We had a Birthday party there and rented one of the rooms. It was an absolutely amazing afternoon. The kids had so much fun and our room host London was excellent. She was so very helpful with decorating and set up. We never had to ask for anything. She was always one step ahead of us. And her smiles and personality was just so sincere. She is an amazing young lady. THANK YOU London for making our girls birthday so special.

My kid loves this place...but... every time we go he gets sick. Usually just a cold, this past time we went on Aug. 30th, 2 days later he tested positive for Covid. I asked some of the employees if they ever disinfected the place while we were there, they said never, and we keep finding out they are telling the truth! We wont be back until they implement some sort of disinfecting. Especially the ball and foam pit. UV lighting perhaps?? Something needs done. Over a week later and were still testing positive for Covid. Several parents tell me the same thing about the place, kids love it but its a petri dish for germs.

Overall kids enjoyed the place. A bit pricey and we even brought socks from a different Urban Air location and they made us buy different ones. Also you might as well pay the top price to have access to everything, which is a bit of a sham. Bathrooms were not cleaned, staff didnt seem all too interested in helping and some arcade machines were broken but still accepting payment.

DO NOT COME HERE I ordered a side of fries and three pieces of pizza, all half burned. We have been there many times but never been disappointed like this time. The staff looked at us with an annoyed look. The ball pit was very dirty, moldy and smelly. we played in the ball pit together like usual with my 2 year old daughter. but this time the staff said my daughter was not allowed to play in the ball house, so why didnt they tell us earlier so we could leave (we had been there for 45 minutes and the staff just stood there looking at us). And one more detail that made us extremely annoyed when we played in the ball house we sat down to play together then the staff said we should go play somewhere else. I PAID TO PLAY BUT THEY KICKED US OUT

We took my son and some friends yesterday for his birthday. Such a good time for them! I had kids from the age of 1 - 14 and they all had a blast! The workers were attentive and very helpful. They all were accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

While we love coming to Urban air and have the memberships it should be noted some of the staff have serious attitude issues, specifically the front desk and some that work the floor. There is no consistency in the way the have the kids play games and act inconvenienced if they have to put the kids in a harness or let the kids do climbing activities and are often on their phones. There are also a few of the of the front desk girls are just rude. The food counter staff are always wonderful and go out of their way. We dont let a few sour apples ruin our stay but sorting this out would definitely make the experience better.

We recently visited Urban Air. My youngest granddaughter became frightened on the overhead obstacles. She was unable to continue to get back to the starting point. I went to get the attendant. Before I could get 5 steps toward him, he was already on his way to help her. He had been watching. The employees name is Golden. He is awesome with these kids. We appreciate him greatly!

I have paid for a membership for over a year for my grandbabies and they absolutely loved this park. Until today. The facility was very dirty especially the play place in the front corner several of the attractions were either missing parts of it or not working there was plenty of staff but none of them were cleaning. We ordered food and it was $22 for three slushies and a pretzel and the pretzel was not very good even my five and three year old grandchildren would not eat it we threw it away. Needless to say we are canceling our membership as of today and looking for a new spot to take these babies during the summer. The manager on duty did inform me that they were under New Management.

We visit most Fridays as an after school/ school week treat for our boys. The ultimate membership has been an amazing thing for the family. Weve seen a lot of improvement in recent months with new management and a renewed commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Weve seen the block pit and ball pit refreshed and good news balls for dodge ball and basketball. Increased staffing has also meant my boys can play on any attraction when we come. We have a lot of family fun and love that the management team welcomes us each time we come!

I have been here many times before and NEVER had an issue, until now! Came on a Saturday at 4pm which was crazy busy which is to be expected. There was a worker at the ball pit obstacle course named Jada at first she wouldnt let my sisters 2 year old go in with me which is fine but I saw at least 3 INFANTS in there!!! How is that right?! Also when my other nephew who is a small 5 year old was ready to leave out of the area she would not allow him to go through that door. Like seriously? When I said you couldnt of let him out she cocked an attitude with me. And is now side eyeing me when I walk by. Unacceptable!!!! My sister asked another girl for her name but not sure if its her real name or not but I do have a picture of her. If the manager would like to step in and take some action. These are just kids!!! I understand your job must be stressful but no excuse!

We have spent so many hours and so much money at Urban Air. We celebrated my daughters birthday spending right out about $200 for a facility that definitely has not had a deep clean in an indefinite amount of time just from the large dust bunnies and odors rising from the mats and play areas. The bathrooms were disgusting even after having them cleaned by the very young janitorial member they were still in need of some sanitary TLC. My children have an incredible time there.... But the odor in the facility has changed and definitely needs to be addressed. We will continue to visit but I truly hope they invest more time and effort into sanitation.

The kids always have a blast until we drag them out the door. They utilize every area of this huge playground extravaganza packed building. They play dodgeball, climb and fly with harnesses, play dollar machines(video games), play in ball pits and jungle gyms, and icees are always a must. Fun to the max for the little ones. Wish we had this in the 80s-90s! *Staff is awesome making sure kids are safe when climbing and they are always polite and patient and that surprises me every time because they are just barely young adults themselves.

