This place is really one of the best spots to take a short stroll on a date, take your kids on a walk, or just sit and hang out. There is a fountain in the middle of a pond that is quite relaxing to listen to. The area is a nice and safe area so you dont have to worry about this either. Its located behind the shops at Legacy and the Marriott. It seems like a nice place to come to after you shop or eat at the shops. The ambience is relaxing and there is plenty of parking in the area, too. I love how clean it is and the water doesnt smell or anything. This place is well kept and you can tell. I cant wait to have date night here when this pandemic is over!

If youre thinking of renting office space here, some things to consider. 1. As a tenant you are not allowed to park in the main parking lot. They will ticket you for parking in front of the building. $55 ticket. This was not the case when we first moved in but due to the large flow of tenants leaving the management office decided it would be a good idea to host flea markets and swap meets in the parking lot to raise extra cash. Im not against them holding events but not if its at the expense of parking for the tenants who are paying rent. 2. Construction without adequate protection for existing tenants. They clean that up when prospective renters are scheduled to arrive, but come in on a regular day and you will feel sick from the burning rubber smells of cutting into the walls without proper ventilation.... When the were renovating the bathroom the entire floor smelled like urine for 2 weeks. When they were painting the ceilings they did it during regular business hours without any scaffolding or covering for the tenants going to their offices. They just had a lookout who told the guy to stop painting when someone was directly under them. 3. Due to the new parking regulations, no paying tenants are allowed to park in the main parking lot in the front of the building. Now, the only people who can park there are the construction workers working on renovating the building and the building management employees. So the people who have the best parking are the ones affiliated with the building. Tenants all have to walk 10 minutes to the garage. I might expect this from some mom and pop office building but this is managed by a large real estate company, CBRE. I dont know if this is how all CBRE properties are fun or if just this one has an incompetent general manager. Either way, Id be wary of this location at least. I dont have any experience with other CBRE buildings so I dont know if theyre all like this.
