Kim was an exceptional realtor from start to finish. Moving from out of state, Kim set herself apart from the many other realtors with her knowledge of the area and the time she spent really getting to know what we wanted. Once we picked an area, and decided on a build, she explained all the specifics regarding the process, specific taxes and every contract we planned to sign. Kim acted as a liaison during every step of the process, often doing much of the communication for us via phone and email, and asking questions we didnt even think of. Everything we needed to know was simple and easy to understand. At times she even offered to head to the property and follow up if we were unavailable! Working with Kim we always felt like we were her only clients given the level of attention we received. Kim is truly such a valuable realtor to have during such a busy process- we could not have gotten through without her!

Kim is fantastic, my family and I absolutely loved working with her. She s so professional and personable. She was on top of every single detail and coordinated all the parties to make sure everything was done on time. We told her we wanted a fast closing and she helped us close on our first home within 30 days of putting in the offer! So Im not sure if people are like me but when it comes to spending money and making big decisions that makes me a little uneasy for sure. This year has been so tough on everyone Everything is so uncertain.I had a goal for this year and that was to buy a house I was living out by Fort Worth and I wanted to move east of the city I came across Kim by word of mouth from one of her happy clients and man I tell ya she went out of our way and found us the perfect place I couldnt be more happy with her work she has done for me.
