their menu doesn t have everything on uber eats when i tried to place it. i spent 10 minutes fighting their robot bullshit answering service trying to ask a simple question and it just takes you in circles and directions you to send them an email or order over the phone. worst service i have ever received in a fast food establishment. will never spend money here again update 9/7/24: tried one last time to order from here as it s the only one near me, and food arrived absolutely inedible. cold, rice harder than rock and undercooked, steak was all gristle and chewy. do better

Went with the whole family we got there at 935pm they close at 11 they told us if you want beef or chicken we can make you and because grills are off so i said you close in 1hr and 25 minutes why is the grill off they said we wouldn t be able to close at 11 if we waited until then I said turn the grills back on you have to serve us they said no all they had was veggie they turned 7 more customers away after we left I will be contacting corporate don t ever go to this chipotle

If you know how to order, Chipotle is the go-to for fast food Mexican flare. It isnt Tex-Mex, not really authentic Mexican food, kind of subtle mix of the two. Giving the right instructions to the server is key to never being disappointed. Just saying, A sofritas burrito or a salad bowl wont work. With each item placed in your order tell the server light, extra, or none. Im not giving the Service a zero, Im just not rating it. When Chipotle had a group of employees that I got to know, who called me Vegi Frank when I walked in the door, and were there for several years I would have given it a Five Star rating. Today, there is a revolving door and its tough to judge someone when they may be a brand new employee. I understand a young person probably wont make a career out of being a server, unless they have food management goals. Covid didnt help.

The past couple of times Ive been here, the food and service has improved. They arent lazy when it comes to cleanliness and they are quick on making orders and moving the line as quickly as they can. Its a shame chipotle removed carne asada but they replaced it with Al Pastor chicken which tastes better than the regular. The dining room looks clean. Clean tables and clean floors. After a rush Ive seen someone going over all the tables and wiping them down. Vegetarian options: Free guac with a veggie bowl. Most people get guac on the side to eat with chips. Parking: About 30 parking spots around the building with doors on two sides of the building. Kid-friendliness: Clean High chairs available. Not loud music. Really good kids quesadillas. Wheelchair accessibility: Two parking spots. The staff will bring out the door if you wish to dine in.

When I came in for a bowl today around lunchtime, I was getting it to go and they seemed as though I was being rushed my bowl did not look at all presentable and on top of that the portions that were being scooped there was barely any and it was being plaved down like it didnt matter, And there was another customer requesting there burrito be rewrapped and because it wasnt wrapped correctly, and it seems as though the break time or staffing wasnt positioned correctly because not enough people were there taking orders only 1 person was initially, so yeah I did not feel welcomed at that time.

this particular chipotle is by far the worst in the metroplex, the food station was FILTHY, they filled my burrito with SO much rice there was no room to put anything else- the man making my burrito manhandled it so hard it completely fell apart and he proceeded to rewrap it with guacamole all over his hands smearing the outside of my burrito with old guac which was definitely violating some sort of health code, the lady at checkout was rudely complaining about customers in front of customers- loud enough we could all hear it-to her associate, 0/10 recommend. additionally they were extremely slow. i was so disgusted by the time i was done i decided to just go to the chipotle down the road where they confirmed this location was an absolute bust. i know working these kinds of jobs can be stressful and come with their own set of issues, believe me ive been there, however i was so repulsed by this chipotle i simply had to write a review.

Everyone gets a second chance before leaving a bad review. It s my 4th bad experience in a row over several months. They shut down half the seating area at 7pm, don t really serve past 9pm unless you want leftovers that are hardly still heated, and have no interest being open until 10pm like the hours say. I asked if they were still serving and the person with a wet table rag had to look over their shoulder and ask - to no answer. Can yall just change closing time and be done with it? Or actually be open like you say it?

