Ate everything so fast the pictures dont do justice. Ordered spring rolls and those were good sized, fresh, and the peanut sauce is excellent. Also ordered large beef pho and requested only tripe and meatballs. The broth is fantastic on its own, they were kind enough give also give me a container of chili oil since I forgot to add it to my order. For the price to size ratio I would say its definitely worth it. Fresh ingredients, great service from the guys, and very filling meal. Would absolutely return.

Decided to stop by for lunch on a Monday before heading to the library. It was ok. The vietnamese iced coffee was good, but was a bit unimpressed with the bun (vermicelli bowls). Eggrolls and fish sauce weren t all that flavorful. It was pretty empty when we came and we only ordered 3 things: egg roll vermicelli bowl, half pork/half egg roll vermicelli bowl, & shrimp spring rolls. One of our bowls was wrong and the spring rolls never came, maybe the waiter was new? pricing is similar to other spots but probably wouldn t go out of my way to come back

I never liked pho until I tried this place last year and now I am obsessed! I have since tried many pho places that I like but I keep coming back to Pho Lamour (dine-in, take-out and delivery). Always delicious, hot and fresh. The staff is always so friendly. Im not embarrassed to say that we eat Pho Lamour one or twice every single week.

This the second bad experience I ve had here 1st I walked in and all the tables were full of food and no one was eating, I had to ask them to clean a table so I can sit down . Then they gave me the wrong order then didn t even try to fix it. The water they gave me tasted like it had slime in it . Also they didn t even have bean sprouts to eat with my pho. I m a busy healthcare professional and with being on call or just leaving work late this local spot WAS a hidden gem. For the last month (and I average 2x a week) the lemongrass has had more fat than beef! More importantly to the point that today, July 2nd I literally choked until someone in the lab came to assist me! I went to the store and ask for a manager but was told that she wasn t there and would be gone for 3 weeks. They brought someone out from the kitchen who tried to explain how they prepare their beef. I humored him and then repeated what I was trying to say before he had interrupted me. He continues to interrupt me and then stated I had my fist balled up to hit him (mind you my hands are on the counter resting and I frequently open and closed my hands. When I tried to speak, apologize for his perception and explain cultural differences he kept interrupting and became very aggressive to the point a young lady came to assist. As I explained to her and showed and shared with her my issue she apologized for his aggressive behavior and offered to make my order right. I told her I m good I just would like the managers name so I could contact her in the future. At this point male that was referred to earlier said a few superlatives then held up his middle finger while walking back to the kitchen! It s one thing not to get the extra meat, tomatoes or fish sauce I paid for it s a total different story to be confronted with such rude, disrespectful and aggressive behavior from someone I m paying for a service! I will be going back to. Crawfish & Pho in Missouri City from hear in out. I m sure I ll never talk to a manager so just be warned if you have a concern. He will never cook my food again period!

This place is dirty. I bit into a spring roll and there was a fat hair. The child seats were filthy, the floors were disgusting and the table wasnt wiped down. Portions are small. The banh mi was sub par and they even overcooked the rice, how do you even do that an asian establishment. The grilled pork was burnt and all fat. Wouldnt recommend eating here

Food was great ! 5/5 but the service is not the best we order appetizers and food we usually expect the appetizers first then the food I was with my bf and he got his food first while I was just looking at his food waiting for mine then they brought the appetizers and THEN my food I was like okay wtv but then we started to drink the drinks and it was full of ice where the liquid??? We finished the drink and NEVER got refills after he saw our cup literally empty he looked down at them and we never got drinks again

Excellent!! We had a group of 20 from all over the country (high food IQ) at the hotel next door. We called a few days in advance to give them a heads up, sent over our orders the day before. We walked over, they got us seated together and eating some delicious spring rolls and dumplings we ordered for the table. Everyone loved what their individual orders - and lots of food envy seeing all the other delicious choices. Excellent service, excellent food. This meal was a highlight of the weekend - would be thrilled to reprise the experience.

The bathrooms need cleaning, there are no towels to dry your hands and the attention leaves a lot to say. Many restaurants must understand that if we are going to eat out, it is because we are not close to home to cook, we dont feel like it, we want to de-stress, or we like local food. But in return we often receive more stress and a poorly and reluctantly served meal.

Pho Lamour has become my favorite place to go. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is great. Best of all the food is so flavorful. I don t know how I ve slept on this hidden gem, so close to my home for so long. I had made a hard commitment that the next time I had an opportunity to eat Vietnamese cuisine in Pearland, I would go here. I m so happy I finally pulled the trigger! First of all, the Bánh Mì Tofu was incredible. I ordered that and a Ca Phê S a á. I ll be honest. It did take a good minute for my bánh mì to c me out but it was well worth it. The ca phê s a á came out right away so I was able to sip on that while waiting. It was very good, strong and not too sweet. It was definitely a solid Vietnamese iced coffee. Now back to this incredible bánh mì tofu! The bread was warm and toasty, like it just came out of the oven. It was incredibly crispy on the outside and soft and airy inside. I cannot overstate the amount of tofu that was packed into this bánh mì. I almost thought it was all tofu because there was so much but no, there were plenty of veggies packed in there as well. The tofu itself was packed with flavor. It quite possibly was the tastiest tofu I ve had in a bánh mì so far. I d definitely order this again! The restaurant itself was incredibly clean and welcoming with soft music playing. I was greeted immediately by the staff and asked to choose a seat. I was attended to immediately and although it took a while to get the bánh mì , it wasn t egregious and if they always taste that good, please take your time. I m happy to have a nice neighborhood spot with incredible tasting food and a welcoming, friendly staff.

