SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This place is a scam, we bought passes and no rides were open worse then that we go to sit down at the restaurant and no service we got sat at a table for 40 mins and no server came over. We could see the servers all sitting at a table DRINKING!!! Laughing and having a great time not working. We went to the go karts the only attraction open and the same thing! A bunch of young teenagers just sitting around talking and on there phones we were standing in the ques waiting to get on the ride and they would ignore us, when we confronted them they said your in the wrong line and pointed us to a different line to wait in, note there was no other people here so there weren t any lines we go stand in the other queue and they ignore us again we address them and they tell us to go in the other queue s we were previously in. I m not kidding when I say the service was terrible and if they aren t afraid to show that it says a lot about there safety standards! Avoid this place at all cost. We asked for a refund after this saying that we didn t get to experience this any of the attractions and they refused a refund they even refused to apologize for the lack of service of operations of attractions. The managers here are just as bad if not worse then the workers which makes sense! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! It needs serious changes

Came here with a party of 30 for our first social event of the summer, we had dinner which added up to more than $1000 ticket. A group of us then goes to drive Go karts, we re all sat down and strapped in. When next thing you know there s a Caucasian man that s left without a seat, next thing you know they re asking me to get out of my seat because this seat was meant for that man. Keep in mind I m a Latino woman, of course I m not having this, I inquire for a manager, a buck tooth lady comes my way and tells me that I have to give up my seat, says if I don t she s going to call the police, then procedes to yank me out of my seat. We are NEVER going to be returning here. And I m also going to be pressing charges.

Food was cold, long waits. Stopped by the bar twice and the guy running it would walk away and hide. The theater and the rock climbing wall were run by one person and we had to wait til several families played the 3D theater multiple times.

Paid bathrooms! When I needed to go to the bathroom a guy demanded money I saId no but he kept on insisting and he was a buff man so I paid the 15 dollars and went. I have no clue if he works there but he looked professional if he was little I would have punched him. No cool bad experience

My husband and I took the kids here, and it was super cool! The kids loved it! We have 4 children ages range from 6-10 and they loved it! We were thereafter good 5 hrs. My husband and I were able to have some drinks while the kids played and rode the rides. We didnt eat there but the food looked really good. I highly suggest going.

Really fun revamp and addition to what used to be Austins Park and Pizza. Adult bar and dining, inside a big indoor playground, complete with carnival rides, ax throwing, oversized arcade games, lazer tag and more. Perfect for Happy Hour or a Team Builder. Good food, good drinks, good service. Restroom cleanliness (outside of the bar) was not great. Really need to address that and have more hand sanitizer out amongst the games. $100 hold on bar tabs. Wheelchair accessibility: The site is wheelchair accessible.

REVL is very pricey. $42.95 and unlimited play is only for the outside attractions. The arcade games are an additional fee. The prizes for your tickets are pretty bad too, unless you have over 1500 tickets you get really cheap prizes. My sister was visiting from Baltimore with her grandkids, and was very disappointed that there really isnt enough decent attractions for children between 36 and 42 inches tall for the price. Another problem, there is absolutely nothing for toddlers under 36 inches. They wouldnt allow my 18 month old to ride the carousel with adult supervision. My suggestion, before paying that astronomical fee, tally up the cost for you to pay for only the attractions you are interested in, and spend the majority of your money on a game card. I will probably not go here again. Oh I forgot to mention the buffet was an additional $10 to the $42.95. One more thing, there were not enough people to man the rides. There was at least a 10 minute wait for someone to come man one of the rides. As an adult, I paid $42.95 for absolutely nothing.

My order was messed up twice. I ordered a ghost burger & when it was brought out it was a house burger w/ no cheese. I told the person who brought it out it wasn t the right one & they insisted it was a ghost burger. Then we told our waiter it was not the correct burger, he takes it back then the chef comes to clarify what cheese & once again my order was messed up. The waiter never came to check if it was the correct one, but came to ask later if we were ready to pay. Service was definitely not the best..

The service was above and beyond. We had the Ceviche and it was excellent. My daughter and I ordered mixed drinks and my boyfriend got a beer. We spent about $55 in the bar and tipped the barkeep $100.00 for the patient, friendly, eager to please service. He was also very knowledgeable about all the listed drinks on the menu and the appetizers. When we wanted to go back outside with our drinks he gave them to us in to-go cups.

