Worked here, was probably(?) even the most requested server for awhile, sales were down so management started adding too many new rules and extra steps for the servers that have been here for awhile to do happily, at the same pay rate, so they pretty much fired or pushed out every good server who wouldn t put up with the added pressure that no service would ve fixed their problem for anyway. Hire people who will do it for cheap I suppose, and that s the service you ll get. Me and the other top server left because of the ridiculous increasing pressure - and they acted like it was expected the whole time. Nobody who works here is happy after maybe the 3rd month. I went out of my way to start doing the extra things, got overwhelmed once (1 time!!) and the owner Domingo told me I wasn t doing enough. Even though my tables were complimenting me all night. literally checked myself in to a mental health facility the next day after this nightmare. Had me questioning my self worth & existence. Aussie Aussie Aussie!

My wife and I ordered prime rib. After we both took a bite we tasted a hint of rancid meat. We tried a bite of each others and got the same thing. I turned mine over and it had that gray color meat gets when it goes bad. It wasn t a big deal at all. We were just going to order something else. The manger came over and told us that there was nothing wrong with the prime rib and that he watched the cook cut it, sear i, and said that the prime rib is made every day. This ticked me off a bit. Being a business owner myself and knowing just a little bit about customer service, the last thing I was expecting was the manger speaking to us in an extremely dismissive manner. To such a degree that strongly implied that we were most definitely wrong. I d figure a quick apology, resolve it as fast as possible to minimize any attention being dawn to the situation. There were other customers sitting on both sides. After he talked to us I lost all interest in ordering anything else. The bad meat isn t what ticked me off, it was the way the manager handled it. I was just going move on and order a Ribeye. We wont be going back there for some time. August 19th, 2024, around 7:30pm. Date/time stamp if someone wants to figure out who that manager was and to give him some pointers on customer service.

I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse, and I have to commend the exceptional service provided by our server, Cameron. From the moment we walked in, Cameron s warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a fantastic meal. Cameron was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs with impressive efficiency. They offered excellent recommendations from the menu, which turned out to be spot-on. We were particularly impressed with how Cameron handled our dietary preferences with ease and made sure everything was perfect. Not only was the service top-notch, but Cameron s genuine friendliness and professionalism made our dining experience memorable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Thank you, Cameron, for making our visit to Outback Steakhouse so enjoyable! We ll definitely be back and will be sure to request your excellent service again.

The wife and I stopped in for dinner. I had to try the Tasmanian shrimp and scallop pasta and found it delicious! Everything else we tried was really tasty and cooked to perfection. We arrived early this evening and we were greeted with a smile. We sat and our server Cristian was very kind, attentive, patient, polite and helpful throughout the evening. The food was great! We had the three course meal special ( 3 options for main courses). Sorry forgot to take pic . I guess we were hungry. So to start I had a Ceaser salad, the 8oz steak medium rare with mix veggies, and chocolate cheesecake. I took my bestie to Outback for a friend date. We had so much fun, our server, Robert, was just the most amazing server ever. As well as everyone else who helped make this experience awesome. Our food was great they started this one deal that for $14.99 you can get an appetizer, an entree, and a slice of cheesecake. Also today was not that busy so that made it an even better experience. I would definitely eat here again. Thank you for the great service, atmosphere, and food. Parking: There was plenty of parking on the side and then there was still some parking on the front rows of the building just not as much available spots.

I went out tonight for our monthly dine-in, and although I wasnt treated poorly, the experience felt uncoordinated. The server didnt give us any silverware, even when our food arrived. I had to ask for it, which is fine I can take care of myself. However, my daughter received her food 15-25 minutes before the rest of us. She finished eating, and with a young child who gets easily distracted, she ended up running around while I had barely started my meal. Additionally, the food was okay but could have been hotter; it felt just above room temperature when we received it. When I tip, I usually base it on the service and my interactions with the server. In this case, the only thing the server did was take the order and bring the beer. If thats the standard service, I understand, but it doesnt feel right to leave a good tip if I didnt receive good service

I came here with a friend. The waitress was quick but busy. The restaurant was busy, not overly so. My friend and I ordered the steak. Hers was med, and mine was med well. As can happen, my steak turned out a bit too rare for me. The waitress didnt hear me as she walked away. The manager did. He was so kind to come over and check on us. One of our drinks didnt come, and I asked that he just cook mine a little longer-no need to fix a new one. We also asked for a few other things as well that werent brought to us. The manager was so quick to make sure it happened. The steak was amazing! He took my friends drink off the check, although it came so much later. It was a pleasant experience. I will be recommending this place and returning again!!

