I love my Starbucks and I love everything about this location however, I usually order a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso OR an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and they NEVER taste the same. 80% of the time the proportions are off and my drink taste more of milk than anything else. It wasn t always a problem but it s become way too frequent and I m honestly a little disappointed because I look forward to those drinks. 2/3/24 Update: How does one ask for a drink to be made how it should be? I decided to go into this facility vs the drive thru to politely express my complaint and the first girl I spoke to seemed confused as to what I was asking for however I also didn t know how to explain what I was wanting. The second girl (Pamela) was very polite and explained to me how the drink was made. I let her know that the drinks always come out different and she stated that my options were either to put less milk in it and there be left over room in the cup, that they could put more ice in it or I d have to pay for an extra shot. At that point I just wasn t even sure of it anymore. I agreed to pay for an extra shot because I didn t want more ice nor did I want less of the beverage in the cup. Once the drink was almost finished, another girl (Alyssa I believe) nicely asked me to let her know how much milk I d like and asked me to tell her when to stop. I do think I told her to stop a little too late as it was a little too much but that was COMPLETELY on me. Both of these girls were very professional and very sweet. Other than today I don t ask for anything special for either of the drinks I get. I just don t understand how there are specific measurements for these drinks yet they come out different every time. 2/14/24 update: I hate to say it (not that it ll affect them as a business, cause what s one less customer right?) I m done with Starbucks. Ordered a chia tea latte this morning and there s not even a hint of chai. The sticker (order) on the cup is exactly what I asked for yet it tastes like a light brew coffee with milk. Upsetting but honestly not surprised.

As a local I love going to the Marriott. It s the perfect meeting spot for drinks. My family always stays here when they are in town. The location is perfect t is you have concert tickets and walk back to the hotel 10 minutes.

The best way to tell if a Starbucks staff are team players . Order coffee. If the one taking the order passes the cup to another staff member, then you know they are the bottom tier team contributors. 99% of the time when i order coffee, they turn around and complete the request. This lazy individual passed the cup to another, then start stocking an already full tray of breakfast sandwiches. Pure lack of customer needs!!

I call this my place my neighborhood starbucks. I like the staff and especially the consistency of the drinks. The drinks here are good and you wont be disappointed. I like my drink the same every time. They also go out their way to make your custom-made beverage/coffee perfect! Clean and nice environment to meet, work, or chill out.

This is my go to Starbucks location, the staff is very friendly and usually make the drinks according to how they were ordered. Just a note of caution though, if you go in after 7pm the floor may be wet, but they don t put up wet floor signs. I was walking to the restroom while waiting for my drink to be finished and hit an area of wet floor. Both my feet went out and if it weren t for the door frame being there for me to grab onto, I would have hit the floor hard. For safety reasons alone, just use the drive through.

This store was not super busy today. It is a very good sized store with plenty of seating. The entrance to the parking line t is a little confusing. The enterenace and exit are separated by a small median. Make sure to enter on the correct side. Each side is one way only.

Starbucks usually has the most gracious and conscientious employees. But, this location is a cut above the norm. When they miss the mark, they make it right. Good job! This location has an unusually high amount of electrical outlets and seating for laptop users. Thats why its perfect for getting some work done! So far its fine but, Im just fearful that the parking situation will get out of hand, in the future. Edit: it has been crowded in the early mornings but clears up later in the morning. Vegetarian options: Starbucks always has vegetarian and vegan options. Dietary restrictions: Most of the drinks are gluten-free. Few of the foods are gluten-free. Parking: Parking is sparse as there are three businesses (one vacancy) in the strip center will only one row of parking spaces. Although, Ive always been fine one.

Horrible customer service. Average wait time at a Starbucks is listed at 3 to 5 minutes. I understand having a large order placed can increase that. It was not handled well because they failed to inform the customers ordering after that there would be over a 20 minute wait and took there money so they were forced to wait. Making multiple customers late for work or school including myself. When I asked after 20 minutes how much longer my order would be I received an eye roll and a response of it should be out shortly.

This used to be my go to and was always great but the past 3 times have all been bad. I wouldnt say I order anything complicated. I order a tall refresher for my son and a mocha frap for me. My mocha Fraps have been gross the last 3 times. No sweetness to it and always different colors like theyre not even paying attention when making it. They either need to get it together or I wont be making my stop there and its unfortunate because the other Starbucks is totally out of my way.

These humans are just delightful. Always greeted with a hi, welcome in! by all the associates. The store is brand new and spotless. Clean bathrooms. Food and beverages are always super tasty and if it isn t they ll remake it. Many of them remember my name and greet me by name when I arrive (it s my local Starbuck s). This new Starbucks is right in route to my work which is super convenient, but the best part is they always seem to be staffed and everyone is very friendly! There is a pond behind the store with a trail that you can walk and get coffee. It is quite nice and I love that they are still enforcing COVID safety within their store. Great location!
