I made my order at the drive thru at around 6 pm only one car ahead of me it took 10 minutes to hand them 2 bag I had ordered a bacon ultimate with no mustard and a Dr pepper no ice. The Dr pepper had ice and tasted like the machine hasnt been cleaned in a long time and the burger had extra mustard. I dont think Ill be back to this location

Got in drive thru around 10am, was still waiting behind a few cars at 10:40. The absolute slowest Jack I have ever been to in my life. Couldn t leave the line since I was boxed in. Received the smallest breakfast burrito ever made as well, could barely call it a taco, nothing was said about the wait time either.

Its okay, it took about an hour through the drive through. To be fair there seemed to be only 2 workers on staff and huge amount of customers with sizable orders. The workers were very polite and kind though seemed a bit tired due to the workload, I felt bad for them. The food was a tiny bit overcooked but I kinda like it that way so it was ok.

Ordered a popcorn chicken box. The drive thru guy could not explain what goes on them to make them loaded. He wasnt rude but didnt even attempt to find the answer. I asked for hot fries instead of the no salt deal, I got cold fries and they did not get eaten, so that was a waste. Im not going back unless there is no other option. My first impression was there is a leadership problem.

Customer service overnight is terrible. Two of the three people I spoke to were abrasive or rude, would not let listen to me and would cut me off. Order was made wrong thr first time so when I came back to address it, one employee didnt listen at all then the second tried to argue with me about how it was made. The third employee was polite, apologized, but still didnt really listen, but I at least finally got the food corrected.

I ordered a cluck sandwich, when the manager delivered the food at the drive through, I told him he gave me a regular, instead of the sandwich I ordered. So, I guess he thought it was a good idea to switch the buns out, add the sauce and dressings on it instead of giving me the actual cluck patty. What a joke! I gave this place a second chance after the last incident, and I refrained from leaving a review the last time. If you like sub par service, come here.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, chicken was hard as a rock! Called and spoke to Tracy and she swore she made everything fresh, im sure she would complain if she ever received food that disgusting. Also my Stuffed Jalapeños were definitely not stuffed! No jalapeno or cheese. Was told to bring my receipt so they can replace my food but they did NOT put my receipt in the bag! 2 stars for quick service. However, that was the only thing that was good. Paid $32 for a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo, a clucker combo, and a kids 4 piece nugget combo. Cheeseburger was cold, and flavorless. Clucker, as seen in the menu photos, should have lots of the sauce, and a bunch of pickles. What I received was a tiny dollop of sauce on both sides, and 2 butt end pickles. The chicken itself had zero flavor, and was fried so much that it had the consistency of chewing a hockey puck. All of the curly fries were overcooked, and very greasy. nuggets tasted like old oil.

Why anybody would give this place more than a star is beyond me. I get it, most of these people working here are mouth breathers. And I can get over that. But when you cant count past the number two. You shouldnt be higher anywhere You should be locked up. When youre tired and get off work and the only place is open is Jack in the crack, you at least expect somebody to be able to count pass the number to. You order for tacos you get two. No sauces nothing going on upstairs really starts to irritate me. I dont normally complain but now Im starting to understand why Karens flip out. We literally got half of the order tonight. Couldnt understand the lady taking my order in the drive through, not sure what language she speaks, but not very good English. Then I get the wrong sandwich after reaching in the bag to get it and get sauce all over my hand. My food was just thrown together. Then I realized I didnt get my curly fries, so I asked for them and I was handed another bag just to find them thrown in the bag, literally all the fries where in the bottom of the bag. This was the 3rd and last time I will ever go here. Being a freshly built building I thought it would be nice. It may be, but the staff arent.

1t was a week ago when my friend & I were driving back to La marque from houston.which was a mistake since he needed to drop me off and head to work thinking it would be just a couple minutes to order food. We sat as the center of sandwich between cars in the drive thru way to long waiting to pay for and receive our order . The guy looked confused handing us our bags as he confirmed what our order was. I think there was delay issues with people in front of us. Who knows. Got home and gave the 2 tacos to my son who always loved jacks tacos.. then it was about 15 minutes later and during our conversation he left the room. Found him in the bathroom puking ever so miserably. . Im thinking it will be a good long while before Jack comes out of his box to my place ...

