Super awesome American restaurant! Love this place! Our server was so quick; I didn t catch her name. She had drinks and food out in less than 15 minutes flat! Wow! The ribs were delicious! We also had the buffalo chicken sandwich and burnt ends melt! All very tender and juicy! Almost forgot to mention my side dish was creamy jalapeño corn topped with French fried onions! OMG! We ve driven by this place several times but this was out first time to stop and eat here. The atmosphere is really cool lots of Ford history, old cars, and decor all garage mechanic themed. The service was also 5 star. As for the food, it was good, but with everything they put into atmosphere and service, I was expecting the food to be great!! Having said that, it s definitely worth eating here. We had the Edsel s hot pretzel and the smoked brisket burnt end melt. The pretzel was 4 pretzel sticks with two sauces, one ford beer cheese and one honey mustard (choose the beer cheese, unless you really love honey mustard)! The burnt end melt was good, but as I said, I really wanted the food to be as great as everything else. There are a lot of items on the menu so I posted pics of it we will definitely go back and try other things on the menu soon.

Awesome garage bar vibe with tons of Ford memorabilia and unique features like an ice rink around the bar to keep your drink cold. The decor is fantastic with cars hanging from the ceiling, plenty of beer on draft, and signature cocktails. Service is great, and there are two bars with outdoor seating available. Definitely a cool spot worth checking out!

Fun place to go. Everything was top notch. Decoration was enough for that ADD person to be entertained and others to take a trip down memory lane. For the ladies, my wife said the bathrooms are very clean. Ive been told, clean bathroom, clean kitchen. I think anyone can enjoy all types of food at different price levels. Amazing burgers. Very juicy and contrasting flavors and textures. I had the Estate Burger and was savory, umami from the bacon smoky, and sweet from the sweet onion marmalade. The staff were good and Dominic was amazing and great with all the kids. The restaurant is very kids friendly with a lot of decoration to see and keep the little ones entertained. Great casual ambiance for a relaxed meal. Kid-friendliness: A lot of vintage car related items in the decoration and kids can ring the horn. Our waiter was amazing with kids.

Fords opened near the Cinemark headquarters just before we moved out of Plano, so todays visit (a few years later) is my first taste. Ive heard really good things from friends, and they were not wrong. The classic Ford vehicles, engines and parts around the exterior and interior are quite cool and not overdone, adding to a very nicely finished restaurant. We were seated immediately, and our waitress, Emma, immediately stopped by to greet us. It makes all the difference to have a friendly, experienced, knowledgeable server -- and Emma was terrific. She had detailed recommendations and helped me build a burger like a chef. Lunch was delicious -- off-menu bacon avocado swiss burger, cooked to order with a side of excellent jalapeño creamed corn. Well done. Ill stop in for sure the next time Im in town.

First visit to this establishment, overall we were pleased with the food and atmosphere. Ordered a well done burger without a bun, came out cooked perfectly. Had a decent flavor and the side of fries was a great combo. Second order was the Henry s chicken if I remember the name correctly. It had a great cook, and juicy on the inside, not dry like other chick breast entrees I ve ordered at other places. The cheese was flavorful, had that cheese bite, and the sun dried tomatoes were a flavorful complement to the dish. Tater tots, amazingly crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Loved em! The jalapeño cream corn was surprisingly a little spicy. If you can t handle spicy food, might skip it. The creamy sauce with the crunch of the corn played eel together. Friend at our table ordered a burger, the Ford grilled into the bun was a nice touch!

I visited this restaurant for the first time for a bday gathering. Entered the establishment about 10minutes before happy hour ended at 6pm Once the waiter finally made it to the table it was 6.:05p, I told the waiter I wanted HH but now its after 6, His reply,Im sorry I think that is horrible customer service.. The food was ok, very rare you can mess up a burger . The fried pickle spears were different. Then after getting to go packaging for the leftovers, another guy comes to pick up empty plates and SPILLS A FULL GLASS IF ICE WATER ALL OVER ME. All he said was Im sorry, going to get you some towels....Not one manager came over to say a word. At the end when the check came I noticed my meal was not on bill. That was the least they could do. I still spent $101 with tip. NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Parking: Open parking, plenty of space

This is THE restaurant you gotta check out in DFW. The theme is on point, and the food is bomb. I usually get the Jiffy burger I know it sounds weird, but they put peanut butter, bacon, and raspberry jam on it. Its so good! You should definitely go and try anything on the menu. Trust me, youll love it. Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was pretty fun, and it kept them busy! They did mazes, crossword puzzles, and drew their dream cars. Also, the menu was easy for them to choose what they wanted. And they all liked it!

