I was employed with this company. All though I got good reviews by the company and the customers I was terminated for something I said that didn t involve anything negative about the company. I was terminated for a question I asked a few times. I went in one morning did my morning tasks and then was told I was no longer employed. I would suggest not working for this company if you value freedom of speech.

Weezie and Sandi are phenomenal!! My home is 120 years old and anything can happen at anytime - like a water leak in the bathroom that they worked around until we could get it fixed. Never one complaint and didnt slow them down a bit.. Went on with the remainder of the house while we fixed the leak and never missed a beat. Highly recommended !!!!

They use the cheapest dish soap and magic erasers to clean everything. They dont use anything to kill germs or bacteria. They stick their hands in the toilet to clean them. They dont care if you have ideas or opinions about the way to clean things. They dont pay hourly its by percentage on each house. They dont pay you for all of your work you have done. They cant train correctly. They dont even use gloves. Not friendly at all.

I would highly recommend using this service. Sam specifically !!! Sam has really worked hard to meet all of my needs and is always professional. She goes above and beyond on every single clean even so far as to clean my infants high chair !!! Her communication skills make me feel extremely comfortable and confident when leaving the house in her hands. She always lets me know when she is done and locks up. She respects my home like it was her own and makes my children feel comfortable as well ! She has never turned down one of my requests today my master bedroom sheets were still in the wash and she offered to throw them in the dryer and once dry she put them on the bed she is amazing !!! Sam leads by example and even though each time it might be a new person with her I know all will be good because Sam is there :) If she has a question about something or how I might want something she always texts me to ask or make sure it s done correctly. Her attention to me as a client and attention to detail is simply unmatched !!

Tara and Maria did a great job cleaning our home. We had been wanting to rearrange and reorganize for a while but like others who hire a cleaning service we never really got to it because well life. When I came home after they had cleaned all day, seeing and smelling the clean house was so refreshing!! Now that it s clean and tidy, I feel like I can do that next step of getting rid of things I don t need. I ve already sacked up a bunch of stuff to go in the trash or to goodwill. My confidence in my home has sky rocketed, I don t feel like I need to apologize to guests for my house now :) Thank you Two Maids!

Happy with the clean, but moreso happy with the two young ladies on a personal level. In such an overwhelming situation, Amanda and Garrette were nothing but kind. I didnt feel judged and they were both extremely relatable. These two are who I want to use on a regular basis from now on. It was a HUGE step letting two complete strangers into my home with my almost 2 year old. I dont even have friends or family over because of how bad I let the apartment get. It was beyond overwhelming having to be so vulnerable. I refuse to use anyone other than Amanda and Garrette!!!! My apartment looks like a totally different place, and for the good! They also helped put my mind at ease and didnt make me feel bad. In fact, they gave alot of encouraging and uplifting words. Cant wait to have them over again to tackle the master bed and bath!

My parents hired Two Maids And A Mop for three hours to clean their home. In that time, they were hardly able to get to the basics. Didn t even touch the kitchen. Didn t even clean one of the bathrooms. It took them three hours to clean three bathrooms, make a few beds, vacuum and dust? My mom gave them her priority list and seems like it wasn t taken very seriously. When they finished and mentioned that they didn t get to one of the bathrooms, my mom said it was fine because she didn t want to make a fuss. But this is very unprofessional. This house was not overly dirty. In three hours, the floor was not cleaned (mentioned on list as well.) Very obvious places missed including dusting the TV stand. Very unfortunate. When my mom brought this up to the owner, she was offered the opportunity to pay more money for them to come back. How about a refund or have someone come finish? They have company coming in two days and will spend some of that time doing what they paid this company to do. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience! After utilizing other housecleaners and feeling like my house was left lacking, my home finally felt clean after I switched to Two Maids! The ladies were also situationally aware of the fact that I was working from home and had to be on Zoom meetings with audio and video on at times, and they did a great job working around that. This is the second time I have used Two Maids and a Mop. Ive been pleased both times. We had a deep clean done this time. The communication is great. They texted the night before with a reminder and an estimated time of arrival and texted when they were on the way to the house. I was out while they cleaned, but when I arrived home the house did smell clean. I would give a higher score, however there were a few things they missed ( still some food on the sides of the microwave, a few spots on the hard wood floors, and the insides of my windows still have dust and spots on them), but overall a decent clean. My bathrooms and inside of the oven look excellent. It is a bit pricy to not have a five-star service, but the house does look pretty clean.