Took forever to get order taken waited a total of 30 minutes. The drive thru guy rubbing his nose then continues putting food in bags, Did not get drinks right as we payed, Had to get the attention on another employee and he managed the issue quickly of no drinks. I told him the other guy didnt charge us for my drink and he asked what it was mind you we had already been waiting 30 minutes and he was going to go make me my drink anyway but then I heard the drive thru then tell him no we dont make that then got told by the drive-thru they no longer sell the creamachino. On 11/01/2023, I visited this Jack in the Box location at approximately 3:15pm. I ordered a Buttery Jack combo with medium curly fries and a Coke Zero. After waiting several minutes in the drive-thru I was greeted at the window for payment. The man at the window was very sick and wearing a face mask. Although he wore a face mask it offered minimal protection against germs as he constantly swiped his runny nose all while preparing and bagging my order. As far as I m concerned everything behind the counter is/was contaminated. I never once witnessed him wash or sanitize his hands while handling food. The restaurant seemed extremely short staffed and incapable of meeting the demand for quality food resulting in poor overall service. After receiving my order I made sure all items were present before leaving the drive-thru. Once I arrived to my destination which was UTMB (directly across the freeway), I noticed my entire order was old and not fresh. I attempted to call the restaurant waiting several minutes but no one to answer the phone. After waiting another 5-10 minutes I decided to call again and no one answered. I am entirely displeased with the overall service and lack of customer support as it pertains to my order. I feel as if I were robbed of my hard earned money without regard for me, the customer. During a time such as now where inflation and the price of food is higher than normal has especially worsened my experience at this establishment. I do NOT recommend anyone who cares about quality food service to spend their money at this particular Jack in the Box. Again, 1/10 experience and I do NOT recommend.

This jack in the box has to be probably the worst one out there. Every time I go I have a difficult time with staff and they re SO lazy and rude. The whole staff should be fired. They shut the doors on you and kick you out even if you re already inside. Once, my car had an attempted break in and the glass was completely shattered so I couldn t roll down my window. They wouldn t let me in the store because they didn t want to open the doors while they just watched me struggle outside and refused me service. Today I went to get the free jumbo jack for the Astros getting 3 runs and they told me we could only get one jumbo jack per car even though there was two of us and the lobby was closed. Ridiculous! If I was inside you would have to honor the jumbo jack PER PERSON. Now my boyfriend gets to eat and I don t. I m never coming back to this location again. Managers DO BETTER.

So I went here Thursday (7/6) at around 8pm and one of the workers, an African American woman, caught a horrible attitude with me and my son after I asked for a water at the window. She complained to me that I shouldve asked for the water at the speaker and refused to give it to me. I told her that my son had just asked for it on accident at the window. Then she proceeds to tell my son, who is in the passenger seat, to order it at the speaker next time. So after waiting over 10 minutes on my food that was cold she still has an attitude with me when she hands me my order. I told her the way she was acting was rude and she told me if you have a complaint, you can call the number on the door. I also asked for 6 tacos and I only got 5. Busy, busy store. DRIVE THRU was loaded, but staff managed to get food right. 11:36 pm, multiple cars in line, but the staff werent taking orders until the the car at the window drove away. Im sure this was a false was of reporting efficiency. I mentioned it the the person taking the orders.. he acted like he didnt here me. If you see a line at this restaurant, Id recommend passing it by, poor management!!!

Food was fast and warm. Service seemed based on how fast the mgr could keep up, since employees seemed scarce, but she kept a smile on her face and pushed us along with food in hand.

I came in late, around 2am, to get a snack after work. It took ten minutes for them to even acknowledge me for my order and another near 20 minutes to even give me my food. All throughout that I heard loud rap music and people screaming loudly inside and goofing off. They barely said two words to me and handed me the wrong food entirely. They didnt charge me for the wrong items but I was upset considering it was not much to begin with to make. I wont go back to them

Always got ice cream no matter what time or the day or night and always have my order right no matter how picky the order ... Thanks for doing what yall do that was a year ago and now they suck and never opened unless you have it delivered

Its a shame that you cant give negative stars. This place is horrible. The drive thru has been a mess since it was built. The service is terrible and they cant get an order right. Theres nothing more fun than waiting in a 25 minute line (only 4 cars) only to have your order completely wrong. Go online and read other reviews of this location. It has a horrible (but well earned) reputation.

God! There was one car in front of me it s 11:56pm and then suddenly before I know it it s 12:23 and I only ordered 3 chicken strips with curly fries!!!! You will get locked in to the drive thru there is no way around anyone!!! NEVER THE HELL AGAIN!!!!!
