I have been to various Churchs chicken in laredo and this is the only one where we have a great experience when it comes to how hot and delicious the food is, how the restaurant looks taken care of and invested in, and the employees here are always very friendly and attentive. If you feel like eating churchs in laredo, this is the franchise to visit.

This was a lovely experience. The cashier mainly spoke Spanish so I tried to use what I know in Spanish. I ordered chicken and mashed potatoes. They were good. The service was quick. Theres some friendly stray cats that hang around.

My order was exactly what I wanted. I had to wait a few minutes for chicken to be ready. Once the young lady the order to my car, she reviewed my order to ensure everything I ordered was in my bag. Everything was delicious and oh so fresh! Keep up the great work Churchs Chicken!!!!

I ordered for delivery for the first time and the food was so hot, fresh, and delicious. Although the driver that delivered was obnoxious. She just handed me the order like she was in a very bad mood and ugly attitude. Almost dropped it.. I was gonna give her a tip at that but she walked away so fast. So ignorant.. her name is Gloria by the way through door dash very disappointed... But I am very excited and glad of how fresh and good the food was. Ive always loved churchs since I was a little girl . Thank you.

The chicken sandwich is not worth the cheap price. Ive always liked the chicken strips though with the white gravy has always been very good. Lets see, my dad know that place around the first years since it opened, he told me that was a delicious chicken, we live in Mexico City, I came to Laredo for business, and remembered my father I decided to eat at probably the first Churchs Chicken ever in Laredo, TX, I get inside want to order and guess what, the manager so nasty, and the whole staff too, they looked like they dont like their job, they looked annoyed, dont want to attend me or she dont like to attend anyone, at least 3 customers entered behind me and she told them, she has a lot of orders and work, so no have time to attend them, I thought, Its for real??? First time I see a place that they dont like the customers, after that I could say the food is good, but the customer service too bad, hope this message reaches people, that can take decisions in that place because, I think the staff have the responsibility to maintain in good shape and in good service a place like that, hope next time, have an opportunity to get more than I got today,

Service was good, but I remember they used to have a dollar menu. They practice social distancing, but the meal which was a #1 with two additional sides came out to $11 plus change. The biscuit was quite small and the corn wasnt as good as I remember, but overall a decent meal.
