I came to this store for a car seat. The app said there was one left. Upon arrival the seat was not on the shelf so we asked an employee named Beth if she could help us and she went to the back and found it for us. She was super sweet and had a great attitude.

I went to purchase a couple small medical items at the pharmacy check out and the pharmacy personnel were unwilling to ring me up telling me to go to main line .which so happens was really long. Poor awareness and bad customer service, will be sure to take future pharmacy or med related business to HEB across the street.

I don t know what s happened in the past year but the bathrooms are always awful. Like pee on the seats and floors and pubic hair everywhere. They used to be pretty clean, so this is a newish development, but it sucks that Walmart bathrooms are cleaner than this.

They re ALWAYS out of stock on items we regularly order. We do drive up most times unless my roommate goes. The last time I was there, the girl who came out with our order had the worst attitude ever, like we re the biggest inconvenience of her existence. Lol That made me think twice about going again but for the millionth time, they are out of stock of the same ol items. It s exhausting trying to order from this store. I ll go back to supporting HEB full time. Cya Bye.

A once fun experience turned negative by the complete disarray of the store. Shelf prices don t match the check out prices. They never update inventory correctly so the app says items are in stock in a certain aisle and when you get there it s not there. Funny thing is that you can add the item to your cart for pickup and get it but you can t find it if you go into the store yourself. Target has just gone so down hill but this location especially.

This location needs a total make over starting with management. The store looks trashy. All departments are disorganized and are not stocked properly. Several times I ve gone everything is just thrown on shelves. No concerns on making the store look presentable. It s like the staff or management doesn t care about the store. The store director needs to get with management to get the store together. If they can t rectify what s going on then the district manager needs to step in. What s sad is Walmart in Kyle looks more organized than Target.

Went to the particular location today. Store stock is disappointing with a lot of items not available or or sections empty. Even tried to look through different areas of the store for items, alot of spots throughout the store is so disorganized as iff nothing has been straightened in days or things just thrown around. As this is the Target closest to my home it is my go to. Ample parking and typically a good selection of products. There are times at the end of the day that items seem to be pretty disorganized from shoppers not putting things back on the rack or display tables. Not sure if this is a staffing issue. That being said the staff is always friendly, seem happy, and are willing to help when you ask.

Not one single employee could be bothered to stop interacting with each other complaining about other staff members to acknowledge me, the customer, in any step of my shopping experience. If doing a drive-up order, double-check that you receive the correct order before leaving the parking lot. This Target put someone elses order in my trunk, which wasted about two hours of my free time (and gas) between contacting customer service and driving back to the store. I live quite aways and have never experienced this issue with the nearby Walmart or H-E-B. Complete incompetence and lack of assistance.

Wesley or Weasel whatever his name is is absolutely the rudest person I ve ever met, the sass on that man or should i say boy from people just asking questions and waiting to get his attention and him having the meanest face and not being able to help absolutely anyone is ridiculous, how hard is it to just do your job instead of talking and laughing with associates and then getting upset when someone apologizes just to talk to you about a gift for their granddaughter, worst manager I have ever met, the associates in the back who had to apologize for them and help us because he said to move on and ask someone else, well I appreciate them more than they know (people in toys & electronics). worst target in the area.

Wow Target really, I shop with your business because I trust with who I m shopping with but never expected a company as big as yours to steal from your customers. I haven t even done any online shopping with target yet and somehow they thought it was okay to make two unauthorized charges on my card without my knowledge. The only reason I found out was because my card got locked after your unauthorized charges. Thank you, now I can t use it to continue my Christmas shopping. Very disappointing.

Huge line at self check out. Only one register open. Where is the manager? It amazes me that you would only have 1 person checking out the entire store. MAYA is the name of the associate that works in the Kyle location. She was working in the mens section, 5 minutes to closing time so I knew she was trying to hurry & get out of there. I didnt even think of that until after the fact. I prefer not to bother the associates but I was on a hunt for a specific sweater I saw online. I saw one on a rack but it wasnt my size and there were no more. So 5 mins to closing and I bothered her with, Do you have any more of these? She was super polite, looked on her hand held device & started looking. She could have just said they were out considering what time it was . But she found it in my size. I also bothered her again looking for thermals for my dad. Again, she was polite & found them for me. Thank you Maya! You are appreciated!!

This store is conveniently located with as always plenty of parking. Overall store is clean and well organized. On my latest visit, it seemed that there were a lot of out of stock especially in the small appliances section and video game section look like it had been raided- were 3 weeks away to Black Friday and shelves were bare. I understand that most people buy online but if thats the case why keep all section with no titles.

