I had a deeply frustrating experience with this lawyer. I scheduled an appointment, it was virtual appointment, but never received a confirmation because the message ended up in my spam folder. There was no reminder call nor they reached out me before the appointment. When I missed the appointment and tried to reschedule, the response was both unprofessional and discourteous. My employer provides legal insurance, and the lawyer should have simply advised me to initiate a new case with my employer to reschedule the appointment. Interestingly, after I missed the appointment, he went ahead and submitted a claim and even paid for it. So, in the end, he didn t actually lose anything. Instead of helping with the rescheduling process by advising me to initiate a new case with my employer or offering an alternative solution, the lawyer was rude, dismissive, and uncommunicative. His approach was not only unhelpful but also demonstrated a severe lack of basic professionalism. This experience is incredibly disappointing and reflects poorly on someone in his position. I expected far better service and respect, especially from a professional. If this is the standard of care provided, I strongly advise seeking legal assistance elsewhere.

Answered the call directly without a secretary. He gave me free advice on buying auction houses in the area and was very polite. I highly recommend him as most lawyers don t directly answer calls nor give free consultation. Thanks again

I recently had issue buying my first house and had Attorney Bimal Saraiya consult to back out of contract. As another review mentioned, he was very prompt and extremely patient with all my questions and educated me about issues I didnt even notice in the legal lingo. I was so thankful that I went to Saraiya Law Firm!!

Needed some legal advice on a Contractor s contract. Called saraiya s office. The secretary answered and gave me an appointment. The next day the lawyer spoke with me and answered all my questions and saved me from being ripped off by that crooked contractor.

I came for an inquiry that was out of scope for this firm. However Bimal was very kind and offered a lot of valuable recommendation in how to find the right firm. This shows how much she cares about people in general, whether a paying customer or now. I will definitely come back to this office when I have a legal need that is within scope.

We called them twice today. First time after 10 am and got an answer machine said their office hour is 9-5, M-F. At about 1 pm we called again and a lady answered the phone. However it was disconnected once we told her we are waiting for their call. Seems they are either not in service any more or they dont care their business in general. This place deserves no star at all. We will try other ones who care their business with integrity!

I recently used Saraiya Law firm for two different issues related to a home transaction. During both interactions, both attorneys were thorough, quick with responses, easy to reach, and extremely helpful. On top of all that, I felt the charges were all reasonable. I would definitely recommend and definitely use again should the need arise!

Saraiya Pllc was there for me when I had a dispute over escrow funds in the closing of a house. Mr. Saraiya listened to my story, reviewed the relevant documents, and prepared a well written letter. His letter convinced the other side to finally throw in the towel and release the money owed to me - and I was able to avoid the hassle of taking them to small claims court. I highly recommend Mr. Saraiya, he will take care of you!
