After being longtime customers of all Kennys restaurants, we will never dine again at Kennys East Coast Pizza after our upsetting encounter with an unfriendly hostess and a harsh manager tonight. The hostess had previously been unfriendly to us. In my opinion, she should not be the person who greets people when they enter the restaurant. They have lost us as a customer.

Pizza, food, and drinks are so good. Their specials are killer (their Detroit style pizza is incredible - only on Thursdays). But their staff is what sets them apart. Truly incredible. Some of the nicest and most generous people. We live down the road and will be fan favorites for a long time to come. We love Kenny s!! See yall next Thursday!

As Italians were very selective, but everything was delicious. Recommend the pizza, chicken scallopini & prosciutto wrapped fried mozzarella (good for sharing because you ll probably only be able to eat one). The calamari is very tender. The environment was not too loud so as to prevent a romantic conversation, and tables were not too close together They make wonderful Bellinis.

The fettuccine alfredo could have been seasoned or salted a little. It was bland. The only reason that I say this, is because all the Kennys restaurants serve fabulous food. The cheese pizza and the Greek salad were great! Wait staff was nice!

Kennys East Coast Pizza & Great Italian Food is such a gem--not only is the food delicious (highly recommend the lasagna and the bruschetta) but the staff there is exceptional! I cant remember the last time we were treated with such A+ hospitality and service!! Our server Don and coworker Charity were amazing and both embody the Golden Rule when it comes to serving Customers. We will be back for sure! I have eaten here so many times, it s on our friends group rotation. Was there on 09-20 for dinner. And once again a failure. I always have high hopes for the pizza. And I was once again let down. The pizza is a doughy mess in the center. This even after in the past I asked for it to be in the oven a few extra minutes. The crust of our Hot Mess last night, the edge had places where burnt places had been pinched off! Loved, in the past the wings. The last time there I sent them back, very dried out and hard. The meatballs, I watched the kitchen one night, they are out of a plastic bag I watched him cut open and the same with the sauce. Server Emily is as great, and Regina at the front desk is an angel. But may have been my last time, it s just not that good anymore.

What a wonderful place! Drop in for an amazing martini, grab a quick pizza, or settle in for a wonderful pasta. The pizza crust is perfect. You have to try the Fried Mozzarella - it is wrapped in prosciutto before being battered. Worth the trip just for that!

Short of NYC, Kennys is the best Pizza your mouth is going to savor. Hi folks. Im going to try not to salivate. Have tried Kennys Steakhouse, Rib joint, and Burger spot. This time, I got a phone note from their pizza place in Plano. Made the trip. Started with garlic parm wings. Whole wings, not split pieces. Came out so gorgeous, so dripping with fresh parm, fresh garlic, and olive oil. They looked too good to eat.. (but oh, did we). Yes, they were indescribable. The server was so awesome. It was our first trip, so the offered samples of other apps. A meatball in marinara, grated parm, that was so tender, you could gum it. Had to be from heaven. Also brought out bruscetta and a crustini that both were good enough to be a meal. The house balsamic vinaigrette was heady and sweet, with a kick in the taste buds. You can only try to wrap your head around this experience. Devine understates the flavors. Pizza came out brick oven style. The crust, just enough cornmeal, dusts the bottom. This is that touch only New Yorkers usually get. Well were in Plano, eat your heart out NYC. The cheese pull was all the way to Brooklyn. I almost changed my name to Tony, or Joey aaayyye! Badabing badaboom, this was a Pie. Service dotes on you so very perfect, even the manager stops by to make sure your experience feels curated just for your table. Top notch. Its definitely worth the drive over from midcities. I had a goofy, pizza drunk feeling the entire meal. I dont drink or anything, but this was like a food high. I sat in disbelief of how complete a foodies paradise this spot is. Just put me a cot in the back somewheres and let me luxuriate in the savory aromatherapy that is this place. Bye folks. Eat here, or dont say you didnt know. I tried to let you in on the tippy top pizza spot West of the Mississippi.

Stopped here about 10 minutes ago with my husband to order a pizza to go and was not greeted at all for assistance. A couple came in 10 minutes after us and were immediately greeted and seated by a waitress. Tried to get her attention, she kept walking. I stopped a young pregnant waitress and she told me to wait a minute because she doesnt speak English. We just left at that point. This was definitely a very bad first impression for us and we will never return nor recommend to anyone.

