Folks Craig Hassell at the Fun Billiards and Gameroom Superstore in Mesquite Texas is the greatest of the greatest! And I am not exaggerating! He assisted me with the acquisition and purchase and delivery of the greatest pinball machine that has ever been manufactured by Stern. He handled all of the packing and delivery details for shipping very far away. He has an incredible inventory of products at the lowest prices. His fund of knowledge is vast. Update today in April 2024: I just traded in a pinball machine with Craig. So Ive been a multiple time customer... Once again he was fair with me on trade in value so I traded for a different machine and am happy to bringing another machine home! Original review from 2022: Craig at Fun! knows everything there is to know about pinball... okay maybe Im going a little too far but this is the best place in DFW if youre buying a new in box pinball machine. Even if not getting new, hes got a huge showroom floor filled with used pinball machines, pool tables, and other Gameroom items. Truly a pleasure to deal with!

From my initial email to Craig inquiring about the Williams Fire pinball machine, every step of the buying process was simple. Both Craig and his staff that I dealt with were absolutely fantastic. Becky made the purchasing and shipping process super easy. Thatss quite a feat considering the pinball machine was shipped almost 1100 miles. Craig was honest about the condition of the machine, which the condition was even better than I expected for a machine of almost 40 years old when I unwrapped it upon delivery. His crew did an excellent job wrapping the machine for shipping. I highly recommend going with the white glove delivery as Craig or his staff will fill you in on the details when shipping. Within minutes of removing the last piece of bubble wrap, I had it set up and was playing my first game on my new pinball machine. Yes Craig, you are my pinball machine crack dealer. This place is amazing, a great selection of pool tables, pinball machines, arcade games, etc. As well as Billy Bob and Looney Bird from the Rock-afire Explosion, both of which are in amazing condition and even performed for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I will definitely be coming back.

The fun part of the name is definitely right. They re probably the only public place left in Texas where you can see Rockafire Explosion animatronics. Part of me thinks these guys have a time machine because of how much cool stuff these people have managed to acquire from times past While their animatronics is the main draw to me, the staff are also incredibly nice and helpful. They have almost everything I could possibly think of needing for a game room.

We absolutely love pinball, and lets be honest, theyre not cheap. We have an arcade in our home with 10 machines, and we learned very quickly the importance of having a reputable dealer we can trust. Thats Fun!, and more specifically, thats Craig Hassel. I love working with Craig. He is the absolute best, and he is an extremely stand-up and honest dude. On occasion something new comes out that we really want, which means we have to say goodbye to one of our existing machines. We always order them the day they are announced from Craig, and never worry about him giving us a fair price for our used machines on trade. His delivery guys are top notch as well. We just had them come by today to deliver another machine and take one back on trade. They take such good care around existing furniture and the hardwood floors, and they take the time to make sure everything fits, is leveled, and properly working. I cannot say enough good things about this place. In fact, if we ever moved away Id still buy everything from Craig even if he had to ship it. When youre dealing with high-end products, nothing matters more than a reputable dealer. Nothing.

I ve now purchased two pinball machines from Fun! Craig Hassel and his staff are beyond amazing. Polite, good ole customer service which is hard to find these days. One of my two machines (Godzilla) developed an issue with the optos. The part was ordered but stern was or is having supply issues like almost every one is since covid. Craig, to help me out sent one of his techs over who discovered in manufacturing some of the soldering was missed. The tech repaired it and my Godzilla was 100% and remains 100%.. Top notch service, fixing an issue from the factory. They just delivered another machine cactus canyon remake . I traded in another machine to mitigate cost and received a very fair price for it. They delivered it, leveled it and ensured all was right. I can easily suggest Craig and the staff at fun! Do yourself a favor if in the market and give them all call. A+++

Hands down genuine customer service!! Craig and his staff are very responsive through phone and email all week long, at all hours of the day. Craig helped with our newest pinball machine purchase, install, and a quick service call with over an issue that came from the factory. They showed up the next week to fix it. Fun! is a great place to buy a new or fully restored pinball game. They rebuild games, are extremely knowledgeable about older games and their availability, and are very friendly. You can buy with confidence if buying a used or rebuilt machine and I cant recommend them too highly.

I purchased a pool table and multiarcade at FUN in Mesquite, Tx. and my customer experience was phenomenal. The customer service was excellent! The associates answered all my questions with good detail and provided recommendations on building out my game room. The equipment FUN offers are top quality. If you are looking for that special game system and quality is important to you, FUN is your game experts. You will not be disappointed. Not to mention the delivery and install crew is superb. I installed a pool table on the 2nd floor of my home, and they provided the necessary guidance and support to lift it using a telescoping forklift. I paid for the rental of the forklift however it couldn t have happened without the install crew. The install teams experience in handling equipment safely was demonstrated. Overall, my customer experience with FUN was superb and I highly recommend their services! I look forward to visiting the store again! Special thanks to Craig, Ruth and the Install Crew!!

I purchased a pinball machine from Fun! Billiards. Their team supposedly refurbished the machine, but it still had a number of defects. Being an Engineer, I fixed these problems myself. I believe them to be honest, so be sure to run all self tests, check every light and switch and make sure it works correctly. I love my machine, but I put a some effort into it after purchase that I should not of had to. You are paying a premium price, you should have a premium product. They did, take care of the things I pointed out and offered free light bulbs, etc.

Buying from the team at Fun! was great! My spouse and I visited the showroom months ago when we started shopping for our own pinball machine. Bought a fully restored Space Shuttle pinball machine for my husbands birthday. The entire experience, from selecting the machine to having it safely shipped and assistance over the phone getting it setup proplerly, was absolutely amazing! I recently spend 1400 dollars to have my pinball machine picked up, refurbish with all LED lights, checkout for problems which they found many and then deliver the pinball machine. Within one week a light had popped out of it place and the flippers when used caused the machine to restart. I called thinking that I had warranty repairs since they had done a total refurbish job on the machine but after talking to a tech which he made excuse after excuse for why it wasnt their fault and these defects were because the machine was old. They were supposed to totally refurbish the machine and replaced many things but now after one weeks things happen that are the fault of the machine after they were supposed to repair it completely. Bad customer service or just my bad for choosing them.

I had a great experience here, Craig Hassel was the gentlemen that assisted us in choosing a table. I did some comparisons online and FUNs pricing was a less than others. They came and setup the table and it looks great, Craig kept me informed and called me through the whole process. There was no stress at all during the purchase, setup, everything. The manufacturer actually missed sending us an 8 ball rack and Craig drove to my house to deliver me a temporary one until the rack came in and hand delivered it himself. Craig was great, provided me with excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend going here and purchasing your next pool table. We ordered the 8ft Reno with Red felt, absolutely gorgeous.

I bought a Jurassic Park pinball machine from Fun on eBay and had it shipped to me in Maryland. Ruth made the buying experience great and went out of her way to keep me informed. Craig and the techs were extraordinarily helpful trouble shooting some minor issues. I dont post a lot of reviews but their support went beyond any of my expectations. Horrible customer service. Dont go to their showroom and expect to play a game before you buy. They refused to even turn the games on when I visited them with my wife and son. Their prices are almost twice of what you can purchase it for elsewhere. I would maybe be a little more understanding of the prices if they had reconditioned them but they are not in great condition so the prices are way off. Look for other places to buy. Avoid these guys like the plague.

I was a little hesitant in buying a pinball machine online site unseen. I bought a machine from Steve online and he installed LED lighting and packed and shipped it within a week!
