Firstly, I want to thank my lawyer Marlyn and her assistant Shaira who worked hard to win my case and they did the impossible for me to now have my visa. The lawyer is so loving and so confident in her work that every time I was with them in her office I felt more confident and confident that one day I would be able to have my visa. She told me from the beginning that my case was complicated but that I would work hard to win it and thats how it happened now I have my visa. Before going to her, I looked at 3 lawyers who didnt give me any hope, told me that I couldnt fix it and she was the only one who wanted to take my case. I would love to express my immense gratitude to lawyer Marlyn Moreno and her whole team! Especially her paralegal Valerie who was extremely patient and answered all my questions and concerns! I am forever thankful! They were able to get me my green card via my husband in only 4.5 Months for the whole process! Attorney Moreno is amazing and truly cares. She told me once; I will not take your case (any case) if I know I won t win, she took my case and won. I had seen many attorneys prior to her that only took my money with false claims. She s honest, caring and straightforward. She won my case,my sisters case, my nephews case and also my parents just received their notification for citizenship. The whole family is now together after 18 years and I can t thank her enough. I will always be thankful for her hard work and dedication.

Rude and Unprofessional Had an appointment at 11:30 am and was seen at 12:30pm. Didnt apologize for the delay once we met with her. Started the conversation with my husband and was very rude to me, i was talking and she would not look at me. Only would look at my husband. Her assistant then asked for payment , which was $35.00 for the consultation. I did make a remark, do we get a discount for waiting and hour then she went off and was so RUDE!!! and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of going off on a potential client, apologize for the delay and explain why she charges her fee. Communication!! But this lady thinks she is IT the big time lawyer. I also told her she should have scheduled her potential clients accordingly. She didnt like that and just told her assistant we dont need to pay because we were leaving. She wasnt going to assist us any further. Never had this type of confrontation from an attorney. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER!!!

Called asking for a free consultation and was transferred twice, they put me on hold and after 5 minutes of being on hold a machine comes out and says to leave my name and number and they ll call me back and hung up on me...they must Not want business. But it s ok , I wouldn t want a law firm that can t answer a call to handle my case.
