my server MEME was so sweet and attentive. The bar manager was rude and felt entitled . I even heard her make a comment to a customer in regards to him choosing to sit on the opposite side of the bar that she was serving as if he made a bad decision. I dont think it was fair to Meme that she had no chairs or n her side of the bar and the manager did. How is she suppose to get tips?????

The atmosphere was cool. The service though TERRIBLE!! I sat at the bar opened a tab and that was the last time I heard from the bartender. You only received service if you were at the center of the bar.Ordered a hookah. Ordered a refill and two hours went by still no refill. But they were sitting over there dancing and smoking hookah. Make it make sense.2.5 hours go by now I just want to close my tab. Since the bartender only bartend at the center of the bar I walk over to the center here come security with me standing behind someone else at the bar telling me to move. I explain to him I ve been waiting hours a the end of the bar to simply close my tab so I can leave. We exchange words long story short. I was wayyy too patient to begin with. DJ was on point BUT IF I COULD RATE THE SERVICE I WOULD GIVE IT A ZERO!

I can honestly say, this was some of the best fried hard chicken that I ve ever had! The bread was amazing as well! For drinks, I had a Skittles & French 75, pretty good. The establishment is a nice size, it was not crowded at all, the DJ was doing his big one, & hyping the audience up with his line dances. The only complaint is for the hookah provider paying for tips and coals when the hookah is paid for is weird. But other than that, I enjoyed my visit.

I saw this place on Instagram and my sister told me about it, so in decided to try it out theyre Sunday brunch. The fish and grits is delicious. The price was reasonable and they give you more than enough. I will just definitely be back to experience the night life.

The food, music, and vibe were great. The drinks were mid and served in what appeared to be a 4oz clear plastic water cup, not worth the charge. We were told that they automatically charged a gratuity of 15%, which our food total came out to $38.00, but we were billed $60. The waitress appeared to be overworked with no customer service skills. Its an OK spot. You just have to monitor your tab, or you may get got.

I m not looking for this place to be open much longer. Black owned businesses really know how to shoot themselves in the foot. Club was about 15 percent full but you tell patrons the waitresses need 25 feet so you can t sit at bar .. Again club is virtually EMPTY which also means no waitresses in site. Let me just say the place lacks professionalism and common sense. I also came about one year ago our experience was poor. Reading the other comments you should avoid this establishment, if you truly want to have a good peaceful time. I m certain the owner s attitude parallels the staff. Also, let me NOT forget to tell you that their drinks are about a C minus or D plus.

My biggest complaint about this place is its open from 2 till 11 during week. Yet close its kitchen many nights between 9:45 and 10. Imagine taken a uber to a place to eat and its open but kitchen is closed an hour early.. They should state this on their web page to avoid confusion to customers.

Called ourselves hanging out for my bestfriend birthday dinner and listen to some nice music. If I could give this place 0 stars I would have. Service was HORRIBLE waitress was OMG insane HORRIBLE. Everything that was on the menu she would come back just to let us know its no longer on the menu or they were out of. She never came back to check on us after sitting there waiting for her to come back with another solution chile lets just say she had the nerves to tell us that our food will be right out and we just sitting there looking like what food suga you just told us you were out of what we ordered. Smh $13 for a small glass of alcohol was crazy to me she brought over a small glass lemon drop which I did not order it was supposed to had been a lemon drop frozen margarita which she comes back with this nasty soap subs drink in this extra small cup and says what I ordered is no longer on the menu and she didnt know why this place still has on the menu. Lord bless it. And lets not talk about when it was time to pay. We definitely got up to follow her to pay as she requested and plus I didnt trust no one like her handling my card. I went for a friends birthday party on a Friday night. The place is spacious with lots of seating. I ordered cajun rub whole wings and okra. (Its not every day you find whole wings!) Everything was fried to golden perfection and well seasoned. Im not sure if my wings were cajun, but they were good. The dranks were good. I tried the Piney Henn which was a frozen. So nice, I had two of them! Our server, Jay, was awesome. She made her rounds to the table like every 10-15 minutes. She was on point with recommendations and troubleshooting kitchen errors. The DJ knew how to get the crowd up out of their seats. There were TVs everywhere! Its definitely a great time for nawfside outings!

We travelled from another to state to enjoy Texas and this place was recommended, Friday was not as packed and Saturday had a few more people in there. My complaint is not about the facility but the people who are hired to represent it. There was 3 bartenders both nights and the 2 older ones would kids esp right past is even when it was not busy. Especially the older one with the blonde wig, she would just look at us and continue walking even after being motioned, but had no problem serving men. The only bartender that was helpful was the tall girl, keep her, but remove the other 2 ladies otherwise you re going to keep seeing reviews like this.

Arrived at around 230p and it wasnt busy at all. Sat on the patio and our waitress Jay was very friendly and attentive. I had the Hennessey wings and I was not pleased. They literally tasted like sugar was just poured on them. It was very overpowering and I didnt taste anything other than sugar. Very disappointing, however the fries was A1. Boudain ball was a little too mushy. Now I WILL say the food was piping hot and fresh af, but a little overpriced for the drinks. My drink of choice was (Hanky Panky) $16 Anyways, overall it was just OK. Ill give them another try on a Saturday night, to redeem themselves.

