dont understand how this place is getting such high reviews. I called to confirm information on a case and Randy Williams has to be by far one of the most rudest human I ever experienced in my life. Huffing and puffing and kept yelling the case was dismissed what do you want from me? I understand they work with broke people and it causes to have high stress but a little customer service will go a LONG way!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Higginbotham of Byman Law Offices during my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. Faced with overwhelming medical bills, credit card debt, and business loans, I was at a loss for how to move forward. Working with the firm was a breeze. I am surprised that people are leaving 5 star reviews and praising this Alex attorney. Which leads me to believe what I had originally thought is that this man is possibly racist. He was so rude to my husband and I. Questioned and scolded us about our debt basically had us feeling we were going to be thrown in the street and consider working for Home Depot. We were already stressed and he made it 100 times worse. Unbelievable! And shame on anyone giving him 5 stars, possibly related or friends with him other than that there is no way! I do want to mention there was an older man/attorney who did open the door for us and he was so so sweet bless his heart but NOT this Alex guy.

Soon I will arrive to young age of 85. At 84, I had never personally required a lawyer. May I say I feared I would not be able to understand how to rectify my current legal business. Situations in which you have to obtain an attorney are never pleasant. However, Byman & Associates made my situation so much less stressful. My experience with Byman and Associates was excellent. In a word they are effective. Mr. Williams and Mr. Heinly worked closely with me in the preparation of my Chapter 7 filing and it went through with no issues whatsoever.