Kenny s East Coast is nothing short of amazing. Food, service, speed, cost, and their ability to completely cater to any need or want you have is unrivaled by anyone else around. Regina at the host stand is gracious, kind, and extremely personable and efficient at her job! She sets the tone for an amazing night right from the jump at the front door. The food tastes amazing and the drinks are always strong and tasty. JJ is an amazing server who s super attentive, fun, and makes sure you re never going without during your dining experience. It has become almost a weekly rotation for me because it s truly THAT good! (They also have some of the best Caesar salad dressing I ve ever had)

Kenny s had a great environment, nice clean restaurant and it was nice and cool inside on a hot summer day. Our waiter was kind and attentive as well. Unfortunately the food wasn t up to that standard for me. We ordered prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks, sounded tasty but was overall too salty. The pizza came out maybe 15 minutes after we ordered and it was a tad burnt and it was blazing hot! Once it cooled down some it was overall tasty.

one of my favorite restaurants! i ve taken so many different people and they always get it right. AMAZING dessert and on thursdays they have detroit style pizza which is SO GOOD! the ONLY thing Ive gotten that I wasn t AMAZING was a greek salad that was very unremarkable, just iceberg lettuce some tomatoes and forgettable dressing and whatnot. But don t come here and order a salad lol it s a very decadent place. they also have good brunch! and the WINGS are amazing. good calamari. We had the good fortune of eating at Kennys East Coast Pizza on Friday 05/31/24. We have previously eaten at several of Kennys locations with great results. I made an online reservation for 7:15. We were seated immediately upon arriving. It only got better from that point. Our server, Dani, was amazing. She was very friendly yet extremely professional and efficient. My wife loves the Grey Goose Martinis. I had a nice draft beer. My wife ordered the Hot Mess pizza. It was very good. I had the lasagna. The portion was huge. It was very delicious. Dani was outstanding. Our experience with Kennys establishments have always included incredible service. This place is no exception. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

We are huge fans of Kennys Burgers and can say that Kennys East Coast Pizza did not disappoint! The pizzas are fantastic with lots of fresh ingredients and yummy crust. First and foremost I understand restaurants are busy on the weekends. But this past Saturday, my family and I arrived around 8:30. The place wasn t full, it just seemed steady. We got sat down immediately in the big round table behind the host counter. That s when we started having a bad experience. First, the waiter came to our table and didn t even greet us. He just asked what we were drinking. Then he proceeded to slide the beverage napkins to each of us aggressively. Keep in mind, that we had 3 kids with us, (one 4 year old and two teens) When you order a kids drink, they bring it to you in a cup with a lid. But this waiter brought my daughter a kids cup with a straw in it but no lid. We asked if he could bring us a lid and he just said yeah . Never did he say sorry or I forgot. When he left our table, he stopped at a table and started to chit chat with a table for a few minutes. He then went and dropped off tickets at a table behind us. By this time we were ready to order. He then proceeded to go by the register where orders are placed, and starts talking to his co workers. We then go look over at him, and he notices it. He looks at us, and looks away. He then walks over to the table behind us again and picks up the receipts. You would think after that, he would come to our table. Guess what, he didn t he went and proceeded to fill another tables drink. Some of our drinks were empty as well. We looked at him to come over and he still didn t. He went back to the area where the waiters were located and started to talk again. It had been 15 minutes already, and he only had a few tables he was waiting on. Even my youngest daughter asked why the waiter was taking so long. We tried to give him one more chance, and see if he would come and nothing. So my wife and I decided we needed to leave. As we walked out, we stopped and talked to the manager. I told her we were disappointed and that the service was unacceptable. To be honest, I don t think the waiter even noticed that we had walked out. We briefed her on what happened, and she offered to give us some type of voucher or coupon so we could try it again. She was very sorry of the situation but by that time our family was very upset. We didn t even get the managers name or the waiter. This waiter ruined a great ending to our family outing. I hope that waiter gets proper training, and doesn t ruin another family s night out.

I have to say Kennys Pizza Plano is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend you try their lasagna if you like meat Lasagna. You will be in heaven. Plus, its large enough to fill you to the brim and still have enough to take home for another meal or snack. The Greek salad is also wonderful. The produce is so fresh you will be amazed. Kenny s East Coast pizza is absolutely one of our favorite restaurants to order from! We have often ordered through DoorDash and never once had an issue. Not only did they have one of their employees, on a very busy night, drive our pizzas to us personally, but they never charged us, and they gave us gifts certificates for our inconvenience! it was two days before Christmas, and I know their staff was super busy! Kenny has several different restaurants. They range from burger joints to BBQ. This mix also includes my favorite Italian eatery, period. All of these are, in my estimation, excellent. Unfortunately, Kennys Pizza doesnt muster up. Dont get me wrong, the ingredients are clearly quality product and the service is great, but when I compare this place to other 14 gourmet pizza places (Cane Russo, Cavalli) I find the overall pizza, especially the crust, lacking. Kennys Pizza crust may be a classic east coast offering, but it lacks the flavor I find elsewhere and has more of hard breadstick texture than pizza crust.

