Horrible lawyer and person! Politically corrupt with majistrates. Failed request discovery, Didnt cross examine accussing parties, let the majistrate enforce and illegal affidavit that planly states the party was threatened and cohersed by cps to file a suit and if she didnt they were going to take child from her(stated by the affidavit filed for case, didnt do anything besides show up late and have a secret meeting with judge before hearing that seemed to silence him from my defense, let the judge unconstitutionally take away all visitation and contact including supervised visitation by safe harbor that stated i shouldnt even be having the supervision because he theyve seen no problems with my parenting! So I fired him still having 1500 dollars on retainer that was not used and was supposed to be refunded but has failed to return cash as well as failing to do his job on a case all based off false accusations with no substantive evidence of abuse neglect or maltreatment! This man is a sorry excused for a human being and definetly should not be a lawyer, and has false information about his reputation all over the internet to lure in honest unsuspecting people to rob them and take there children and give the to the child trafficers(CPS, and family court corporations).

Jon Boyd , Is very unprofessional and I feel a little racist , I am a business owner , I also have two degrees behind my name with a family full of lawyers . Jon assumed and I quote I knew that you were unfamiliar with working with a lawyer and how it needs to work. I didn t mean to embarrass you , I am sorry if I did Mind you I have worked with plenty of lawyers in the past but oh welcome to America right where people assume . Jon sent this email because I let him know I think that he is all about money because after we paid him (cash by the way ) he stopped answering and caring once the money was in his hand . We had him trying to do a rendition for us and of course that did not pan out I had to do it myself because it was a little confusing for him . Also he stated that he we called too much because Jon let my family know he would be done by Wednesday of last week but stated today I did not know you would take that literally like what do you mean you re a lawyer and gave us a date so we expected it to be done by that date we did not give you a date you gave us one . Do not waist your money nor time here I repeat !! I DO NOT DO NOT recommend Jon Boyd for any family anything . This was today if you wanted to know the date. 1/18/2023

Great legal services and very effective at knowing the system when it came to child support and custody. Jon Boyd had a plan for each step and was able to explain everything in detail as it happened. Helped show where he was finding each piece of information and highly recommend him to stop the confusions of court.

Last September my fiancé and I walked into the office of Jon R Boyd with no idea what would happen. I had just finished my chemo treatments a few months prior and told myself that this was the next step in making my life better. I knew it was a unique case and had no hope myself, but my fiancé told me I should just try. On the first day, Jon said we start and we take it day by day that s what made me feel relief. It wasn t an I can win your case it was let s get everything together and see what can be done. I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into. I truly don t wish a custody battle on anyone. It s not cheap, it s a lot of hoping and praying, stress and everything else that can come with it. If you come into it thinking it will be a walk in the park you are setting yourself up for failure. It s not. It s brutal. Not a single thing about it is simple. But an attorney that is on your side fighting for you when you re ready to give up makes all of the difference. Jon was the first attorney that didn t feed me any lies. He started and we just took everything as it went. Days went on and I just looked forward to the end of a light at the end of the tunnel. Our first day of court I literally had no idea what was going to happen. I was scared and on edge. Jon was a shark. He had everything prepared and knew exactly what to say to help ease the process. On that day, I received everything I was asking for in the temporary hearing. Jon ultimately helped me win my case. He helped put an end to this nightmare I was once living in and I can t thank him enough for all of his support and also guidance throughout the process. Had consult, website claims he is advocate for fathers in divorce/custody. Absolutely is not an advocate for fathers, rather appeared to not be interested in fighting false allegations and settling for minimal visitation. Must ridiculous advice I had from the 15 different lawyers I interviewed. Most declared what is going on in my divorce/custody case is illegal and should be addressed, Boyd basically said, thats the way it is and that I should just accept the false allegations, give my wife our child, and beg for visitation (nevermind the witnesses, documents, and audio recordings that refute her claims of abuse). If you are a father, I would HIGHLY ADVISE seeking someone else. Just seemed to want money to settle and not fight for benefit of client or child. I was disgusted.

My boyfriend and i hired Jon Boyd with hopes he could help us win my boyfriends son back into our home. When we met with him he was straight up about everything. Didnt give us any false promises, no lies, not salesman like at all. He new exactly how everything would play out from beginning to end of court. When we finally had court it went JUST THE WAY WE HOPED. He didnt stop fighting and we won. We won a hard case that really had no chance. Horrible attorney. Worked on the divorce of a good friend and got her to agree to a divorce that was so completely back-words, Im not sure this guy would be capable of handling a traffic ticket let alone a complex divorce with children.

Mr. Boyd helped me resolve some ongoing issues I had with regards to monthly support payments following a devastating personal health issue. My debilitating health is an ongoing issue that will be with me forever & Jon Boyd was very helpful, informative and the final result was the one I wanted after attempting to resolve this issue with another attorney. We met several times and he is a great person with a wealth of knowledge. Jon is an extreme advocate for Fathers rights in a state with antiquated laws. I highly recommend utilizing Mr. Boyds services as Ive already referred him to a few others looking for someone that can help when no one else could.

Thank you Jon. I love being a father. I love having this privilege restored. My divorce was probably one of the more complicated divorces Jon handled over his career. It was an experience I dont care to repeat... I wouldnt wish it upon anyone... but securing Jon made all the difference in my case. Where previous lawyers would dismiss the evidence I brought to them regarding the safety of my children, Jon was willing to listen, give a pragmatic assessment of where we were, where we stood and together we worked to build the case necessary to have my children removed from the toxic, dysfunctional environment my X had created. If you have a contested divorce, I dont envy you, but again, if your divorce and custody of your children is contested, I would strongly recommend Jon if youre willing to step up and do what is needed for your children.

Jon Boyd wasnt easy to work with. I am a single father fighting for visitation for my daughter. Jon is just another money hungry attorney. I paid him $6K for representation and I live a long way away. Jon met me at court for the first time. Didnt know the facts of my case, asked questions that werent pertinent in court. His ill-preparedness showed his incompetence in court. He couldnt settle my case and when it when it began to languish, he simply demanded more money. All I could do was set him up on a payment plan after paying the 6K. He said unless I paid 2K more cash up front, he wouldnt represent me anymore. I told him I didnt have the funds, but 200+ a month would mean than in just a few months he would have his money. He told me he would therefore no longer represent me in court. Pathetic loser. ZERO HELP FOR A FATHER LOOKING FOR RIGHTS!!! Stay away.
