Buyer beware. This location and the wylie locations are shorting people on meat. Over the last month the amount of meat is almost paper thin and mostly bread. Hardly any of the extras are put on either. I dont know if this is because of pickup or the owner telling then to cut the meat down on customers who use promo codes. It is definitely no longer worth the price and have told others the same. Actually, its false advertising. You offer bogo and 12.99 deals, but youre actually cutting the amount of meat in half without telling people. Go to another sandwich shop that has more ethics or go in-person so you can watch them make it.

The staff is always nice, friendly and efficient. But I feel terrible for them cause more often than not their POS isnt working. I could understand how they get frustrated when their computer freezes and they cant get anyone out. Its time to upgrade you equipment. I go very often in the morning and it seems almost everytime its not working.

One of the cleanest and the most aesthetic Subway Ive been to. Vegetarian options: Lettuce, tomatoes, onion, Spanish, cucumber, bell pepper, avocado, pickles, olives, jalapenos, banana peppers , sauces Parking: A lot of free parking spots and accessible parking spots

This subway location has to be the worst. The ladies who work now don t seem to acknowledge customers. I showed her my coupons and she did not seem to care/look into it until it came to payment and she said I can t use them. The sandwiches are not as stuffed anymore. Very stingy with toppings. Ladies seem to have weird attitude problem.

This was the most Horrible experience I ve ever had at any restaurant ordered 2 Barbecue sandwiches which were extremely dry they had me to bring the sandwich in to prove it was dry and wanted me to keep showing them the sandwich which I said no why keep having me to show the sandwich I said no the second time because of germs because when you talk you release particles of saliva they didn t want to give me some simple bbq sauce to fix the problem went on and gave it too me I was so hangry til I accepted the sauce I wasn t waiting 20 minutes for another sandwich the customer service was awful never again will I go to this location the whole crew looked like illegal aliens It was a bunch of translations no one seemed to speak English except for the cashier so go if you want a miserable experience and please don t order a sandwich I m sure it will be dry also a waste of money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! SachseTx on 78. The service and food here suck! The people who make it are rude and don t bother to listen. They don t do anything you ask nor do they even do as is supposed to be done. It s dirty and should be emptied and find new people who want to have jobs. Would have been nice to have the cheese we paid for ON THE SANDWICH!! Slopped on the mayo Charged for double cheese and didn t even get the 1st damn piece. Put my own on when I got home.. Drove to far home to bother going back and of course they don t answer the phone.

I was the only customer and the two women didnt ask me what I wanted for at least 3 to 4 minutes. Also the food area was very messy. I ordered finally and when I went to pay I tried to use a coupon. I was told that they do not accept coupons, but usually stores will have that posted some where. I then paid as I was leaving I checked the receipt and they had over charged me. A line had formed so I just left. I will never go back to that Subway again.

DON T EAT HERE! Paid $3 extra (per sandwich) for double meat, which was not added to sandwich. I caught them not putting the churro(which I had paid for) in the bag. This location DOES NOT ACCEPT Subway QR Codes, and has trouble processing Subway gift cards. I went to another Subway (in Garland) and actually got the double meat I paid for! However, they refused to honor the Subway QR code, also. DO NOT BUY SUBWAY GIFT CARDS WITH PROMISE OF ANYTHING FREE(via QR code)! IT IS A SCAM!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich for pickup and the sandwich hardly had any chicken on it and no bacon whatsoever! I tried to call up to make sure they could do something about it to make sure I didn t waste time and gas driving back up there and no one answered the phone. I called 3 separate times. No answer! This Sachse Subway refused to take my 5.99 coupon for a footlong. The Mexican lady said I should have told them I had a coupon before trying to pay at the register. She said I ordered from the wrong menu and started removing the meat from my sandwich. I told her i didnt have to tell her anything and then she told me they werent going to serve me. Dont waste your time at this store. This lady has been rude to me more than once. Dont understand how she is still there.

The worst customer service EVERY time I go in there. Rude workers. I did mobile order so I would not have to interact with them today. My order was behind the counter so the worker was on the phone with EarPods and did not acknowledge that I even entered the store. I said excuse me three times and she continued to have her conversation on the phone. She did not even look up. Management needs to address this issue immediately. Will not be returning.

I don t leave reviews hardly ever, but the guys that work there deserve it. I go to this location at least once maybe two times a week. Their service is awesome. The sandwich I just had barely had any meat in it. The 2 servers were to busy talking to each other to even ask what I wanted on my sandwich and he just started loading my sandwich up with everything before I had to stop him from talking to his coworker to tell him that he didnt even ask me if thats what I wanted on my sandwich. Only one employee working. Line was a bit long and he was not very friendly. Only spoke when he had to. Ordered BMT, Club & Tuna footlongs. There are plenty other options for a sub sandwich that far exceed the quality for the money. Jersey subs, firehouse...etc. we wont be returning to Subway again. New menu? Same as always sub par.

I wish I could put zero stars! My husband and I come to this location at opening in the morning to get sandwiches for my boys for lunch. They are always out of meat, the door is locked with no one in sight after opening, we have knocked on the door ofter opening time only to be ignored! I give up....stay away from this place!

This is the dirtiest store Ive seen. Employees are ok. Evidence of employees sitting at table doodling while every table needs to be wiped down and floors swept. We had to wipe down our own table. We were the only ones in the place. Sandwich was good though.

We visited this location yesterday & I was over charged, they rang up sandwiches we didnt even get which was $2 more. Actually put completely RAW bacon on top of my sandwich and started to place in the toaster to cook it while toasting my sandwich before I stopped her. She took the raw bacon off the sandwich and placed in microwave to cook BUT CONTINUED TO MAKE THE SAME CONTAMINATED SANDWICH without starting a new one, GROSS!!! Had to tell them to cook the bacon separately and then put on a new sandwich. She apologized for the mistake. But then, after handling raw meat WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES, started to make a new sandwich. Grossed me out to think what else they do if they didnt know to cook the fn bacon or when they should wash hands. I spoke up rather loudly about the situation to make my point to the rest of the people in line. Want to know the most disgusting part of the whole ordeal? The next guy in line still ordered a sandwich... Cant fix stupid. Subway needs to have food handling 101 at this site PRONTO!
