Dog park was ok. Had area for big digs and area for smaller dogs. All the somewhat stuff for them to do was on the big dog area. I only have a puppy pit who is 8 months old. He did like running along the fence with the big dogs since we were on the small dog side. He did get bored quickly.

Great park. I wish they had a few dog drinking fountains INSIDE the dog park. The only one is located outside the entrance. Overall the dog park is clean, spacious and well maintained. Lots of natural shade and seating, as well as, some agility equipment.

Dog-friendliness: Well groomed area and shaded dogpark. There are several obstacles for the dogs to play on. Lots of people and dogs to mingle. Would be better and safer to have a water fountain inside the gated area. Having to walk out of the gated area and across the yard with a bowl of water was tedious and risked dogs escaping.

Dog park was closed, and there was no sign to indicate the reason. If theyre closing the park, it would be best to list why and list the hours. I saw multiple people walk up with their dogs to be disappointed. Looks like a great dog park, but not if you cant ever use it.

First time bringing my newly adopted dog to the park. He ran and played with other pups and wore himself out! Loved it! Park was clean, well maintained (can speak of small dog side only). Only one instance of owner not cleaning up after pup. Dog-friendliness: Designated dog park: All dogs there got along.

This dog park is close to my house and the people and dogs know it well and everyone gets along well. I like it very much. If there is one inconvenience, it is that the dogs drinking fountain is located outside the dog park. This means that even if the dogs want to drink water, they cant drink it right away. Secondly, the way the dog park is built is mainly made of soil rather than grass, so the day after it rains, the ground gets wet and sticky with mud, making the bottom muddy, which is not good condition for the dogs. Its also inconvenient for us. Lastly, thank you for always helping me and us fix things at the dog park. But please, when the dog park is closed, I would like the website to be closed as well. The site is now open. . When I went to the dog park, it was closed. My dog and I are very sad because of this.

Love this park! Very affable people that are almost always consistent with their governance of the pets they bring in. Ive seen a few dogs in the small dog area that probably dont need to be there, but for the most part its a very low-drama setting. Some landscaping would be helpful but lets face it, the doggies would just rip it up so its all good. Some agility items there, always stocked with dog bags, and reasonable parking. Lacy loves it here, so do we.

Is beautiful but a lot of people dont respect the law. They dont have their dogs on leash (not in the fenced area) most of the disc golf players bring dogs and let them run free, without a leash or supervision while they play, despite the big signs everywhere stating dogs must be on leash at all times. Very often their dogs scare people walking or another dogs and the players or people who take their dogs without leash, dont care at all. I dont know where to report these infractors.

I ve been going to this dog park for almost 3 years. It s my absolute favorite dog park around Austin. I moved 15 miles away and still go out of my way and deal with traffic to bring my boy here. The people are so friendly, the dogs are all so friendly and playful. There s so much trees for shade, places to sit and stuff for dogs to play on. Tons of great parking spaces low traffic area, massive park to walk around. It s everything you want in a dog park! Couldn t ask for a better space. The only downside is when they close for repairs or maintenance there is no where you can look on line or a number to call to determine if they have it back open and sometimes it can take days or weeks to reopen. Just wish there was a place to see if it s shut down. (Doesn t happen often just if there is a major storm really)

This dog park isnt huge, but its a good size. Its an excellent place to take your dog for socialization with other dogs, and for them getting exercise chasing each other around. Its got a few ramps and tubes, etc. I, personally like that it isnt flat, but that it has a couple of hills for added terrain. There are a few benches, and plenty of trees for shading. There is also a walking trail around the entire park. There is usually ample parking. I only wish that the water station was actually INSIDE the dog park, rather than right outside of it. Its definitely worth the ten minute drive I make for my Belgian Malinois to socialize and exercise. Playground: There is a childrens playground next to the dog park. Toilets: There are public restrooms available in the pavilion on the other side of the parking lot Dog-friendliness: Its a dog park. So, yeah, its dog friendly. Picnic area: There is a huge pavilion for having a picnic. Unless its reserved for a party.

Best Dog Park in the North Austin area by far!! If your dog enjoys running around with other dogs then you will not be disappointed. Always a few dogs here no matter when you go. Like other parks it can get crowded during peak hours (after work) but there is a good amount of space for everyone to have fun, even when its crowded. I have found most people here have very nice dogs and are conscientious owners. I have a dog who LOVES to play and LOVES people - so this is just like going to Disneyland for him!

Be careful here - it s kind of hit or miss. I know several folks whose dogs have been attacked by other dogs here. Most people who bring their pups here are good and responsible and have nice dogs. There are a few that I can t say that about. It really bothers me when people bring intact male dogs to dog parks, and there are several regulars from that persuasion here. Also, there are a number of people who bring small dogs into the large dog area and sometimes the small pups get understandably scared and defensive and start snapping and getting aggressive. This can lead to aggression from all sides and I ve had to remove our dogs from the place out of concern a few times. That said, it is a nice, large area with lots of shade for when it s hot and our dogs always enjoy themselves there, as well as in the larger park area.

All other dog parks in the area never close. Nice park. Separate areas for large dogs and small dogs. Ramps and things to play on.

Great dog park for both small and larger sized dogs. Separate from the rest of the park so only dog lovers will be in the area.

Great park. Some agility training gear a bunch of hills, trees, and shade for dogs to run around. There is a dog fountain directly outside the gate. Talking about the gate there is a staging area between the inside and outside to avoid any dogs managing to escape. Really well designed.

Im so impressed with how clean and well kept this dog park is. So much shade, wonderful respectful people. Dogs are so happy to be together. Im new to dog parks, just adopted a puppy a month ago. We will be here almost every other day. Thank goodness for no rain.
