It is atrocious. Even when there is 1hour n 30 mins of McDonalds till close. My fries are wet for some reason. Not with ketchup. But with water. How I know . Let it drip. . Ahh Olga was really nice but seemed to tell me with her expressions that she was unfortunate to be on that shift with them. Only saw a girl dark as .... nonstop talking. From me knowing Spanish she was saying who in the hell orders on a scooter. (ME). MC DONALDS SHOULD NOT BE LIKE THAT . PREPARING. THANK YOU BUT DID NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED N EVEN HAD MY PERSONAL SPACE RIDICULED

The countrymans McDonalds, I ordered a hot coffee and they served it cold. You always have to go back to the counter to tell them that they dont serve the food properly and while the chips and the sandwich cool down. The same thing always happens.

Ordered coffee, man if they cant get that order right I honestly dont know what to say. On the road and cant stop for sugar. They didnt add my sugar on all our coffees so its a big 0 in service. Came back to store to get sugar and let the manager know and she only spoke Spanish, lol. Im not racist , but I just cant understand why the manager cant speak English. How are we to communicate?

For my part, I didnt like the breakfast menu since Im from Puerto Rico and the bread they use in El Paso, Texas is totally different. As for the other lunch and dinner menus, it is more or less the same except that it is much more expensive than here. Kid-friendliness: They offer a childrens menu with a surprise. Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking for people with limitations.

They literally forgot to put the meat on the burgers I bought .... Terrible service, they dont even pay attention to what you are ordering, besides they are more expensive than in other McDonalds, I went today at around 7:30 pm to buy food I paid 20 dollars for 4 hamburgers and some fries and when they delivered them to me I didnt even realize that they had given me just the hamburger bun, they didnt have meat or chicken. When he arrived at my house I realized there was no way I could go back to complain if I live in Juarez!! Lesson for everyone, when you buy your food there, do not hesitate to thoroughly review everything because apparently it is worth it to you and not even the money you spent.

Customer service was bad!! You need a code to use the restroom!
