you can also get a $10 entree of equal or lesser value so I got a sirloin too. Dietary restrictions: Great for carnivore diets!

My husband and friend went here to pick up some carryout for us Saturday. My friend ordered it and had me on the phone in case there were any questions. The person in the to-go area that took the order was so rude to him! I could hear it in her voice but he said she was rolling her eyes at every request and didnt even give him the receipt. She just balled it up and he had to ask for it; another eye roll. The only request reflected on the receipt was some extra bread. Side note: I dont mind paying extra for, for example, extra sauce, but instead we received the smallest container of sauce. If you want me to pay just tell me, without the attitude please. Something simple we asked for was some extra herb mix and oil for the bread. What we received was one oil (for two breads) and the smallest amount of herb I have ever seen from Carrabbas. (Pictured) It was about a quarter of what they served at a table split into two little cups. Enough for a slice or two if you are stingy. This was by far the worst service I have EVER EVER EVER had at this location. We decided to order in person because we have ordered online and it didnt turn out well but this was worse! Im beyond disappointed. So sad.

Do yourself a favor and do not order the lasagna from this location its runny and wasnt fresh at all. I told them directly I wanted my lasagna well done and they did the complete opposite. I recently dined at Carrabba Italian and was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent overall. I ordered the mahi fish with artichoke.However, I didnt specify how I wanted it cooked, and it turned out a bit rubbery. That was my mistake, and Im sure it would have been perfect if cooked medium. Also, the steak was cooked thoroughly not impressed. I also started with the burrata, which was a fantastic choice. The dish was delicious and set a great tone for the meal. Overall, Im very impressed with Carrabba Italian and look forward to returning.

I was extremely disappointed when I received my Johnny Roco Salad. The shrimp went from beautifully grilled 4-5 shrimp to 3 shrimp that were not grilled so the salad doesnt taste the same yet the price is the same with poorer quality shrimp. Im done with Carrabbas. The last time I was in, I had a chicken dish that was horrible. The chicken had a disgusting texture and didnt taste good

My problem was the food. They didnt salt the pasta water, the filling in the lobster ravioli left MUCH to be desired. The Cannolis were just okay. The old fashioned I ordered had to be remade because it was a watered down thing. They just use ice from the ice maker, so that was annoying. Took wife to eat there after work was served by a woman name Breana did not get the experience that she claimed that was going to happen! Instead she took it upon herself to give herself 8 extra bucks in a tip noticed after my bank when below 0 got notified from app called talked to woman manager really just wanting her to know what happened she claimed i just wanted something for free vary untrue! She insisted that she give me 20 credit for next time I ate there and I declined but she said please to give them another chance! About a week goes by I was at lunch and was like ok I m going to give them a shot food is good and management was there she acted like she did not remember what I was talking about then claimed that she did not have anymore credit Gift Cards on hand then wanted to sit down and go over my bank statement knowing I was on my lunch break so I ended up leaving because I really was in a hurry and just wanted to get what she told me she would do for me! Food was great, mostly fast service. Main complaint is regarding the server. Chatting away with the manager about TV shows instead of putting my order in. Comes back over and says hell bring it out in a minute. So you mean its ready but I have to wait on someone else to get it while you just hang out? The table next to me was celebrating a birthday. The same guy who brought my food sang happy birthday in Spanish then again in English with the sweetest voice. Server never stopped to check on me, no refills. I felt the 2 dollar tip was a bit generous but I gladly gave the older man who brought my food and sang to the other table a significantly larger tip.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant. They have the best customer oriented staff. They are efficient, eager and knowledgeable making them better to serve their guests. Everything that I have tried on their menu has left nothing to be desired! The food is fantastic with generous portions! The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is mellow and alluring. The family pictures along the walls tell the story of how it came to pass. It feels authentic to me. Got there and checked in for curbside waited almost 10 minutes. Nobody was there ( slow day/time) so I was confused. Finally called and they were like oh yah well bring it out. Got home my extra caesar dressing was just thrown in any kind of way and busted open EVERYWHERE. Then the dressing in my salad was half full so my salad was dry. My Fettuccine was also dry with barely any sauce. THEN one of the Italian seasoning blends was moist inside, I thought oh its one with oil already NOPE. I HAVE NO clue what the moisture was but when I opened it it STUNK, and the smell SPREAD THROUGH MY KITCHEN, so I barely had any oil/seasoning blend. I typically use the other location, but have come to this one before no problem. This was a terrible experience and I havent felt well after eating it either so maybe avoid this location. Hate this because this is my fave Italian spot also hate I spent $25 on a disaster.

Carrabbas has always been a fave for me. It has been a while, but I was excited to dine there for my birthday. It was sorely disappointed when I asked for a booth and the manager did some looking and scratching her head before telling me that she didnt have one available. I, literally, thought that she was joking because I counted 10 open booths in the main dining room. Actually, there were only 8 or 9 seated tables in the entire restaurant. I counted after being miffed. I asked her if she was joking because I really thought that she was. She said,I only have 4 servers, and I said,what does that mean. Her response was,well, you need a server. This is the person that they trust with the keys and money?WOW. Our server, Ricky, did well dealing with a clearly upset guest and even offered to move all of our stuff to a booth because the manager literally went in the back and talked about not giving us a booth. Is Carrabbas hurting for managers now? I remember the old Carrabbas management bending over backwards and making you feel like family. This lady never touched the table again or any on the floor. A slow Monday night like tonight is the time to make return guests through personalized service. Bad showing tonight, Guys.

