Wash Broz power washed my fence and then came back the next day and stained it. At the time they were finishing up I questioned them on some places on the fence that didnt look right and he said its because some places are dry and others are drying. Today I went and looked over the fence and it looks old, like its several years old aready, places that look like no stain and faded already. Not happy at this time with how its turned out. I will be calling and have them come out and put on a second coat and hopefully that will fix the problem. I will keep this updated with the final solution... also I believe its the Wash Bros on Plano.....

Very easy call and set up. Roberto came out same day and quoted me a very fair price. Project was scheduled within 7 days and they had everything done within 4-6 hours. I have a turfed back yard and white landscape stone and they were sure to cover and protect it all. Even moved a half cord of wood away from the fence and put it back!! Highly recommended!

Roberto Sr. and family arrived at my house on time and I was surprised at the equiptment they had. They immediately got to work and did a great job with cleaning the gutters all around the house with their pressure washer while walking on the roof. After finishing with the gutters they went around the house again from the ground and cleaned the outside of the gutters as well as washing debris and spider webs from under the eaves. I told Roberto they did a great job and would call them to clean the gutters agin this Fall after all the leaves drop. Very happy with the job, and now my gutters and eaves are nice and clean and looking much better.

Wash Broz crushed our recent pressure washing job!!! We own Softroc of McKinney and we needed a large pool deck power washed before we can install rubber surfacing. my husband had high hopes for this company and really was optimistic for helping out a family run company with young entrepreneurs. we hired wash broz to clean our windows and wash the house. we have hardy board siding which they said they have cleaned before. we live on a farm, so theres plenty of spider webs and cobwebs on the house, dust and mildew in the window seals. the crew came out yesterday, started indoors cleaning the windows. the glass was the only thing that was cleaned, nothing else on the windows. I would not value some window cleaner and streaky wiping at $400. they also removed their shoes outside but had wet socks and tracked wet footprints all through the house, i think theres probably a better way to do that with either foot covers or a fresh pair of socks to be worn indoors. theres still cobwebs, spider egg sacks, wasp nest, mud dauber nests, etc all over the exterior. they did not use glass cleaner on the outdoor windows or any kind of cleaner or soap anywhere on exterior. they also left mud on the threshold of the front door and all over the front porch. they left a couple screens on and sprayed them with the power washer and ruined them. my husband had already done our front porch himself using a house cleaner and what he did looks 100x better than what wash broz did. I currently would not recommend them after weve wasted over $600. update* definitely do not recommend. unprofessional business. they said they had experience with hardy board siding but they obviously dont. theres chipped paint all over my 30 tall white farmhouse. they chipped paint on all the doors, the trim, everywhere. the dad likes to argue a lot and does not listen to the customers at all. they had to come out 3 times to complete the job and still did not do it 100%. they use the phrases I tried and I thought it looked pretty good. so not waste your money

This was a fantastic family owned business that offered a great service. We had intended to only do the windows but after they looked at other areas we had not realized how bad the build up of mold and dirt was in many other areas of the exterior of ourv home. Great work, great prices, great story, great family! Robertos young sons started this business when the pandemic disrupted their previous jobs. Right away he impressed me on the intial quote. I called several places and they didnt want to actually come out to quote, just wanted me to describe the work and get a ballpark. The 3 that came out before wash broz had excuses for why they could only do the easy work, but not the harder work and wanted more $ than wash broz. They also emphasize that the price could change based on the time required. Roberto came out and gave me a firm price that didnt change. Made me feel at ease that they could get the job done and ot damage anything, including cleaning a terrible rust stain from the porch roof tiles (saddly dont have a pic but the change was dramatic! Can not tell this bright orange stain was ever there) and working around t.v.s on the porch. My husband got morter and paint all over our bbq brick pad and it was baked in by the sun, and they worked their magic! Roberto and his family are very professional, on time, and they do little things for free and dont try to nickel and dime you. Please, on that note, remember to tip! They treat their customers right and deserve to be treated well.

We had Wash Broz clear the snow and ice off our driveway. I highly recommend them. They are polite, on time, and did a fantastic job. My garage doesn t get sun and would have taken at least a week to melt. Now, I can leave my house. Will definitely use their other services!
