This was my third visit to this location and it is not at the standard of most Ive been to. First, the service is always great. However, the regular original I usually get has bread that is always under-toasted and the inside is still cool. This should be a warm sandwich. I will always give Schlotzskys my business, but maybe not this location.

Customer service is not so great at this location. You all should just go to the cedar hill location. Me experience-I ordered online and got to the establishment to pick up the order. When checking the order I thought I was missing a sandwich so I adivised an item was missing. The guy at the register asks me for the detailed receipt and says the receipt should be in there. We always put it in there. Unless it was taken out. I was immediately offended because it came off as if he was trying to say I was up to no good and purposely took it out. Long story short the kinder older lady explained to me the breakdown and I realized my boyfriend ordered something different than he told me did so nothing was really missing. Immediately the same guy goes yeah we made it right . Just no need to even say that. I wasn t rude at all at any time I spoke even when I felt like the guy was being rude. Oh yeah, they forgot to even give me the receipt the guy tried to accuse me of taking out. I never even got one from then. Also, the cinnamon roll thing was horrible. Anyway, I ll just head to the Cedar Hill location from now on if I ever try this food again.

Don t come to this location. The staff is constantly fighting. When I asked for a cup of ranch the guy/ owner (They are so horrible they can t get any employees besides their own family members) demanded 54 cents for the ranch- which I was fine with but I didn t have cash only the credit card I paid with- he was furious that I didn t have a card and tried to refuse the ranch because I couldn t pay in cash! He sat there and argued with me for like 5 minutes! I asked him if he just wanted to refund ALL of our food and he decided he could run my card for the 54 cents at that point- SOOO RUDE!! The cedar hill location is the same distance and I ll be taking my business there from now on. I doubt this location will be in business much longer- they are always empty and it s probably because they are always rude and fighting amongst themselves! They create a very negative customer experience!!

I ve purchased their most popular sandwich The Original in the largest size. I told them no tomatoes because I m allergic but whatever ingredients they used on my sandwich definitely touch tomatoes because I was sick after I ate the sandwich. The cinnamon roll was definitely warm, but it tasted old. Beware that they re dining area is shut down and closed. Seems like it s been that way since the pandemic makes me question whether it s clean on the inside. I will not be coming back to this location.

Foods great. Took 10 mons to get waited on with zero inside customers. Was going to eat in until we see a cockroach the size of a hotdog in the floor slowly dying from obvious poison. I wish I could give zero stars. I was just treated in such a discriminatory way at Schlotzskys off of Wheatland in Duncanville, TX. I went there for lunch. I ordered a sandwich. I asked the man if the pizzas were good. He said, Yes. I asked him to wait as I thought it over. I opted for a sandwich. I selected one with bacon. When I started to place my order I lady took it, insyead of the man. I asked her to place the bacon on the side. In which she stated We dont do bacon on the side. I asked if bacon came with it. She said, Yes. After asking again she said, Okay. Next she asked me what I thought was, What side . To which I replied, The original chips, two bags (because sometimes I like to bless someone with the other half and side), but she interrupted me and said No what size, like medium -small. and I told her medium with a drink . I pulled forward to receive my order. After I received it I asked the gentlemen, at the window, how much was my order because he never quoted me the price. He said, I gave you your receipt, in our bag. Look at it I was looking for the receipt and I couldnt find it cuz it was not in the bag . Then at the same time when he decided to quote me the cost is when I located the receipt. He had given it back to me with my card . I pulled up a few feet to check it out and to allow the next person to receive their order. I realized that the bacon wasnt on the side, nor on the sandwich . The drink was flat and the chips werent in the bag. No problem. I just pulled right back around so my order could be corrected. Instead, The man who told me my receipt was in the bag asked me what was wrong. I proceeded to explain. He told me I did not order sides. I said yes. I did sir. He asked for the receipt which I hadnt looked at. He said You said nothing about sides, because you were charged. I okay, but I did order them, but either way can I exchange the soda and get the meat in the side. He called me a liar and ask what was my problem. I begun to tell him (not loud or rude) that he was being rude by yelling and calling me a liar. Therefore, I just would like my money back and he could have the food. The man proceed to tell me he would not give me my money back because nothing is wrong with the food. After requesting my money back and his refusal the second time, I could tell he was becoming more upset and so was I. I told him I would wait until he called the police. He said Im calling the police now. That is when I took out my phone and started to record. All I wanted was lunch . All of a sudden he came back to the window and told me to give him my card and his food and he would give me back my money. He proceeded to say, You people have no class . I asked him to repeat it because I thought I missed heard him. He politely repeated it. He said, You people have no class. I responded so you are correct. Some people do not have any class because they are being so rude when it doesnt take all this a simple correct would have worked. Then he said You people are rude. I am so upset. The devil knows how to creep in. Schlotzshys Duncanville Tx across from Methodist hospital in down the street. From Sams will never get my business again.

