Excellent service, its a shame that Im in Mexico, otherwise I would hire them for my events. I had the opportunity to go to an event last week and the truth is, the service that the staff gave us was excellent, the food was very delicious and the treatment was all perfect.

So far, it s been great, from the tour of the building and the amenities. My daughter is going to have a wonderful quinceanera! Thank you for answering all the questions we have had so far. Update: the event was phenomenal, the staff was wonderful, they worked so well together any question was answered immediately, and they coordinated well with me to make sure that the event was running smoothly and that they understood the presentation, the seating, the dessert, announcements, and the drinks for the bar. Also, they will give you a code to the dressing room and you can be sure that your belongings will be safe in there. They really do plan your event. I am so grateful for the staff shout out to Alexis the management, Jennifer , assisted with scheduling and answered a lot of questions that I had when I called or she called To schedule dates and times and she also gives you a call to schedule for the Damas and chambelanes to practice two days for two hours. The week prior to the event. Daniel, the amazing photographer, and he was so wonderful during the whole event with family and taking pictures and video. The bartender was super friendly and wonderful. His name was Anthony. Also, amazing servers and staff, friendly and attentive. They cleaned up quickly, and any questions I had they help me with to serve the family and guests! Also, the police officers that were there were friendly to the guest and made sure everything was running smoothly. The parking lot is ample for all your guest and family. Make sure they park in the back of the mall next to the Macy s. Some of the guest parked on the other side of the mall had to walk in through Macy s. I m just so impressed with the staff. This is one of the best events I was able to have, but also attend. I m going to be recommending And sharing all the information I can future friends and family to also have an event here because I know they ll be taken care of!! Take a look at the pictures and videos to give you an idea of how your event will look like and decorated, and of course the ambience and vibe! Very elegant, professional, clean, the restrooms were perfect. The dressing room for the girls and family was also so large and lots of people were able to take care of getting ready in that room. You can bring hairdressers make up artist in there when it opens at 1 PM for your event to make sure you re good to go.! I bought the cake at a different location, but the staff still cut it and served it to the guests! They were absolutely amazing. One suggestion I would have to ask the staff to put water bottles on the table for the guest for each person so they don t have to go up and ask for one when they do become thirsty. Also make sure that the staff fills up the glasses for the Brindis 15 minutes before the toast. I think that also has a lot to do with the communication of the family. Just make sure that you do your responsibility to communicate what it is that you re wanting and they will deliver. There is a lot of parts that I needed help with and they came through in so many ways as I was just one person, planning the event as her mom.

Incredibly the best, they organize everything for you, make the guests feel very special and they are constanly ensuring that everything goes well. Every dollar spent is worth it. I highly reccommend them

We just hosted my daughters quinceañera and omg, we and all guests were blown away with the venue food and service. Omar, the manager of the event, was exceptional, and Daniel, the photographer, was also great. I really recommend them from bottom to top!!

Had the opportunity of hosting my daughter s quinceñera there. Oscar the night manager was exceptional. He was always attending to our needs and was on top of everything all night long. Alexis the salon manager made sure everything was up to our expectations. I highly recommend booking your next event here.
