Ordered a chocolate ice cream bowl with fudge, caramel and marshmallow through Grubhub. The marshmallow is hard and bunched up into separate pieces. Have never seen anything like this. There is no fudge or caramel even though I paid extra for toppings. It s just chocolate ice cream with balls of hard marshmallow. Not worth the price for just a bowl of ice cream.

I walked in to just get a Reese s milkshake, I was greeted of course but as soon as the Cashiers friends came through the door and she gave them her full attention while I stood staring at the menu for a few minutes but then was asked are you ready to order? I replied with yes and then ordered my milkshake but during that process I felt judged for ordering a large because they made comments on it, but after that I hear the blender make a sharp noise which had me concerned. After that I received my milkshake and was told my milkshake was gonna be thick, was there something wrong with the blender? But anyways I didn t think to much of it but tried to drink and I couldn t so I took the lid off and it spilt everywhere I still ate it but was very upset about the service.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake and it was perfect! I called right after I placed the order and asked if they would be able to decorate a certain way. They agreed and they did not disappoint! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. LOVED that you could customize the flavor and ice cream, it was delicious! Went in to treat my girls for ice cream for their birthday and I was charged for two love it but was given the like it cup. I ve gone here three times on separate occasions for delivery and the staff on 2 occasions has been completely rude and unwelcoming. They make eye contact and walk to the back like I m not standing there and tonight 3 employees who are female all ignored me and 2 of them weren t even doing anything but standing there. Honestly I will not pick up from here again and I would not recommend the business. That Friday, 27th of October, 2023, marked the 56th time that 365 sets of sunrises and sunsets moved across the sky. As such, it was a special day for me. My wife took out family to Fuddruckers in south Austin then to Coldstone in Round Rock. That s a perfect way to celebrate a special day. As for that particular ice cream shop, I liked it. The selections of flavors, the additional add-ons, the cleanliness of the store, it was all good. As for the friendliness of the servers, though, it was almost amicable. They did smile but I didn t sense it was genuine. They tried, though, and that counts, too. I have a picture in my camera roll if my ice cream but it s not loading. Bizarre.

The customer service at this location was horrible. There were five girls working this Saturday and they never acknowledged or greeted customers when they came in. Then, they purposely ignored us as we stood in line never saying they would be right with us. There was no system as it took two girls to help one customer then they would make the ice cream and then proceed to checkout the customer so they wouldn t have to help the next customer. They kept their eyes down never making eye contact in an effort to avoid having to help. There is no manager on these shifts which is why they felt comfortable to treat their customers like that. They are rude and racist. I will not be back to this location ever.

I got the Oreo milk shake and it was fantastic. There was wait but I expected it since it was a Sunday. Overall one of the best milkshakes I have ever tried. Great flavor, freshly made in front of me with the attention to detail. The staff were great, they weren t unfriendly and rude but were caring and always had a smile on which was a great touch and made the experience all the more worth it. The place could definitely use some more furniture because I had to go outside and have my drink. Otherwise, great place and great service.

10 stars for customer service! Not only is this Ice Cream really amazing and yummy, but the customer service of the staff and the GM Omar is above and beyond. Due to a few missed items (3rd party delivery, not them) I had to call the store. Not only was the kind young lady on the phone very professional and thoughtful, she took detailed notes and had Omar call me back right away. Omar went above and beyond to make the error of DoorDash right, he even followed up to assure I was happy with the solution and offered to delivery my items himself! Good service is hard to find these days, so be sure to acknowledge it when it happens! Awesome teams come from awesome leaders! Good work Round Rock Cold Stone!!!

I really liked that ice cream store. It is clean workers are so friendly. I spoke with the manager, all products are halal and most products have kosher. Ice creams are so delicious . I highly recommend this store.

Holy moly. I m from the West Coast, aka the birthplace of Cold Stone. And man oh man. This location in Round Rock might be better than all the California ones. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy, unlike any I ve ever had. The consistency is insanely good. I got pistachio and butter pecan, and the flavor was so amazing as well. Definitely a must go experience if you re in Austin. Hands down best ice cream in Texas, if not the country

Wow...so wonderful to have a Cold Stone Creamery in Round Rock. We have already visited several times. The ice cream is amazing....so creamy. My personal favorite flavor is the coffee flavor. Each time we have been there we were greeted by friendly staff and received excellent service. Great location, very clean and spacious. Will be back!!

This is my 2nd trip to Cold Stone Creamery in three weeks and yes, I absolutely loved it. I usually dont go for creamy types of ice cream and more of a sherbet/sorbet guy, but their Signature Creations are pretty darn good. I ordered Cheesecake Fantasy in a waffle bowl, which consists of Cheesecake ice cream with Graham cracker pie crust, blueberries and strawberries. I have planned to try Surrender to Strawberry for my next visit but for now, I will need to burn off the calories I just consumed.