It was a good experience, the ribs I had were a little over cooked, an dry, that they tried to cover that up by soaking in sauce. Very interesting place. We were going to do a beer flight but their draft selection is really bad so no point in doing a flight to try different beers. Ordered the ahi tuna appetizer and the mushroom Swiss burger. Ahi tuna was good, flavorful, and tender. Could have used more chips though. Burger was nothing special. Not a lot of mushrooms and patty was overcooked. I always order this burger but would not get this one again. Service was OK nothing great. Manager was not very nice and seemed to have attitude. This place started out great when they first opened. We went last weekend and our server had a hard time understanding 1. A hamburger without lettuce and pickles does not mean plain 2. Chicken chop -shop salad is NOT the same as chicken Cobb salad (I hate gorgonzola cheese) 3. A hamburger WITHOUT pickles does not mean I want a LARGE SIDE OF PICKLES 4. A house salad does not equal a side of French fries After her Fourth attempt we just ate what she managed to serve us because she lost the page with our order. She didnt seem embarrassed or overly concerned with her multiple mistakes and the only thing she gave us correctly was the bill. I dont think well be returning.

Everything about the place is great with the exception of service, it is horrible. I have been 3 times now and service is bad every time, employees standing around on the phone doing nothing. Servers and very slow maybe because many are overweight idk. But do know they dont care to work very hard. Bartenders are as bad or worse. But the food is amazing!!! The Ford cars and elements are the reason you need to come to Fords Garage. Great hamburgers, atmosphere, and service. I ordered a Cali Roadster, which was basically a smaller hamburger that included pepper jack cheese and avocado. The hamburger was delicious. The menu was huge, and everything that was on it was also huge. There were old Ford cars on the ceiling of the restaurant. One of the cars would start its engines every half hour and fog would pour out of it. The restrooms were also Ford themed, such as the metal urinals, gas tank door handles, and tire sinks. There were several Ford cars and gas tanks outside of the restaurant as well. There is also Fords Garage merchandise available for purchase at the front. The atmosphere is what leads this restaurant. 4 stars. Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, especially if you want to take a picture with one of the cars.

Okay, car afficionados, listen up. This place was made for you. From the interior design to the menu items, the car theme is strong. When I was given a garage rag as a dinner napkin, I knew what to expect. But, you have to back up the theme with good food. The onion funnel, and they mean it in the literal sense, was delicious. The onion rings were crunchy and flavorful. For the main course, this place is all about craft burgers. Our burger was served hot and fresh with a side of fries. The only complaint we had was that the hot cobbler was served not so hot, and our observation to the server seemed to be of no concern. Overall, I think its worth trying out.

Overall food was good! The Famous Firestone Shrimp is an absolute MUST HAVE! The cream corn was a tasty side, but certainly had no kick. My only feedback is that the burger patty could use more seasoning, and the sauce did not do enough to make up for it. I had the seasonally available Jalapeno burger, basically it was just okay. But I loved how thick the patties are! I would have given 5 stars if the burger patty was cooked with a bit more seasoning.

Amazing. The decorations were so thoughtful. To the real car above the bar, the car parts on the wall and the tire sink in the bathroom. There were so many things to explore. We had the piston onion rings to start, model A and the estate burger. While the piston ring had a unique appearance, the estate burger was the star of the show. The theme and atmosphere is so much fun. Lots of yummy burger choices and they can had some gluten free options. The GF bun was especially good with the veggie burger. Highly recommend.

