Good burgers--much better than some of the other local and chain places around. Update: Menu was not working on screens and burgers had a bit too much mustard. Although burgers continue to be good, just a bit too much mustard and other sauces they use. The amount of sauce used in the burgers drowned out their tasty ground beef. Also, prices need to come down a bit. Parking: Plenty of Parking Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

I got food from the drive through and my chicken fingers were raw from the middle. This place is always empty, should have read through the red flags before deciding to get something from here. Now I feel sick with a huge migraine, fever, and stomach issues. Never again!

Absolutely Garbage food, If you cook food on a dirty grill and use old oil! the food is going to be garbage.! tomatoes were rotten in the centers, the lettuce was old and brownish looking like gross slimy and that black stuff you see on the chicken is not seasoning, and I set a towel down on my lap for a reason? you can see the reason! But the grossest part is while I was sitting there watching these guys making this stuff you could see that the kitchen was filthy and they were cross-contaminating everything. I hate to even look and see what the floor looked like it but shows in the lack of quality food but the best part of all both drive-thrus were broke down and their screens were down inside the store, so you couldnt order your food they had to tape the menus to the countertop which is a biohazard in my book . This place is in dire need of New Management! The condition of the property speaks volumes that it hasnt been taken care of for quite a while I would not go here again ever!

I came to the drive thru and made and order and the person refused to respond. I waited several minutes with no response. Then I left the line and went to the one at 2624 W Expy 83, McAllen, TX 78501. They took my order fine there. Avoid this location.

Amazing burgers, but they re always getting my order wrong. I don t get much interaction from them. Forget about an apology. And I run late from lunch cause as it is they take a long time. 20 mins for a order and they serve it cold. I can drive from McAllen to Weslaco in 20 minutes, but I can t get a burger in 20 minutes

I just love it here, they care about the customer and dont fight you when they are wrong on the contrary they help reach a solution that satisfies both. Huge plus the kitchen staff that is always happy and singing at the top of their lung just makes it feel so comfy and homey .

Whoever manages this location should have been fired years ago. The place is filthy inside and has been like this for a very long time. They have light bulbs out, broken screens and a Pepsi machine that is covered in rust. It s worth it to travel to the McAllen location instead.