Hello. I havent even made it to this spot, but the reviews are really making me think twice about going. I wanted to come to Brians Bash and reserve a table for me and a few friends. I will preface this review by stating that the owners can have a dialogue with me in an adult manner at any time about the events of my experience. On July 30, I went to 3d s krazy kitchen bar and lounge for a birthday party for a friend of mine. I entered the establishment around 7:30 pm and around 8 pm I went to the bar to order a French 75. I told the bartender I wanted to open a tab. The bartender made my drink and kept my debit card behind the bar. At many bars I have been to it s normal to keep a debit or credit card when someone opens a tab so I saw no issues with this bartender keeping my card. As the night continued I order several items for myself and others. A little after 11pm I go up to the bar to close my tab and get my card to find out that the bartender lost my debit card. The bartender tried to look for my card along with the manager on duty at that time. They would find a receipt in which they had my card information but someone else signed the receipt. Around $52 was charged to my card by someone else. I was asked was it my signature and I told the manager and bartender it was not. My girlfriend was notified about this incident as she was also in attendance that night and listened along with me to the manager on duty and bartender give two different polices on an open tab. The bartender stated that she was taught to keep the card while the manager states that no cards are kept by the bar during an open tab. I was told to lock my card and that I would be refunded any money that was charged to me in which the establishment did refund me. My girlfriend wanted to speak to the main boss and was told to call on Monday but the calls made by my girlfriend were unanswered by the establishment. As for me I obtained a new debit card and cancelled my old card. Those this was only an minor inconvenience at the end it could have been so much worst. My experience was terrible to say the least as this establishment showed negligence by losing my debit card and not have a clear policy on open tabs. I will not return to 3d s and I would recommend no one else go to this place because I don t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.

Trash service very dis respectful wings was old trash hard look like they just set them in a lot of grease server was rude really all they severs are rude very over priced. This my second time having to run to the bathroom and I know it s them old wings they serving they were dark and purple and bloody in the inside I don t recommend this place at all.

My wife works in humble an she wanted try this place. So we went. Walk in the security guard tells me that i cant come in with a houston rockets basketball jersey. He said do you have t-shirt. I said no. Are serious that lady sitting right there has a jersey on. He tells me ladys can wear them men cant. He wasnt rude or nothing like that. But i told him thats discrimination on the real. He knew my wife from work so he allowed us to come in. My hold vibe is gone now. We sit an its 15 mins b4 our server comes to the table. The wings are good. The server was good. Music was good. But my vibe was gone. I dont mind following rules but a woman with a jersey on shouldnt be different than a man. Its a wing an seafood spot not a 5 star restaurant. I will try again hope for a better experience next time

Its still needs to work out some of the kinks on customer service. I wasnt greeted upon arrival, and while I was waiting for my food, it would have been nice to tell me about the drink and specials instead of telling me to scan a QR code. Then the waitress proceeded to go to the corner and go to sleep....Im not joking. I took a picture My People My People....I try.... but in all the food was excellent and seasoned to perfection, shrimp was fried just a little too hard, and I love the fried roll pleasant surprise...

The officer at the door is just rude, doesnt greet nor welcome you, and just worried about being on his phone! Check your cameras. The bar was dirty as it gets with empty plates, liquor cups. Etc. I went on a Monday. I ordered a Margarita. She turns around before I can (Very tall sister with earring in her nose, long hair, and no smile) anything hands me house frozen drink for $13 bucks!!!! And you serious!!!!! Then comes around later behind me and ask do you want your change? Really? No recommendations, no offer of food, no offer of a menu, and not even a napkin or clean surface to drink on. Also staff was smoking hookahs!! Then handling food, drinks, etc. Worst service I ever had. I have received better setvice at McDonalds in the hood which is where I should of went to begin with. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies. I wish I could give negative 5 stars Parking: Its very dark in the lot!!!

I heard great things about this place especially the wings. I chose to opt out the wing and get the pork chops during brunch. Immediately upon their arrival I thought looks good and fried well, but that was not the case. The pork chops appeared to fried in old grease or some cross contamination with other food or use the same batter. The rest of my party had chicken and they were similar. The waitress was polite but inattentive to our needs we only saw her when we got our food and when she waited for us to pay the bill. The waitress definitely havent been through any food service training, her nails were so long all I could do is think about her handing my food and wiping her a**. Customer service a 1 food was a 2. One good thing is the DJ was jamming but was extremely loud for a brunch I couldnt hear the people at my table. I love to support black business but we have to do better and not get complacent.

If I could give 0 stars I would the food was absolutely old and nasty I am from a different city and i and very disappointed the food had an old smell on it and soggy. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy nor a dog that was starving

I can t speak for the food because I didn t stay to eat as the service was terrible. The person greeting us at the door had such a terrible attitude that we just decided to leave. I truly hope that the owner of this place resolves this issue before they permanently ruin its reputation.