The atmosphere on Mothers Day was great when we got there. Ordered our food, apps, drinks, and then our meals, and it came out nice. Except for the steak that I ordered rare easy on the seasining. Cut into it to find it Medium cooked. Not a bit of red. Sent it back. Waited about 15 min or more when my kids were done eating. The server walked by, and I asked if my steak was coming out soon. Surprise to him he went to look. Came back with it. I cut into it it was med Rare. Thats fine. Go to eat it, and there was so much seasoning. I chose not to say anything and asked for a to go box. Worst part of the night, not that I didnt get to enjoy my meal with my kids, but when we paid with gift cards. The server left showed some Guy with Glasses ( part of Mgmnt). My kids (grown kids) saw his reaction like we were theives. He turned over his should with a mean suspicious look several times. He then came to our table to treat us as if we stole the gift cards. Questioning how I got them, who is the person that has these? It was totally uncalled for. I mean, really? Youre asking for reasons why I had the gift cards. I would not have gone there had I not been given the gift cards and wanted to use them before I lost them. I wouldve gone somewhere else for Mothers Day. Thank you for the food my kids enjoyed I always choose for my kids to be taken care of. Thank you for the uncomfortable way you made me feel at the end.

Fantastic dinner and service from Colten! The proprietor came and spoke with us about our meals and that was great to express our gratitude to him as well. Big shout out to outback steakhouse which blew us out of the water! We were celebrating our anniversary and they did not disappoint. Our server Alexa was amazing. I am very disappointed in our visit today. The start of the meal started out strong. Got our bread and appetizer fairly quickly. That is where it ended. We sat a good 30 minutes waiting for our actual meal. Our server never returned to our table after dropping off our appetizer. She even watched us sit patiently, looking right at her. Never once coming by to make sure if we were in need of anything or reassuring us our food would be out soon. My sirloin was cooked perfectly, but no seasoning whatsoever. Everything else was over salted and my plate was full of nothing but blood and juice from the steak and veggies. Very very disappointed!

I am a fan of this location. Service is always speedy, comfy and just right for me and mine. The new koala punch is a great new drink. I got my outback fave of grilled garlic shrimp over rice with broccoli. It was all tasty as I expected. Oh, and let me not forget the wedge salad!!! Best on the market!! Parking: Be mindful that there is only one way in and the same way out.

My daughter and I had an amazing mommy daughter date at Outback. We had an amazing waitress/server Ms Abbey she was very friendly, kind, and attentive. My toddler absolutely adored her. Food was speedy, hot, and flavorful. This location never disappoints and always has our family coming back. Even my picky toddler eats everything that is served here! We hadn t been to Outback in years and we only went because we had a gift card. The location in Conroe has way better food than what we used to receive at other locations. Jelly was our server and she was amazing! Always checking with us, giving us time to decide. The host made a great recommendation on the appetizer. My daughter drew Jelly a drawing and then even put it on the fridge. We will be back just for the service.

From the moment we walked in the door greeted by the manger Susan all I can say is WOW, we have been dining out for over 40 years and never been received in such a wonderful way. Then our waitress Ivy, top notch she catered to our every whim regarding what we ordered, but the person who stole the show was Nate the bartender who makes the best Knob Creek Smokey Old Fashion I have ever had, this will be the only place I come to from now on when my desire for and Old Fashion kicks in. 03/16/24 One hit wonder? My last visit here was awesome. Todays not so great, service was very slow even though the restaurant was practically empty, perhaps today was just an off day, I will give them another try in the near future.