Dirty!! Cold food & not fresh , cold chips & stale or not fresh. I hope I dont get sick. I love Chipotle, but this restaurant needs a make over. Something told me to walk away, but I didnt use my judgement and I still ate because Im tired and Im on a budget, so now Im going to have a date with my toilet in the next few minutes, thank you Chipotle for the toilet date.. Money down the toilet in a few minutes, dont even have time to digest. There is no point going back, because restaurants always have an excuse not to give your money back, well fix your order, but why fix my order if you cant get the job right the first time. NOW!! I know why downtown has a lot of business with food trucks here in Dallas, Im not from here but Im learning. There is no point going to a restaurant that has fast pace. Im going to have to do my research before jumping into a bacteria fungus food problem. Dallas is very clean and very nice, but the food sucks. This place was great back in the day but this will certainly be my last time eating at Chipotle. My burrito was about 75% rice he put two massive scoops of rice on it. When he scooped the chicken it was definitely less than a full scoop. I asked if that is the standard portion size he said yes and picked up one the ramikins they put the sides of salsa in and said that was their protein portion size. For 2oz of chicken I can certainly pay less than $12.

I feel like this location is a hit or miss. Which is disappointing because I am a loyal customer even after having a terrible experience with chipotle.. Anyways the steak at this location is always a hit or miss it really does depend on the cook that day. I ordered a steak bowl & steak burrito. The steak had no flavor at all with all the stuff added to my burrito it tasted like nothing! There was way too MUCH fat with my steak. To the point where my meal wasn t even appetizing. Then the small portions they tried to put into my bowl was ridiculous, not even a full spoon of steak and when I asked for a little more I was charged for double steak. I randomly grabbed a card with the manager contact info & when I called, I got an operator. so here I am writing this review. Update 05/04: Took a Lyft to & from chipotle. I get home, start eating my burrito to find PLASTIC in my food never buying from this location again. Update 10/05: Returned bc it was late & so close to home. It never fails to disappoint hair in my food. Classic.

Will never get food from here again. Ordered burrito bowl online along with 2 others for my family. My bowl was crushed, only half full and very little sour cream or cheese. I had asked for extra sour cream and cheese but got very little and the hot sauce was all over the bag due to the bowl being crushed. Worst experience at a Chipotle ever that I have had. Stay away is my advice. You put pork in my food when I asked you not to and I am allergic to pork. They now say they have no record of the sale despite sending picture of the receipt. This is my neighborhood location so I order from here about every other day. I order a bowl with double protein and chipotle protein portion should be around 4 ounces for a single portion I typically receive less than that with a double portion. My wife called and complained for me last time and the manager bri said this is a common problem they re having. I feel the owner/ manager of this location is training employees to short portions to cut costs. Mind you this bowl averages 20+$ through Uber eats so I feel very shafted.

I went around 7pm last night. There only one other customer in the store. ALL of the food looked horribly dry and old. The steak was so black and dried out my mother asked if they would be cooking more and the woman serving us said No, not all she was as really rude. APPARENTLY you have to order a steak quesadilla online instead of in person or they will just refuse to make it for you. We have gone to this location multiple times and have ordered a steak quesadilla every time. The manager and an employee both refused to make it unless we ordered it online. Ordered Chipotle via DoorDash this evening. What a poor choice I made! My 3 chicken tacos arrived....tortillas were torn and wadded up in a ball of foil. No container. I guess inflation has made the portions smaller. Also need to use mouth masks and hair nest to avoid food contamination That should be all over the food industry

They have downgraded the chip bag sizes tremendously. A $1.60 bag of chips is now a bag the side of a small sandwich baggy, with only 6 - 10 small chips in it. Each chip is literally $0.10... what the heck is this? Chips dont cost anything to make, why are you scalping customers like this. I will never get chipotle chips again.

Editing my review as of today from a 5 star to 1 star Quality of the staff has gone majorly down hill. They didnt have anything together today and folded a burrito like a taco. The staff was not kind expect for 1 person. This location has gotten worse as time has gone on The drink station has multiple options nit working and the lemonade has had 2 not working for weeks. And the worker just spilled lemonade everywhere and walked away and never cleaned it up Orginal review: Staff is kind and helpful

My wife and I have ordered from here multiple times, but more often than not it s been a bad experience. Today was even worse, as my wife s bowl had a total of SIX pieces of chicken in it, along with all of the portions seeming much smaller than usual. To make it even worse we placed the order for pickup through the app, so the disappointingly small portion sizes weren t caught until we were already back home. On top of all of that we cannot even talk to someone regarding our issue, and instead get filtered through a terrible customer support experience through the site that exclusively involves communicating with a bot. Definitely the worst chipotle location in the metroplex, and it s not even close.
