If I could give this place a negative star I would! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN! Only get 15 min for break came here ordered The Boss sub, which should come with meatballs and pepperoni. I get all the way back to work and realized they only put meatballs! I paid for The Boss thats what I should have got! I tried calling the store and the male employee hung up over and over again because he couldn t understand English! I called the next day and spoke to the manager Richard who told me the only way for a refund or to get another sandwich made is to bring the sandwich back? lol are you kidding me, y all charge me for something I didn t get, and want me to hold on to it until the next day when I went there on my lunch break obviously because of hunger!!!! Make it all make sense please! Save yourself the headache and find another Subway!

this place deserves zero stars, my meatball sub was extremely cold, i had ordered a foot long and they only gave me half of what i order. the workers only spoke Spanish. the lady working there was very unprofessional and called my husband Papi and looked very loss and confused when I asked if she had a knife to cut my sub with sense, they didnt do that either.

Dont show up after 9AM when they OPEN @9. The girl was sitting there on her phone laughing, with the open sign on. I waited a few minutes outside, and she didnt even have the courtesy to come to the door and say they are opening late for whatever reason. Instead she just stare at me and ignore a customer at the door. Classy customer service.

I moved here from Dallas not too long ago, so I don t know where the best Subway is. However, this location never misses! I ve gotten nothing but good/friendly customer service and good sub sandwiches. You know this is a good location by how packed it was To the lady working today that didn t speak much English, don t be discouraged. I think you did a fantastic job! You got this! Vegetarian options: They offer a variety of fresh chopped veggies. I think they have a veggie patty as well! Parking: The subway is in a shopping center next to HEB. There is plenty of free parking.

Absolutely horrendous service. Went in for an online order, was told it wasnt ready so I waited 5-10 minutes only for me to go up to the counter and discover mine wasnt the order being made! In fact my sandwich had been sitting there getting cold for who knows how long. Did not get any kind of apology just a chuckle.

Got there at 8:46 pm and they close at 10pm. There was a guy eating inside and a customer at the counter but the door was locked and the Open sign was off. If they closed at 9pm I would kinda understand but closing up shop and locking the doors more than an hour before close is crazy to me. Especially since all I wanted was cookies because I had already gotten food from another Subway but they were sold out of chocolate chip. Total letdown but based on the comments it seems to be on brand for this location.

A lady by the name of Tammy (short blonde hair) provided exceptional service in greeting me as I entered the local Subway store, prepared my sandwich to my exact specifications, and ended our discussion on a positive note - wishing me a good day. I asked if I could get 8 sandwiches to which I was angrily refused service and then completely ignored by the girl working there. I kept asking what the rule is and how many maximum sandwiches I could get especially since I was the only customer there and she kept muttering curse words and ignoring me. She then shouted shut up to me! I ve never seen such unprovoked rude behavior from any retail experience in my life. She even shouted at another customer next to me! I ll be posting the video I took and filing an official complaint with corporate if this is ignored.

Second time they knowingly sent the wrong order instead of cancelling it. Cant call because the phone goes to a 90s era dial up modem. When they get the correct order it is decent though. Seems like common courtesy not to send people the wrong thing and try to get away with it? Edit: gave them another chance and they literally sent a frozen sandwich. Worst subway Ive ever experienced.

The lady thats always at the register needs to know what she charges and honor what the subway coupon says.We went and order two american clubs today. If my daughter asks for an American club and she says no ham then why are you gonna charge me for a turkey sandwich and bacon as extra charge? I ve been here plenty of times and never got served. The employees are understaffed. I keep going back to see if things change but unfortunately they. I stood there one time with my daughter and the employee didn t say anything even after looking at us. Mind you that we stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes. Ordered on the app for delivery. If you want a sandwich that has half of your ingredients missing, that you then have to try and doctor up at home, then this is the restaurant for you. I went to this restaurant this morning with my family around 10:30am, and the employee that was handling the food in this restaurant wasn t wearing mask. I politely asked her to wear a mask, and she responded saying that she doesn t have to wear a mask because she is vaccinated, which didn t make much sense to me, because she could still be spreading the virus all over the food she handle in that restaurant. I would recommend to all the users reading this review not to go to that restaurant because all its food could contaminaided with the virus right now

I came into this location on July 23rd 2021 at 4 pm. There was a young lady working there. I asked for a foot long veggie delight. I only asked for a couple veggies. I asked for extra on there. She put extra which was fine. But I said can you put a little more its okay if i have to pay extra for it she said i already put extra, you dont want any other veggies on there. What else do you want on it .. I never asked her how much she already put on there. I can obviously see she put extra. I was asking for more and for her to charge me extra if shed like. I wasnt being extreme and asking for a huge pile of veggies . I am paying for something and I want what I am ordering. I did not like her attitude towards me and if a customer tells you how they want their food. You should give it to them how they are asking for it not how the employee thinks it should be. I am not returning to this location. Id rather make the drive somewhere else.

Very racist store. Not many African American employees and the staff treats minorities like their nothing. Yes, their a minority themselves but somehow they have the notion that a black person is less than. Not only that I witnessed the manager today mistreat an employee I gather she fired her and didnt have a valid reason. I will not be giving my money to this subway and will be letting it be known all over not to frequent this subway. This is an at will state But you are not are not protected from a lawsuit if you practice racial discrimination of an employee. Your manager is doing all that and the employee has the text messages to prove it. So sit back and wait. Thats why civil rights laws are in place. We intend to use every single one.

Just left this location and it is 7:58pm. Marci is the only person there and she does such a good job. I would rate HER 5 stars. However Im giving this location 3 stars. They overwork them by just leaving 1 person for the afternoon/evening shift. ADD more staff. While I was there 11 people showed up (not together) and she was alone dealing with me and the other person after me as well. Its ridiculous to only have 1 person at 8pm. Its not the 1st time Ive seen this happened at this location. Been there several times and she has been the one attending me the past 2 times. Marci is great. Just add more staff to help out.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible! Jynekwa was so rude! Her food line was empty and if there was veggies out they were soggy and gross. I asked her if I could have more pickles and she said she didnt feel like prepping any. She said the same thing with olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, ect. Unfortunately this is the only subway by where I live. I have experienced the WORST customer service ever. Everytime I go there the workers take forever to get to me even when I am the only one in line, they toast my sandwich without asking me, ring up the wrong prices, and act like I am an inconvenience to them. I called last week to order a sandwich to go on my way back from work. A girl answered and said sorry we are closed and hung up. I then called back again and asked to place an order to go, she said I am literally closing right now, I wont take your order. Take note the time was 9 pm. They closed at 10 pm. I asked her what time they closed and she said we close at 10pm but I have stuff to do in the morning so my boss said I could close early. When I asked to talk to her manager she said this my manager doesnt have the time to speak with annoying customers. then hung up. Horrible service. I felt like I was a total inconvenience to the girl behind the counter. My sandwich was thrown together with no care. I ordered a Subway Club. Once the meat and cheese were applied she asked me what else I wanted on my sandwich, before I could even finish what I wanted she said NEXT very rudely. I felt very uncomfortable in this establishment. I will not frequent this store again.