We ordered the soft pretzels with beer cheese and honey mustard as an appetizer. The pretzels were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. For entrees we ordered the brisket burnt end sandwich and the high octane burger. The burnt end patty melt was super flavorful almost too sweet to eat the whole thing but overall a good flavor. Fries were near perfect with a crisp outside and fluffy inside with a good salt level. The high octane burger was a thick juicy burger whilst hard to eat due to the structure and decent flavor overall. Water was mid. Sweet tea was decent, nothing too special. Good service. :)

Fords Garage in Plano is a fantastic spot we tried on Sunday evening. The amazing hamburgers and BBQ sandwiches were a hit, and the selection of over 20 beers on tap is impressive. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and a lovely outdoor patio. Their exciting rewards program is a bonus. Well be back for sure!

On my $20 bill, they made a mistake and added a $15.39 tip. When I called them, it took several calls to finally speak to management. He promised to fix the mistake and call me. That was over a week ago. Shame on you. I shall take my business elsewhere. If this is your customer service, you need to reevaluate your business

Food was trash. You pay $12 for buffalo chicken dip and it s hardly enough for 2 people. Not to mention, the chunks of chicken when it s usually always shredded. The chips had zero flavor. I m an avid mac & cheese lover, but even adding salt and pepper, it had barely any flavor. I asked for a burger medium well. It was cooked well done, was super dry and unflavored. I walked out paying $55 for my husband and I and I left hungry. Won t be back

The dining area is decorated with old Ford cars, parts and equipment. The mens room is worth a trip all by itself. The food was absolutely outstanding and we enjoyed every minute of our lunch there!

When I simply asked to pay $40 cash and the rest on card from a $48.16, when claiming that they would, they charged my card the full amount, Afterwards a manager by the name of Amanda on duty told me she could reverse that transaction, taking an additional 5 min only to tell me that they couldn t do that, and could only charge my card $40, So they gave me only 20 of the 40 back, and as that happened, she closed the register and told me to have a good day, but she still owed my $12. It felt like she was trying to steal my money. I d like to talk to a general manager but there wasn t one there at that moment. If someone could reach out I d greatly appreciate it, I really do like this place, but this was unacceptable behavior for a manager.

Pricey but good burgers with a nice variety of options. They also have appetizers and other food options like meatloaf if you dont want a burger. It was with brown gravy versus tomatoe based and took some getting used to. Hearty portions. The stack of onion rings are delicious. Service is mostly good, but our last waitress was slow and forgetful. They offer a military discount. Nice atmosphere and interesting Ford history information there.

Absolutely loved it. Great first time experience. The burgers were big, cooked just right, well seasoned, plenty of options. The fries were good. On the burger I would butter the bun to give it more flavor. The service was excellent. They offer military discount and for taking photos it has excellent staging. Very unique decor. We loved it and is great for families. I highly recommend fords Garage and will be back for more. PS Depending on when you go you will see amazing FORD Cobras, Mustangs, and other amazing Fords. Kid-friendliness: Yes, bring them.

Was told to come here on a friends recommendation. The food was good, but Im not a huge Ford fan so I think the friend really oversold the experience. It added over an hour to my drive home, but Im not faulting the restaurant on that. Just my idiot friend for forcing me to get her key lime pie. While the pie was good, I dont know if it was worth the extra detour. If you are a fan of Ford/classic cars, then I can definitely see the draw. The food/service is pretty good too.

The food was surprisingly good for a novelty type of restaurant, I was very impressed, the only bad side for me was the onion rings. I have had much better, they were just eh for me. The rest of the food was all excellent and cooked to perfection. Great ambiance if you like cars or Ford, or just a car person in general. Will definitely be back!

Ive been all around the area at places an dont know how I missed this gem. Kids will love it cause they have old cars inside too. Wheels move like the cars moving. This place is great! We sat down and got served immediately. As we browsed the menu, I noticed they serve bison burgers and to top it off..... topped with melted Tillamook cheese. GREATNESS. Next to us, they were served COD. My goodness, the size of it was phenomenal. We cant wait to come back and try everything on the menu. Emma was fantastic. Thank you Fords Garage! This place is like rolling thunder!