One word: excellent! Service at the bar was prompt while checking on us often. Drinks: good options and very tasty. Love that a fresh martini glass when you are halfway through your drink. The wife and I stumbled upon this pizza place by accident. I do have to say this was a great mistake to make. We were quickly seated with a smile. The top-notch service was terrific, and the server Trey was on his game! He was helpful in every way, giving us pointers and tips on the fan favorite and even his favorite. It was recommended we get a pizza, and we shared 1/2. The wife got hot hands, and I had a custom-made one. The pizza was brought to the table, and it was easily spotted there was an honest mistake. They brought us the wrong pizza. Let me tell you, they were fast to correct this, and Emily, the manager, brought out what was believed to be ours again; however, there were a few toppings on the pizza I did not order, but honestly, it was nothing to send back. Emily was a blessing as she said she could quickly fix it, and she wanted to, but it was discussed we were happy with it, and we were going to eat the 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. Emily was fast to act, telling me she would handle this and had a pizza cooking for me. She did not have to fix this with a free pizza. This goes to show this speaks volumes about how they treat the customers. We talked to Emily for a while. We spoke about dessert opportunities and future options with dessert servings. Lets hope this works out, but I hope to see an option of a sample dessert plate! Every dessert is worth getting, but if you get the peanut butter pie, you need a glass of milk.

Aside from the food being absolutely incredible, the service was the best I ever experienced. Our server Trey was so kind and took time to share his favorites and help us choose our meals. After having too many favorites to choose from we opted to a half and half pizza, it came out wrong and they immediately corrected it without hesitation. The manager, Emily even coming out and spent time talking with us. They are the definition of going above and beyond the restaurant industry standards, setting the bar high. After a long hiatus from Kenny s East Coast Pizza because of the horrid service, we decided to try it again. The service was better, but still not very good. I ordered iced tea and got lukewarm tea with a few bits of ice that melted immediately. And I was never offered a refill. Good thing my wife shared her water. We ordered from the brunch menu and that was a mistake. My wife s scramble breakfast was mostly edible but nothing more. My chicken and waffles was horrible. The waffles were hard and cold and the chicken was bland chicken tenders. Curiously terrible since Kenny is partners in Craftway Kitchen, which has amazing chicken and waffles. On the upside, my granddaughter s spaghetti was good. Bottom line, KECP should abandon their brunch menu. It s an utter failure.

5 stars across the board! Atmosphere is chill and welcoming. Lots of space and seating. The staff went above and beyond for guest experience. Guy at the bar getting chatted up by the bartender, our pizza was delivered by the chef, table next to us tried complimentary app which was the server s favorite! Pretty disappointing to be honest. Felt like giving a new pizza place a shot. The pictures of this place look great, so I ordered a margherita pizza for pickup. After I got home from picking it up, i opened the box up and it was completely missing the most important part of a margherita pizza: there was not a single piece of basil on the whole pie. On top of them completely missing a key ingredient on a basic pizza, I just wasnt wild about the taste in general. Maybe it was the lack of basil, but the pizza was pretty bland overall. I went last night for the first time and was very impressed! As a New Yorker, it s hard to find pizza I like. Typically nothing will be like a real NY slice, served piping hot on a white toss away plate that you can run around with but the crust they make here is close, hot and delicious! They offer martini Mondays ($6) and Wine-down Wednesdays ($7). Let me tell you the place was PACKED for a Wednesday. Food, atmosphere and service were all pleasant and tasty. This is some of the best pizza Ive had in a long time! I ordered the Margherita and Spaghetti and Meatballs and both were so good. We dined at Kennys for Mothers Day and it was one of the best meals weve had lately! My son, who has Celiac and is strictly gluten-free, was able to enjoy a delicious and safe gluten-free chicken parmigiana and garlic bread. Our waiter, Jon, was great about answering our questions and checking on all the safety procedures we needed. If you have Celiac, you know how rare it is to be able to enjoy a meal out without having to worry about the safety or even the quality!