I used to like this place but updates in prices and lack of helpful knowledgeable staff is now non existent. Stood in line for 40 min for the go karts with my daughter who was going to ride in a dbl cart with me as my other kiddo was riding with my significant other as we go to get on karts I am told my daughter is too tall to ride with me...it says no where that they cannot be over 48 inches to ride doubles. She cannot drive by herself due to a disability so we had to sit out after a 40 min wait. I would have not purchased 4 passes for this had I known that. Definitely will stick to Dave and Busters or Pinballz as they both have accommodated us in our needs. I will make sure not to send any of the kids from our youth group here either. Education from your staff is key shame on you. Multiple games inside just take your credits. Every single claw game is a min $2 a play. Definitely not worth the money spent

Honestly its a fun time if you have a good group of friends. The arcade is significantly overpriced and youll burn cash quickly there. The activities like mini golf are a significantly better value proposition with you being able to play the entire course for 1hr, 1 1/2 hrs for $7. The courses are not very interesting but some of them can be quite challenging and worth a visit occasionally.

As someone without children and who goes to arcades for dates with my boyfriend, this was honestly the most disappointing arcade experience in Austin. Gets a few stars for a nice $40 bonus on $100 play as a first time visitor. I want to be fair that there is a LOT to play, this is probably the largest arcade I ve been to. This is what drew us in. There s a lot for families and kids to do beyond the arcade. It s a clean place with quick bar service. However, the cost of the games does not compare to just about any other place in Austin. This includes local comparison of Pinballz and franchises like Spare Time/Pinstack in Pflugerville. We won t be back here because it was disappointing to see that this place has modified machines to give you much, much leas plays per dollar/token than any other place I ve been to in Austin. The machines even have copy-pasted signs to override the game design. Many play till you win games at other arcades are not that way here. The prize area also was seriously lacking. It s pretty, nicely designed, but not a single giant stuffed animal. No adult prizes like other arcades. Lots of legos and small items. Makes it not worth it to save points and come back, including the very small value per-dollar to play games. Used all my points and spent all my card money since I don t plan to come back. TLDR is this is maybe decent for families, but not a great date night for any avid arcade folks. Food sounds great but didn t try any.

We swarmed the place with around 30 people, the bar tender was struggling to keep up but I had a friendly chat with a young female staff member, she git the shift leader to come help the bar tender and everything went smoothly after that. We had another 60 people who said they were coming tonight, good thing they didnt or the staff would have been really having a hard time. Overall, they did great work!

We visited on a Saturday recently and overall the food and drinks were good. Also the prices seemed fair as well. The only negative was our server who we ended up getting both times we stopped by. The first time was just for drinks and I watched as he was doing other things and completely forgot about us. I could even tell the moment he remembered our drinks when he stopped doing what he was doing and hurried over to get our drinks. Then, he asked if he had given back my credit card as he was pulling it out of his pocket which my wife and I had a good laugh about. The second time we came to eat and we asked for lemons and he completely forgot that also. We had someone else bring us some. We just assumed it was probably his first day working or something like that.

First things first... its understaffed due to lack of customers. But the staff that are there are super nice and very accommodating. You get to go on most stuff with the basic card and as many times as you want. If a ride has no attendee just find one on another ride and they will get someone down to start it and let you go as much as you like. Thanks for a great evening.

Young male kid ( maybe manager, had a radio) working the bar area had a real attitude. Asked him where the bathrooms were and he pointed at a bunch of tables. I said Im new here how do I get there. Disgusted and aggravated he said right there to a booth and wall and refused to show me how to get to the bathroom. Will never go again

What I thought was going to be a fun night out with the family, turned into a night of waiting and being rudely waited on by a Justin Bieber Look-a-like. After waiting at our table for nearly 45 minutes, A young man comes to us and says y all good? At this moment, we weren t but chose to give him the benefit of the doubt(1st terrible interaction). We proceeded to order our drinks and food which took another 45 to an hour to get. Only 1 refill on our water and no plates and napkins to eat our pizza. Coming from the food industry I understand the shortage of staff but in no world is it okay to completely disregard tables because you were all over the place What I thought was a great place to take friends when they re visiting turned into a place I will never take them or my family too ever again. I speak for 3-4 other tables that had no clue what was going on as well. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Absolute worst experience... young lady at go carts was giving special attention to a group she knew, kept yelling at kids... complained every time she had to do something. Bad attitude, lazy and the worst customer service. She should not be there in that position.

Went on a busy day so the wait time for the gocarts was too long. Because of the wait, paying per ride would have been cheaper than the day pass. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Was there on Sunday 2/20/2022. I have had fun here before, but this place was so understaffed yesterday that getting a drink at either bar was nearly impossible. The 3 bartenders I saw were doing their best, but not able to keep up with the 2-3 people asking for drinks. I was bowling and tried to call for service - everyone was thirsty. After 10 minutes of nobody showing up, I walked to one bar..... No service... Walked to the other bar.... No service. There was a manager-type person counting receipts and a Bartender making drinks. Neither of them ever acknowledged me standing right in front of them. Literally nobody else was standing at the bar. Either I have the power of invisibility, or they NEED MORE STAFF.
