ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Thomas went above and beyond anything we expected! He was absolutely available at any point we needed him, always made the time for us and our case. My husband didnt have the easiest of cases but Thomas was the bulldog that we needed. My husband had his mind set up about fighting and Thomas jumped right on and said alright lets fight and that he did! He and his partner are well worth the opportunity and money! The fact that his partner is also very involved as well, even on cases that Thomas takes on alone, was very much assuring and a sense of relief in a way, knowing that he was there to listen and help and back up his partner in every way! Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, could not recommend them more!!!!!

I had a charge that was indefensible. These guys saved my life. They took my case without judging me and they did lawyer magic. Unfortunately, I had originally hired another attorney who ripped me off and my second search led me to Thomas and Daniel. Their fees are reasonable for the quality of service, experience, and excellence you recieve as their client. If there is a way for a defendant to be walk away with a favorable outcome these guy will find it. If there isnt, they will leave no stone unturned. Some things that stood out... They actually review the evidence. They know your case. They dont immediately jump to a plea. They are honest. Phone calls are always answered or promptly returned. Gatttt dang they are MONSTERS in the court room. These guys are doing exactly what they were born to do. You would be greatly served by them. Give them a call.

I hired these two gentlemen on very short notice. I had hired another attorney that was not really wiling to defend me on the evidence. I highly recommend Lewis and Ashworth to anyone in need of the legal services. They are a professional team, down to earth attorneys, that kept me well informed about my case. They spent years as a Collin county prosecutors before going into private practice. During their time as a prosecutors they developed a good reputation and relationships in the court. This makes a difference! Believe me. They were very responsive to my emails, calls and text messages. My case ended up in a mistrial. Ultimately having my case dismissed. I m pleased with the outcome.
