What happened with customer service at Starbucks? This store seems to be running great and they have nice employees but when they make mistakes. They are not willing to make it right to the customers. I made the mistake to order in person instead of the app and 15 min later I find out they gave my coffee to somebody else. I asked for a refund and they look hesitant...I did not have another 15 min to get my money back so I took off without a coffee and my money. I came back the day after and they did not offer an apology and did not even try to make it up to me. I had to spend another 10 min and finally got my money back and took off. What a lack of empathy for the people with time constraint!

The lady at the register with all of the pins in her hat is EVERYTHING (wish I got her name). This starbucks has the best customer service out of all of the ones I had been to and their system is very efficient with getting orders out swiftly.

Being from Seattle area I thought it might be interesting to see how the Starbucks are here in Dallas. I was so impressed the way the staff and customers engaged. It was like a country store where everybody knows each other. Great service too!

I once was driving home from HEB and had the sudden urge to go number two. I could not hold it. When I was on the corner of Preston and Park, I felt it start to purge out. I had to get to a bathroom quick. So, I drove 65 MPH down Park until I got to this nice Starbucks. I was walking across the parking lot and a BMW was going fast. Since I could not hold it much longer, I walked in front of the motorist and watched her slam the brakes. She yelled and me and I shouted profanity while giving her the bird while sprinting inside the store. I barely made it to the toilets and let out a lot of foul odors and matter. I think I ate steak, potatoes, greens, tomatoes, and beer the night prior. Wow, how stinky. The bathroom was nice and did the job. The coffee is probably decent.

This Morning I called the store at 7 AM to order to Travelers by 845. The staff member told me to call myself to other stores because they were down one person and could not guarantee (with an hour and 45 minute notice) they could provide the travelers on time. Store management, please train your employees to be professional and take orders!

Needs some organization. When you have people who come in for their go-go juice and walk out without getting their drink (or a refund) there is a problem. We waited 30 min for drinks. The person behind me got his first and was more of a specialty drink then what I ordered. Recommend a new system instead of the small area they had. Definitely no way to social distance in this place either.

I have to give a major shout out to the employees of this location. I know staffing is tough, and these guys and gals are working ferociously. Unfortunately a lady in a blue dress decides that their flow was unacceptable and decided to make a scene and yell at the staff. The team handled it very professionally, and the only person who looked ridiculous was the lady who felt it was appropriate to yell at people who were doing their job. Overall, love this place! Keep it up! Blue dress lady, I hope your day gets better.

This place was busier than any Starbucks I have been to in the am. A very long wait for drinks, but the guy In front of me ordered 2 trays worth! Baristas and enough staff handled all beautifully. It was orchestrated chaos. Afternoons were peaceful when I returned. Thumbs up to staffing!
