Ordered a lsrge sonic blast to share. They brought us a giabt cup of ice cream. It wasnt mixed. The plastic spoon broke. The top was all vanilla ice cream and the middle was a bunch of orea mix that didnt get mixed. This is just a giant cup of ice cream and you didnt put the reeses in we ordered.

Genuinely the worst sonic location I ve ever been to. Has no drive-thru. Half of the buttons don t work for employees to take orders. Then if it just so happens to work the employee cannot hear you even after you turn your vehicle off in the blazing Odessa summer. Then to sit there in confusion on what is going on if the employee is coming out to take your order. Or if you are even in cue to take an order. Multiple time a week customer and this is just a joke. Fix your problems sonic.

This one in Odessa, Texas....shame, shame, shame! Messed up the order & STILL never brought us a dang straw...I just drove and drank my soda with the top off...spilling my drink....and on my burger, my tomatoes were cut uneven and mushy...dumped them...I was hungry, had to eat it...Smh.

I ordered through the app, one of the items was unavailable so I asked the employee if they could refund the money. She went and asked and was told they would. I received a receipt that showed I should get cash back, I told the employee this, she argued with me about it and I asked for the manager who also argued with me and said that the money would go back on my card in 3-4 days. I told both of them that it said cash due to customer and not that the money was refunded. The manager was extremely rude and wouldnt listen when I tried to show her about the cash due part. The item was less than $5, so its not a ton of money, but if theyre doing this to other people and not actually refunding the money it could definitely add up. The money never went back into my account and its been a week. I have contacted customer service and dealing with them is taking forever too all over $5. I just dont want other people to lose money at this place. They should update the app to keep people from ordering things that are unavailable. Ive never had this issue at any of the other locations Ive been to.

My fiance went to Sonic to get us some dinner & we just had food from there & they were double cheeseburgers and tater tots with drinks. It was delicious! Our family was well fed tonight. The people that was working tonight were extremely friendly and professional. They went above and beyond. Thanks to the staff at Sonic!!!

This was the worst experience Ive had at this establishment!! Ordered lg cookie dough blast and small reeses blast. Sat here for 13 min. Asked a girl passing by how much longer. Was told she would check on it. 4 minutes pass and I have to hit the call button to find out about order. Said machine was messed up and it would be longer. Girl came back and said we needed to place order again because ut was not jn system. Another gurl comes out confused as to what is going on since now my order was in the system twice. 24 minutes later and we get ice cream that is pure liquid!! Will not be back!! They didnt even try to make it right.

Its a nice place for a quick bite. It has a nice flashback image, and the service is pretty quick. The chicken sandwich is a little small for me but pretty tasty. Will definitely be back!

January 12 @ 8:25 pm. Drove into spot, parked. Me and one other truck here. Push red button,,, wait,wait. Voice came on, I ordered. Push pay credit card. Ask the tip info. I ALWAYS SAY NO. I tip in cash,less government. It said no tip. Then I look at receipt, IT ADDED A $1.00 TIP ALL BY ITSELF. RIDICULOUS. This is about the most run down,3rd world sonic Ive ever seen. Just had a burger with RANCID pickles. Even AFTER I asked for no pickles. The fries? WORSE. You know how sometimes you say to yourself, these have been under the heat lamp all day? These had to have been a WEEK older. Disgusting. Not to mention it was myself and 4 other cars and it still took 35 minutes to get my order after taking 15 minutes to actually have someone take my order. I ve been throwing up all day. The owner has the nerve to charge people money for this. Pathetic

Im just simply not a fan of Sonic. Its either a messed up order or here lately Nobody will answer the red button. No matter if they are busy or only have about 5 cars. Tfor the past 10 years every time I try Sonic, its been a problem. Needless to say, I wont ever go back to Sonic. Came to Sonic during breakfast time, got a lunch item because of my food allergies. Specifically ordered with no bun due to a wheat allergy. She brought it out with it on a bun. I let her know that I said no bun. She takes it inside and then immediately brings it back out. They really just took it off the bun. Like I could ve done that. I sent it back in to be completely remade because I have an allergy to wheat. She acted like it was such a huge inconvenience. This place always sucks every time I come here. The only reason I even came today was because my son begged me to go to Sonic. UPDATE: I have yet to receive my refund. At the bottom of my refund receipt it says Cash Due Customer and I never received cash and it has not been put back on my card. Really hope Sonic isn t employing thieves now. Over a month now and I have contacted Sonic 6 times and have called the location my refund was processed at. I never received my refund.

Have been to this sonic twice both times to get shakes! The first time they came out liquid sent them back, came back to us right. Today went for the same thing and again liquid and the carhop tells use that s how there shake machine is. However didn t bring one of the 3 out. When the third did come out was right! Never again will we go back!

For years I have enjoyed this sonic untill recently most trips have become like todays. Ordered #2 with mustard and tater tots..got mayonnaise and fries. Once corrected the tots had such a bad after taste of old oil I threw them out. 2 Dr peppers order thrown down the drain. Also ordered 2 #8 with fries , but they came with tots . This is a replay of last several visits here unfortunately

This location no longer opens on time, although I have found the food much improved over the last few months. 5/13/22 Corn dogs are old and tasted odd, hamburger was not made as requested, the taste was way off too. Carhop super friendly. At least the onion rings were good at this location.

I should have read the reviews before coming here! I typically just order a drink or a shake and usually never disappointed, but recently I ordered a Oreo cheesecake shake and it tasted so sour! All the manager could say is that we ve had other customers say the same thing! So you mean to tell me this was a known issue and you still haven t figured it out? Then I come today and ordered a sweet tea. I was waiting for a notable time and notice 2 employees come out and sit at the table by the door and light up a cigarette! I mean come on, no one wants to order their food and smell it while they wait on their food! Last straw for this location! Hope corporate realizes that something needs to be done in order to hold up Sonic s reputation!