Hello, I would like to give a huge shout out to the target team at the Kyle, Texas location. Yesterday (August 28th 2023) my 8 year old son wanted to look at a certain toy. I took my eyes off of him for one second and he was gone. I searched for him in the general area and with our scary world today I went to the customer service desk so nervous and the gentlemen (I didnt get His name) remained so calm, got on his radio and told all employees to get on one channel and called a code. His calm made me calm. Then out of nowhere I had 2 employees come over to me and ask my name. I confirmed and they told me my son was in the women s restroom crying because he had an accident. I rushed to the bathroom to help him and sure enough his clothes were soaked. Both women names ( cara and angela) were extremely helpful . I could cry writing this. They rushed to get him new clothes, wipes, bags for trash and bags for the soiled clothes. I did nothing but tend to him. They were like these 2 angels that were helpful and kind. I have to tell your corporate offices about this one. They were incredible. The whole team was. More often than not, you don t get that kind of assistance anywhere. They could ve walked away once I made contact with my son but they didn t. Huge kudos to this team especially Cara and Angela. Thank y all so much for your care and compassion for this incident.

I typicall write positive reviews, but this is not one. After driving home from work for and hour, I went into Target to get nyquil with honey and Gatorade and tea because I felt sick as dog. I rang up the nyquil and the self check stand beeped and said a sales associate is on their way. The dude came over and told me Uh, you have a problem!. Lemme see you ID super loud like Im a some criminal in front of a long line of people. I was like what do you mean I have a problem?! He was like lemme see your ID! I was like its in my car.. He said you cant buy this nyquil, i need to see you ID. I was like dude, Im over 40 years old. Its in my car. Hes like nope, thats not my problem, I need your id. So, I had leave my items there (he said he was gonna put it back and make me get back in line), but i told him to leave my items there and he can wait the 5 minutes to walk out to my car. Allthewhile, everyone looking around at me like i just got kicked out of target by the target police. Then, I walk back in the store to show him my ID, and he blows me off to do something else (obviously more important). I stopped him and said was like hey man, you told to walk to the car to get my ID, and now you dont want to see it! There was a group of employees standing across the store and he says, go show it to those guys, and walks off. Like dude, im sweating from a fever, and you make me walk back out to my car in 100 degree heat, and now you dont even want to see my id after asking for it. Everyones looking at me crazy like I stole something because Im walking around showing random employees my ID so I can buy fever medicine. At least the other TWO people that I showed my ID too were nice(thats all the 1st guy had to do). This dude was absolutely without tact, disrespectful, had zero empathy, and was completely unprofessional. This is not how you ask someone for an ID. What a nut roll.. Pretty sure its cheaper at Walmart anyways.

My wife got some shorts that were on a rack marked 9.99. The shorts also had the discount sticker on them. At the self checkout they showed a higher price. Notified the young girl working the self checkout. She said someone must have put that sticker on it. She did not believe my wife so my wife too her to the rack and showed her the shorts and prices. Came back to the checkout with a bad attitude but did correct the item. However she rudely walked away without saying anything. She then stood there staring at us as we finished paying. My wife asked if there was a problem to which she replied that s what old like to know . Requested the manager and her response was I ll talk to her.

I m so glad the closest target to me is awesome. I m from the gutters of Houston so our target was terrifying. The team here is so helpful and sweet! We always get offered help by employees on the floor and everyone who works here is so kind and attentive. What I REALLY appreciate is that the employees (especially at checkout and Starbucks) hear me encouraging my 5 year old to try to order and/or pay for our stuff so she can get used to how the process of paying for something works and when we do this we are met with extreme patience from the employees. They even smile at her and speak to her during the entire transaction! This has happened with several cashiers and employees and I really appreciate that from them because my intention was to prepare her for when she starts going to school and has to buy lunch when we aren t there to guide her. Thank you all so much for being the absolute best neighborhood Target we could ever hope for!

This target has the friendliest and most helpful employees. Specifically Josey in cosmetics and Gilbert in electronic. They just have great personalities and go above and beyond to be helpful. The kind of employees I would want working with me.

We lives in austin. Target kept tv in online and all that it is in store so we drove all the way from austin to kyle, after we went there they says its unavailable. We are very disappointed with customer service as they should always update everything quickly . We wasted almost 2hrs drive for it

So tried of going in to this store and seeing ONLY ONE CHECK OUT OPEN!!! Three self check out open on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00 PM. There were about 7 to 9 people in line to check out. I dont even know how many for self check.

Yall have a better selection of the item Walmart failed to provide to my satisfaction and your prices on a certain other product are literally half of what Walgreens sold it for-all while still having a deal on said product, which now makes me an extremely high potential returning customer as yalls better prices with still good deals has had me stolen from Walgreens. Congrats, but also, Thanks! Oh, and the organization, ease of self-checkout, and friendliness of staff were great too!

I love this Target, their employees go an extra mile to satisfy customer needs. I once needed a small bottle of castor oil but could not find it so I went ahead and asked for help and a worker named Melissa helped me look for it but we both couldn t find it so she ended up ordering it at the nearest target, I eventually got my item the same day. :)
