In the past, I ve only ever wrote one review (positive of course) but I figured I d go out of my way to acknowledge the amazing experience I had here at Rollie rolls! Went in for some ice cream after dinner. We were greeted immediately and our order was taken. It didnt take take long for us to receive our treats. While waiting for our order, I noticed how well the staff worked together and balanced taking orders while helping each other complete orders. They were doing customer service and restaurant management right. The store was very clean and well taken care of. The sitting area was a little small but seemed to be the perfect size for the people coming and going eating their ice cream. The ice cream was awesome! it was mixed, frozen, and rolled into little rolls before going into the cup, then topped with your favorite topping from a selection at the counter. It was a very nice experience here, I definitely recommend them when you find yourself in Pflugerville looking for a tasty treat!

Maybe I was simply hot and hungry but this was perhaps the best ice cream Ive had in my life?! Id never had rolled ice cream before and the rolling just made it so much more refreshing and crisp and the ice cream itself was sooo creamy. The flavour was also so well made! I got the matcha flavor with strawberry with coconut shavings as my topping (its unlimited toppings!) and it was truly the best flavour combination Ive EVER tasted in an ice cream!! It was not too sweet or too bland it was so perfect. They have so many unique and exciting flavour combinations Im looking forward to coming back for more! They also have boba!

My first but not my last visit. As a fan all things Pflugerville I had the West Pecan which was rich and delicious. The quality and friendliness of the staff rivaled the ice cream. I have to admit I was skeptical of rolled ice cream and thought it was a gimmick but the way the ingredients blended into the cream made for an amazing desert after Thai for dinner. I will be back to support this local business and if you haven t gone, go!

This was my first time visiting the Austin area and I luckily discovered the most unique rolled ice cream / boba shop ever. They have every Asian snack or candy you can think of. I got the almond milk tea smoothie with boba. The flavor was great, not too sweet, the smoothie was smooth, no clumps, so a perfect sip every time and the boba was fresh. I also got the loaded tator tots topped with homemade chili and jalapeños. It was very unique and delicious. It was chilly outside so the crunchy tots and warm chili was perfect, but I ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic. Ill have to come back and try their signature item, the rolled ice cream. They looked amazing, but I was too full. They also have a wide and unique selection of cup and packaged ramen that you could enjoy there or take home. I bought one of the Buldak packs to try at home and it was amazingly delicious. The shop had a young, fun & hip vibe and the staff were super friendly. You could tell the shop owners put a lot of effort into making their shop so welcoming. I felt like a kid again just hanging out and enjoying my drink and food. I wish there was a place like this back home for me, but if yall are in the area then you must come back multiple times to try all the things on their menu. Parking: Its a small strip plaza with many businesses around. You may have to park in a neighboring plaza and then walk over when it gets busy.

Discovered this spot when searching for ice cream near me on google. Brought two friends who were visiting from out of town and we all loved it! The ice cream was delicious and I loved the decor inside. We all ordered different flavors, and each one was really good. I had the birthday cake and they had a peanut butter and a coffee flavored. Very disappointed in the staff. We pulled in right at 8pm last night (they close at 9) and one of the staff members quickly ran and locked the door and then turned off the open sign. I walked up to the door anyways to read the hours of operation sign on the door and sure enough they were supposed to close at 9. One staff member hid in the back, one down behind the counter, and one just stood at the counter acting like he was doing something to avoid eye contact. They were all laughing at denying us like it was some big joke. I ll never be back here again!!! Stay away!

Great little local ice cream shop. I guess theyre not so little, they were so popular they had to expand into the unit next to them. Great combinations of rolled ice cream, and a fun selection of candies on the side.

This is the 3rd time we have been here and every time the staff is consistently helpful but friendly and always go the extra mile to give you the perfect product. The location is now bigger, brighter, so pretty and clean. They sell ready to go ice cream and also candy. You get to see how the make the ice cream rolls and they have many toppings for you to choose from. I will definitely be back.
