They barely put in any effort to resolve our case, and the outcome was disappointing. Brooke, who was supposed to be helpful, was unresponsive and didn t offer the support we needed throughout the process. Whenever we had a question, it felt like we were being a bother rather than a priority.

When I came to Steven Wrights firm I had no idea what I was doing. Joletta took the best care of me! She was always quick to answer my questions, often night and weekends, and often in a panic. I was so glad to have her advice throughout the entire case. During depositions Steven was there to guide me through and make sure that I was calm and collected. When the final court date came they showed up and showed out! I would recommend this firm to anyone that is looking for people to treat you like family!

I was involved in a major accident back in December 2023. I initially retained Ben Abbotts firm on a recommendation from a friend. That turned out to be an incredibly bad decision, as Ben Abbotts firm did virtually nothing but attempt to run up unnecessary medical bills and prolong the process. The therapy that I received from their doctors was totally worthless, but they continually told me, Just keep going to therapy, its a long process. I was referred to Steven Wright Law by a different friend, and oh what a change!! Jason Klotz and his assistant, JoLetta Gates, took my case and immediately starting working. Their knowledge and expertise drove the process to a very successful conclusion. No lawsuits, no court costs, no lengthy legal battles, just a happy settlement to an otherwise difficult situation. JoLetta was able to negotiate my medical bills down to a much more palatable amount and I was thrilled. She rocks!! (And their doctors actually helped me!) The entire experience with Steven Wright Law has been great. Good communication, great, professional action, amazing results. I have already referred a friend to Steven Wright Law and they are very happy with their results as well. I highly recommend Steven Wright Law and the entire team. I cant say enough about Steven and his amazing staff. I hired SWL to handle a car accident case. I called the office hours after the accident happened and they immediately gave me information on what to do next and had me in the doctors office the next morning. I saw 4-5 doctors and specialists over the course of a year for what turned out to be a pretty serious injury to my back. Throughout the entire process, Joletta, his paralegal, was incredible at keeping me informed and answering any annoying question I had. God bless her for dealing with me for the 3.5 years it took to get this case to trial. Over and over Steven asked me to trust him in the handling of the case - the insurance company was doing all they could to avoid paying for these injuries. They hired a fancy out of town law firm to defend them against our lawsuit in Dallas County, but once the jury was finally picked and heard the case over almost 3 days, Steven won a verdict of $273,000 for me! It took all I had to keep from crying as I stood there and heard that judge read the verdict. There isnt another lawyer Id ever let handle an accident case in the state of Texas again. It costs you NOTHING out of pocket, so if youre in a car accident that isnt your fault, call Steven immediately and make sure the insurance company doesnt take advantage of you.

My wife and I were in an accident back on November 25th, 2017. This was the first time in my life I suffered a car accident so bad that it required the representation of a lawyer. I was involved in a car accident that caused damage to a breast augmentation I had gotten. It left me disfigured. I went to Steven to represent me in a Personal Injury Law Suit. Steven and his staff were insanely patient with me, I was very upset about my condition and they were understanding of me wanting to hurry. In the end, Steven was able to get the maximum he could from the at-fault drivers policy, and not only was I able to fix the damage caused by the at-fault driver but I was able to do even more. I m extremely pleased.