The restaurant was cold and empty. No music or any attempt to make a nice atmosphere. The menu clearly stated Eggplant Parmigiana was layered, instead it came out as heated frozen eggplant patties with cheese and sauce on top. So incredibly disappointing. I had the Chicken Parmigiana while my husband had the lasagna. They were excellent! The tomato sauce was not tangy, but full of flavor. I normally don t like the spice mix in the olive oil to use with the bread, but Carrabba s has a great seasoning mixture. The music was in the background as it should be and was not annoying. We could talk without raising our voices. The waiter took good care of us. We left happy and very full.

1. First table was slanted, so much so the food would ve fallen off 2. 2nd table was slightly less slanted 3. The $65 2 person dinner , the 2nd course came out first. 4. The salad was a 8/10 5. The asparagus was the thinnest limpist burnt asparagus I ve ever seen, asked to have better selection of it and waitress said it all looks like the same. 6. The salmon had no flavor and was very fishy 7. The chicken parm did not come with noodles 8. The broccoli tasted like it came out of a bag 9. Both meals tasted like cafeteria food 10. Its been several years since Ive been to Carrabas, but I did have some good memories of dining there before I moved away from the states for awhile. I heard they had great happy hour specials (everyday from 4-7PM) and we were in the area, so we decided to stop by and it wasnt very crowded at all. Our server was great and very helpful with deciding which dishes to order. Prices are very reasonable, as are the portion sizes. We even ended up ordering more meals to take home for the following day!

As far as all the Big Chain Italian restaurant goes this is one of the better ones. I had great service great meal and a very reasonable price and drinks highly recommend not too expensive

Had another fine meal & time here, always made better by Anna. We always ask to sit in her section. One of the nicest & friendliest people you ll meet, knowledgeable, and excellent at her job. Thanks for the desert recommendation, Anna - it was fantastic!

Carrabba s has always been a cozy restaurant to me. The experience here is always so nostalgic to me. The staff is very average. I have nothing against them but, nothing good to say either. I love the Italian culture though. The food is amazing. I got the Alfredo pasta which is one of my favorite foods. It was 9 out of 10. The calamari was good as well. I wish it was a little more golden and crisp but the taste was amazing. The chicken was also cooked perfectly. The dessert was amazing too. I came here with my family and we devoured it in a minute. If not for the calamari, I ll be coming back for the dessert.

This place has authentic Italian Cuisine . I ordered 1. Sicilian prickly pear margarita 2. Tuscan Grilled Ribeye 3. Sogno di Cioccolata chocolate dream And I got lucky as it all tasted good. The service is good and the atmosphere and settings is very calm. The dirty martini ordered for my husband was not good..we had them change it one time but the second time it didn t turn out well and we had to cancel that drink. I think old olive juice was used, but other than that all was good.

Love Carrabas, best Marsala period. Sad part is food consistency has gone down. Alfredo a signature dish, has been really bad the last two times, the noodles seem to have been sitting around for a long time, mushy almost slimy. Takes away from a great experience.

I ve been here so many times at this point, and it s always so good. Great food, great staff, very clean. If there is an issue they are quick to resolve it, and the menu updates just enough to keep it exciting. Chicken Bryan and Mama s Soup are hands down fantastic dishes. We eat in and get delivery and it s always great.

The service was definitely the best thing about our experience. Morgan was awesome (think that was her name). The food was ok. I ordered the Rigatoni Martino and it was undercooked... needed more sauce. But I requested some ricotta and it made it a little creamier. Not sure Ill be back.

My food was absolutely DELICIOUS . The sausage stuffed mushrooms were Amazing . I asked for Alfredo sauce on my meatballs instead of the sauce that is normally served with it. That sauce paired with the two cheeses was insanely delicious. OMG! The bread was delicious, too. The salt and pepper flavoring on the Calamari was so good!! . My only wish is that they would have packaged my mushrooms separately from my fried foods. The mushrooms juices were all throughout the container and made my Calamari and Cheese sticks wet and soggy a bit. Luckily, I was going straight home and was able to put them in the air fryer. Otherwise, I would have been upset a bit. I will return for sure!

If youre using your business expense account, enjoy. If youre there to eat with the family, be prepared for extremely inflated prices ($25 for Chicken Bryan..... 2 small grilled chicken breasts with goat cheese and a veg). Unfortunately, we will never return due to the ridiculous prices.

Our waitress, Victoria, was awesome. From there, meh. There were five of us, and even though it was the lunch hour not busy, which now I see as a possible red-flag. We all ordered the lunch sandwiches and my meatball sandwich was cold and the cheese had cooled after being melted. That alone was no biggie, but imagine our surprise when the $12.99 menu priced sandwiches came up as $13.99 on our checks. We asked Victoria and she did say the prices had gone up and they must have given out the wrong menus. She called the manager over and he went to the hostess station and looked at the menus. From there, he avoided us and did not adjust the price. Never could get him back to our table and even twice when I tried to stare him down he would walk around and go in the back. I have not been to a Carrabbbas in probably 15+ years and this is the last time I will be in one. There are way too many great italian restaurants around to give this one business again. They made an extra $5 dollars on us today and though that might not sound like much, also being shell-shocked by a $3.79 glass of tea just made it not such an enjoyable experince. Buh-bye Carrabbas.
