Ive been coming here since 2006! Their service has always been good. I have not ever had a problem with my order, and the food has always been good made to order and consistent. Then, have a buffet table set up during the weekdays for lunch so you can choose what you want on your plate. So if you are on lunch break and need a place that will serve you up hot FRESH food, you can get in and out quickly. You cant go wrong with any of their dishes. Good food and excellent service. Vegetarian options: Vegetable lo mein, fries, and if you ask, they are willing to exclude meat from dishes on their menu. I know this from experience. Parking: There is parking in the front of the building and on the side. Kid-friendliness: There is a childrens menu. There are places to sit when waiting on your food so you can sit with your child, stand, and your child sit or just dine in all together. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.

It has been years since I have been in this area for any business of My own and I stopped into Gulf Coast Seafood. The customer traffic was high and folks were being taken care of and Happy on there visit. It caused My visit to be that much better. The New Management and Owner was very Sweet and a Nice Person that I could Appreciate about her. Her husband came out to help a customer to figure what type of jalapeno pepper used in the dish she purchased dine in. He shared the information to her and her husband at their table. Impressed. An overall experience of good service experience there at Gulf Coast Seafood restaurant

Ever since the new owners have taken over its been nothing but exceptional service. The food is great (love Chinese food). They seem to be on top of everything. Its like being at a Chinese restaurant but with a home-town type of feel to it. Parking: Its normally not an issue except during the lunch rush. Usually from 11:30 until 1:30-2:00pm it can get pretty packed. After than, its never hard to find a parking spot.

I had the steam table plate. Most of the meats were completely empty not much to choose. The dish I was looking for was gone. The choices I settled for appeared to be old and overcooked. Very disappointed Im usually at work during the day so I dont get to eat steam table often...Christmas or summer. Maybe by summer it will be better.

My family and I ALWAYS order from here. However, tonight was really disappointing. I placed our usual order and when my husband picked it up, the lady told him our order. Came home and it was completely different! When he went back, they argued that I told them something completely different (mind you the order I placed SHE CALLED IT OUT!) instead of them correcting it (as good customer service should) they argued about who said what, who took the order, asked my husband to place a new order when he just literally spent almost $50 on something we didn t order. This was very disappointing. We try and always support our local businesses, but how can when continue when the customer service is like this?! I rather drive to Bruce s from now on! It s very disappointing because we are regulars.

Visiting family in Port Arthur and needed some seafood. We was pointed in the right direction. My husband got Lemon pepper wings, they were hot && fresh. The wings didnt make it to I-10 freeway. I got the jumbo shrimp, oh my goodness. Every bit was delicious. We will be back to try more!!