Usually order from here with no problem but I guess they have a change in management or something. I ordered online for delivery a pick two, med sandwich combo and a cinnamon roll. The bread (jal cheese) was pale and not toasted and I did not get any chips.The sandwiches wasn t even made right at all. I called the store and the manager argued with me how the chips where in the bag and that she don t know what happened and swore the bread is toasted. Just completely dismissed my whole concern and complaints. The only thing she said was come up here and get the chips. I ordered delivery for a reason. Not everyone has a car. Worse customer service I ve ever experienced and I ve worked for Schlotzsky s for years ! Will never go back.

We always come here for the bogo pizza on Wednesdays. But today we only got half of each pizza and was charged the same price as always. I m so confused how it went from 2 whole pizza to two half pizzas. We didn t ask for a pick two just because I wanted a soup. But that s what they gave. I really don t want to go back anymore if this is what they re going to serve from now on. This meal was for me and my husband. And what I like about the bogo normally is that I eat half of my pizza and half of my soup and I can eat the rest later. Vegetarian options: I use to love getting their vegetarian sandwich.

Went through the drive thru at lunch time. My order was taken promptly. Waited in line behind a few cars. The car in front of me was given their order in a brown sack. A minute or so later, the car in front of me handed the brown sack back to the drive thru worker and was given a white plastic bag with a box in it. I pulled to the window next. The brown bag was sitting at the window and the male worker proceeded to charge me for the order. I told him that I wanted to change the sandwich and he said that they had already made my order. I then made him aware that he gave my order to the customer before me, they had it in their car for a minute and gave it back to him. He said, okay as though that was not a problem. I then told him that I would not accept food that had been given to someone else and in their car. He then said that he would just cancel my order, in which I agreed and drive off. Very poor attitude and unhealthy practices handling food. They are in an area where there are numerous medical offices. PEOPLE BEWARE! It makes you wonder what else may be going on in this location s kitchen if this guy s behavior is acceptable by management and they have no consideration for nor are taking ALL precautions for health and safety. I won t go there again.

The quality of this particular location is not good vs others. The bread is pretty tasty, but the ingredients dont seem fresh on the sandwiches and the beef is absolutely awful (old, chewy). The pizza is nothing like it used to be. Its very sparse on sauce and toppings. Plus, not much flavor, especially the gluten free version. The soup is watery. Im really disappointed. BEWARE! I stopped for lunch and noticed theres now dark tint on the drive-through windows. I also noticed the guy that took my card was taking too long to return it to me. When I looked back through one of the windows I could see through, he was typing something into his phone. Once he was done, he charged then returned my card. Worst Turkey Avocado Sandwich EVER! I was unaware that the meat would be salty, processed deli meat, with the consistency of the meat found in a LUNCHABLE. I was anticipating cutting board type Turkey. The sandwich was loaded with lettuce, had a couple of avocado slices & 2 slices of tomatoes & the bun lightly brushed with possibly mayo. I visited this location today and was called out of my name. I placed a curbside order & was told to come to the drive-thru window to get it. I get to the window & an Asian guy in a plain white sorta v-neck type shirt opened the window & said the name for someone else s order. I simply corrected him & gave him my name. He says ok one second. As I m placing my order in my passenger seat, he loudly says thank you in a very sarcastic tone. Right then and there, I knew what kind of time he was on. I shook my head & proceeded to let up my window. Suddenly, I hear the b-word. He thought he was slick by saying it as the drive-thru window was almost completely closed. However, I heard him clear as day. Needless to say, I won t be visiting this location again. Update: Of course after this incident, I submitted feedback on Schlotzsky s website. Yesterday, 01/31/22, I received a response from the guy who turns out to be the Manager. Of course, he denied saying it. His response included a lot of gaslighting & no accountability. I did not mishear anything - the b-word he called me was descriptive, so there was no mistaking who it was aimed at. Unfortunately, I m not one to pull out my camera at every inconvenience. I now wish I had done so.

I will never go to this store again. I ordered 45 orders, there are 44. I called to let them know. Not for a refund, not for a new box but simply to inform that they shorted me one and I was given attitude and was even told that maybe I hid one. I just spent $500 on food. Do you really think Im going to hide 1 meal thats worth $9? Get real. Especially when I wasnt even asking for a return or a replacement. Smh.