I took my friends 3 boys and their neighbors twins to Urban Air in Beaumont on Saturday Dec. 30th. We had an easy time getting everyone bands and socks before we all began to play and jump. After a few hours we all started getting hungry and decided to get a pizza, while trying to round up all 5 of the boys to eat the oldest ran up to me saying a boy was getting jumped so I picked up the pace looking for the youngest 2 when one of the youngest ran up to me crying saying he and another boy had gotten jumped by 30 older boys (15-16 years old) along with some younger boys. When I went to find the youngest I see the group of boys who jumped him along with 3 employees who are all smiling and giving each other high fives. At this point I m heated I start yelling at the employees because not only did they not stop my boy from getting jumped they encouraged it, I was also asking for the manager and looking for the youngest while trying to get the other 4 to sit down. After addressing the issue with management I allow the boys to go play. The kids continued to harass the boys and I just advise them to ignore them and take the high road. Then one lady got arrested for stealing from target and went to urban air to hide, another girl brought a gun and was waving it around in the bathroom and pointed it on another girl so she got arrested aswell. Then the boys were eating when one of the same kids that jumped started cussing them out and flipping them off he then proceeded to yell at them to fight him in the bathroom, they found me and we deescalated the situation and went on about our day. Then around 8 pm we were playing dodge ball and the other kids decided to put my boys on one side and beat them with the balls. Then the same kids started harrassing me and the boys yet again calling everyone fat and cussing at everyone trying to fight us so we decided we were leaving. One of the managers came up to us and told us to leave along with the other group of kids but she told us me and the 5 boys would be able to jump for free for the following day. Arline one of the employees was incredible throughout the whole 6 hours we were there. She was absolutely amazing, the boys loved her and she even danced with them and would continue to check in on them throughout the rest of our experience there. She definitely recovered our night!!! Super fun place to play with a very friendly staff. Paul especially made an impression. My feet were hurting and I was looking for somewhere to sit. He noticed and brought me a chair without me even having to ask. So nice!

We had a birthday room package. We had done a birthday at a table 1.5 years ago and it was great, this time was is a sign that says New Management and rules will be enforced. All the bathrooms, including the family bathrooms were trashed. Dirty toilet seats, no paper towels, trash everywhere. Not as many things were open as last time..the spinning trampoline obstacle was not going. They seemed disorganized but not understaffed...just not proactive or service oriented. We ordered 3 pizzas. The cheese pizza was extremely greazy and all the cheese pulled off of the slice when we tried to take a slice. One pizza was not cooked all the way and the raw dough stretched apart when picking up a slice. The 3rd was literally half crust, it was like a small pizza on top of a large crust. Pics included. No one followed up once they were dropped off. The gate exiting the ball pit is broken and doesnt have a spring or bumper to keep it from slamming. A girl at our party got her finger badly smashed in the gate, it was bleeding. I didnt see what gate she was talking about until an hour later when it almost got my childs hand. It is metal slamming against metal with kids flinging it opened and closed, the catch that slams is child hand level. There was an employee near that area but standing 10 to 15 feet from the gate and either did not notice or did not care.

Rochelle who is the manager was very nice and help take care of myself and my family when we had a misunderstanding. We had pleasant experience. The membership program is a must have because it s only 13.99 a month and you can add a parent membership for 3.99 a month as well and has the same perks as child. And it s UNLIMITED visits a month. You can go online and do it on their website but it s WORTH IT!! Definitely a place you will have fun and so will your kids!!

Ok this is great for all ages. My first time here. Tv screens for the football games while the kids play. Eat some pizza and just have fun. You and your kids will definitely sleep well after this! Great staff. They are all friendly and helpful. So many event rooms. Any age. There was a 68th birthday going on. COME CHECK THEM OUT! less them 30.00....FILL OUT WAVER 1ST!

LOVE this place. Always spotless - very clean with lots of attractions inside. The kids love it. LOVE it. this is one of the best places for kids in Beaumont. Absolutely wonderful, the games were fun to try and the foam pit- wow, hugest ball bit you ve ever seen.the whole place is great. very hard to leave even after hours of play!

Took my kids (10m and 8m) to enjoy the day. While my kids were jumping another group of kids were getting aggressive with mine. I told my kids to move and the other kids followed, and would not leave my kids alone, starting a situation. By the time I could get the situation resolved between the kids, the manager, Ashley, was there calming all the kids down. I appreciate the calmness and professionalism from her. She was able to get the kids to separate, move on, and continue on with a good time. Thank you for turning a bad situation into a better time.

Seems like a bunch of young adults are running the place and they do a great job! The girl at the front desk is always super nice and all the workers out in the playarea are always super sweet! Came to have a impromptu birthday party for a friends out of town family and it has been perfect! The on site manager Ronjenae has helpful, hands-on, and attentive as well as the entire staff everyone working seems to enjoy what they are doing and even helpful with the kids that maybe were a little scared at first. Most definitely worth the price to play on a hot Texas day