I have been in the area for so long and finally got to stop by. We dropped in for lunch. The place was not crowded at all but by the time we left, it was filling up. We had the Grilled Pork sandwich, Cream Cheese Rangoons, Combination Fried Rice, and Egg Roll. The food was good. The grilled pork sandwich was quite dry though. Either the bread needs to be more moist or perhaps more sauces used in the sandwich. Ive had these Vietnamese sandwiches at other places so I know that it can be done better. The rest of the food was good. Fried rice was quite nice. The service was good. There is plenty of parking near the store. Seems like a busy place for takeout during the weekdays. A lot of working people were stopping by to pick up orders.

This restaurant isn t clear about their pricing. I placed a to go order that was $11 and a viet iced coffee that they advertised are free on Tuesdays. I asked for no ice since it s to-go and I didn t want it to melt. They assumed a large order and upcharged for no ice so a coffee that is free became $9. The food was very good but the service was very slow & jarring. Not really any of the servers fault because there were only 2 people running the front. I waited close to 20 mins for my meals and another 20 mins close for my to-go food after & ate & paid. I was actually late coming back to work. So if you have time to sit around then eat here. But if you have work dont waste your time. I dont recommend any orders of with bread because after the baguette cooled down its very hard & stale. Usually fresh baguettes are still chewy & soft afterwards. And I had ordered the beef stew to go but theres barely any beef stew in the container. Like about 60% of the container. I dont recall if it had a small or large size but it was about the same price as a bowl of pho & I felt like it was a kids size.

Had the chicken banh mi it lacked flavor and the buttery flavor from the viet mayo (not sure if they even use it). I ve had much better banh mi. I also tried the banh mi Bo kho. The portion is quite small and you just get a few carrots and pieces of meat. The flavor was very underwhelming. The egg rolls were okay, it tasted more like a vegetarian one but I don t think it was(lots of lettuce in it).

This place was highly recommended by a coworker of mine and it did not disappoint! I was in the mood for some spring rolls for dinner so I put in an online order for pick up since it is only a block away from my job. My confirmation email stated it would take 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. If youre a pho lover and explorer I highly recommended this place. Service was good and attentive. Only downside of my experience was with the spring rolls, I just didnt feel the love and effort put in them like in a few places were they re interested in showing the customer the talent and craft in spring rolls. Horrible, nonchalant customer service. They sold me a large pho without all the fixings because they dont have it all today. Nobody told me when i placed my order nor when i picked it up. I got back to work (went on my lunch break) and realized so I called them. They offered no apology and no solution. I asked if Im supposed to bring it back after work and not eat lunch today. Vu, the manager, proudly told me yes. Bring it back after work and I will refund you. No apology, no lunch, just a huge inconvenience for me. Never going back.

Nah! Houston is full of establishments who do Pho right and this isnt the spot for good pho. I ordered the seafood pho and the beef stew. Im not sure what kind of rubbery Toys R Us substitutions they use for crab and scallops. They were both gritty and it was upsetting to me and my homegirls (Taste and Buds). The beef stew came with 3 pieces of beef and not enough broth. It was very lackluster in flavor as well. And mane, the chicken wings. Complete and utter disaster. No seasoning, no batter. Just plain chicken thrown in a fryer and slapped with some random sauce. My bill total came to just under $40 and it wasnt worth a single dime of it.

I picked this place to give it a try after seeing the ratings because I normally go to Broadway. There were two guys attending. The one who received me didn t say hi or anything. The soup was brought and forgot the vegetables and also the egg rolls. I had to step up and asked for them. They didn t check on my table and ran out of drink. Overall not good service. The food was good.

My Fiancé loves the Pho and I tried the pork Sandwich! It was delicious, I will be going there again just for the sandwich! The bread is soft and crispy, the pork was cooked perfectly with a nice BBQ taste.

Food was good, we eat and order from here often, but today s experience was bad from the start. Our server got the drink order and food order wrong. Then we got to be ignored afterwards. No drink refills. The young boy waiter with glasses appeared to be angry that we came in to eat. Had to approach the counter to get more drinks and even to pay the bill.

Updated review after being back for the first time in a year. This time we were served rotten jalapeños with our pho. The spring roll wrap was broken with some old lettuce inside. I was not thrilled with the beef pho. My girlfriend did not like her chicken either. Both of our stomachs hurt after this meal and we eat pho a lot.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. As it was my first time I asked for recommendations and they gladly obliged. Food is delicious. Relaxing atmosphere. My Husband usually orders the shaking beef (rice plates). Kids like the chicken pho, dumplings, and vegetarian egg rolls. Lots of vegetarian options for me, family loves it here. Vegan pho has lots if fresh veggies. Tofu rice plates is yummy. Tofu spring rolls do not disappoint. Staff is polite and service is fast. They do wear this mask and hand sanitizer station at entrance. Give it a try!

Definitely need to clean their grill more often before serving grilled meats. That smokey flavor is all the ash and left over residue from not cleaning . This place lacks quality . Convenience is probably their best asset . Definitely wont find any real vietnamese eating here.

I was not happy with our take-out order. The amount of protein is less than half of what you would normally get from another Vietnamese restaurant. When I called back, the person answering the phone said this was the normal amount of food they give. This is almost laughable. I was told that this was because it was a combination plate so there was less meat than a plate with only one protein. However, comparing it to my husbands plate which was only beef, the amount is about the same. Also, the cost of the combination plate is 1-1.5 dollars more than a single protein plate so you would think that would cover the cost of the additional meat. They said I could bring the food back but could not get a refund. Sorry to say we wont be back! Oh and we paid extra for the egg. .