The cleaning done was a HORRIBLE job. The crew did not sweep or mop properly, the stairs were not vacuumed, the kitchen and bath was not done correctly. I have used this company 2 times before with success but this last time was Horrible. When I brought the complaint to the owner HE told me maybe we should go our separate ways rather than rectify or be concerned with what the crew did not clean. I offered for him to come take a look or me send a video and he was not interested at all just wanted to get rid of a complaining customer. I did send him pics but he kept referring back to some clutter I had but the areas of concern had nothing to do with where my clutter areas are. I live in Salado and this company will never get my business again. If there were zero stars for customer service and cleaning abilities I would provide that rating!!

Balancing life at home is tough! Working full time remote, home schooling my son and just trying to balance everything was becoming exhausting! Previously I hired a different company to come to my home. Needless to say, I was very underwhelmed by their performance. This put a sour taste in my mouth and had no interest in hiring someone else. I recently saw a Facebook post about Two Maids. I filled out the form and the ladies reached out to me. Due to my previous experience I was hesitant to give another company a try. After a week, I finally chatted with Gloria. She put my mind at ease and made me feel like I was making a good choice. Well let me tell you, I made a great choice! Audrey was sent to my home. When I say she was the missing piece I needed, she is the missing piece! From her attention to detail and overall kindness, I would welcome her into my home anytime. She was even kind enough to rearrange some things in my bathroom and bedroom. As someone who has been struggling to find balance and get things in the perfect spot, she helped me there too! I cannot wait for our next cleaning as I know this will eliminate some stress from my life!

BEWARE!!! THE REVIEWS ON THIS BUSINESS ARE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF THE OWNER!!!! We where quoted $477 after a $50 off coupon $427 for a full deep one time clean by Emily and her husband for A 2300 sq ft house and were very disappointed! The maids arrived at 8;23 and left around close to 3,they didnt do 2 rooms, closets, baseboards, trim, windows,cabinets, blinds,ceiling fans, table tops all which where included in the deep cleaning package that they offered. When I called about this all this they tried to make it out to be my fault and that their cleaning ladies ran out of product? They said they would take off the price for the two rooms and said my card would be charged 425!!! No sorry or any kind of remorse or discount for wasting our money and time esp at Christmas when I needed it the most. Did not respond to text message and they communication from way too many different phones WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! UPDATE!! The owner made me regret ever calling someone out to clean my house, as a mother who got overloaded by covid, anxiety and depression my house took the full brunt of it all... Emily made sure to use that against me as an excuse as to why they failed to clean my home to the standard THEY SET. At first the pricing was based on sq feet but then when it came to my house she justified ripping me off by how many hours they spent at my home after failing to prepare her maid for a deep clean.

I have nothing but positive things about Two Maids. They are friendly, professional and hard working. Our house looks amazing thanks to them!! My shower seriously looks brand new. 5 stars!!!!

I have needed a clean since I moved in to my home in August. I found this fantastic team at two maids and a mop and couldnt be happier with the results, its like move in day all over again! Definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Tow maids and a mop is a great cleaning service! The girls and the management are so sweet. They did amazing job you can tell they really pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend them!

They did exactly what we asked to have done. Everything was in tip top shape. I hired them for getting a house ready for the market, but I will be hiring them to do my house now too. Great job! Thank you for taking that task off my list.
