I have ordered Pizza from this location for over 10 years . I live 5 mins from this location. The female manager or cook has always been very professional and the quality of my order has always been very good. Today I ordered a medium sausage with extra cheese and 8 wings. This is my usual order. I received a text that the pizza was in the oven. I left my house to pickup the pizza so that it would be hot and fresh when I got home. I noticed the usual manager was not there. The pizza was cold hard and did not have extra chesse. I took it back to the location, as I entered the store. I told him I was returning this pizza because it was not fresh. He stated most of them are not fresh and he would be with me in a minute. I told him that has never been the case. I order weekly from this location . He comes over to the counter and tells me the pizza was freshly cooked. I said why did you say most of the time the pizza is not fresh when I entered the store . He denied saying that . I told him I know the difference between a fresh pizza and one that is cold. I order here weekly. I told him I want a refund for the pizza and I will pay for the wings. He did not want to refund my money and got an attitude unbecoming any manager dealing with customers. I told him again to refund my money. He picks up the box of pizza and slams it into the trash. I get the refund and will not go back to this location.

I ordered a pizza and requested banana peppers on only half, they put it on the entire pizza, I didn t make a big deal out of that but then I got home and noticed the pizza wasn t even cut, we had to cut the slices that s the first time I ve ever had that happen, on top of that the pizza wasn t fully cooked, it was chewy and tasted off. So I called in and had them remake it drove back up there got a replacement and the replacement was also undercooked, the very bottom layer was done and the middle wasn t as you can see in the photos, same issue twice. Super disappointing. The person who helped me was nice but that s about it.

I hate to even give this a one star being that this place deserves 0 stars!!! I m so upset, so I ordered pizzas for my family for dinner, we paid for the food with our card but always like to give tips at the door, our delivery driver Aria decides to deliver the pizza and placed it on the ground outside!! We happened to go to the door after an hour of waiting on the pizza and there it was on the ground uncovered, so very unprofessional, and extremely unsanitary!! In the meantime our son went up to the store and spoke with someone name Laryssa, the supervisor who did t seem to have an issue with it and would not remake our pizza at all! She claimed she would refund us but we haven t seen a dime and we haven t spoke with anyone concerning this situation. The girl aria came in the store in the meantime and admitted to placing it on the ground bc she had been driving all night without a tip she didn t give it a chance she just dropped our pizza on the ground and ran. I will Never Ever eat here again!

This location has screwed us over several times now. Each time we were promised that we would be credited the money instead of a refund and assured that we could call and reorder our food at any time. Once again, this happened today (12/17/2023). Pizza is good but employees preparing pizzas at Carrollton TX store on Marsh Ln need to pay better attention. I place my orders online so that if there is any mistake it wont be made by me. I HATE little square pizza cuts! Just picked up 2 pizzas that I requested PIE CUT AS ALWAYS and they cut the little squares on BOTH! Also ordered the 3 topping special with Salami as one of the 3 toppings and the last two orders had ZERO Salami on them! After working an 11 hour day who wants to wait around for them to make 2 more pizzas?!?! Called and spoke to the manager and was given a Large 3 topping on our account for the 3 mistakes. I hope they will get the next order correct but mostly would appreciate it if they would pay better attention when making pizzas. NO SQUARE PIZZA EVER!!!!

I always order their gluten-free pizza. The 3 ingredient option with extra cheese is the best! I ordered my pizza with Italian sausage, onions, and green peppers. It is only available in a small size which is great for one person. I created an online account which will make it easier for quick ordering in the future. I really like the ease of prepaying online and tracking my pizza order. Dominos really has the pickup process down to a fine art. **Update: 8/25/23 - against my better judgment we gave it another shot. Thin crust pizza was good. Brooklyn style seemed like the same as thin crust but just cut regularly vs. squares. The bigger issue is I asked for contactless delivery but the delivery person refused to leave without me signing the credit card slip. I ve never had to do that in the past and the response was we can t have open credit cards. I m inclined to believe they were after more tip money but I could be wrong. What s the point of contactless delivery if you still have to have contact?! ** Worst cut pizza EVER ..looks like the driver took great care carrying it since there s a piece lodged under another one. We haven t eaten here in a while and likely won t be back anytime soon.

Had one of my worst delivery experiences today. Delivery guy was rude, condescending and threw a hissy fit just cause it took us 3 mins to open the door after his call. Apparently he doesn t like to knock on doors to hard, talk about being daddy s little princess. All his orders got backed up just cause it took a couple of minutes to open the door. When I called the location to tell them about the incident they told me he was their best drivers. Well that doesn t inspire much confidence. Bunch of awipes They have forgotten my drinks or did my order wrong but I have never once complained even when I didn t get my drink or my pizza was undercooked or cold. These folks have come through for us consistently over the last 3 yrs. Always what we ordered, fresh to our door. Today was the first time they delivered a sub-par pizza. I drove it back to the location and showed them the product. They did not hesitate to agree with me. They courteously made me a fresh brand new pizza on the spot. Hands down the worst dominos location Ive ever ordered from. They rarely even answer the phone. If they do, theyre as rude as it gets. They take forever regardless of what you order and the order is wrong OFTEN. Dont bother trying to call to get it fixed either, youll be wasting your time. Even pickup is upwards of an hour when theyre dead slow. Despite all of the above, Im babysitting today and decided to give them another try. 40 minutes after placing my order, I received a phone call letting me know that they wont deliver to my apartment complex due to safety concerns. I literally live directly across the street from the store, in Carrollton, and it is currently noon on a Saturday. Not to mention that somebody could have called when I placed the order. When I told the girl that I was not able to come pick it up, I was abruptly hung up on. Currently my order still has not been canceled in their system, and surprise surprise, no one will pick up the phone. The Dominos on Rosemead is 5 minutes away. Ive lived in the area for years and they have never once had ANY of the ridiculous issues that this location has. Do yourself a favor and just go pickup from them. Youll be doing yourself a huge favor.

Look at these perfect pizzas. I ve been using this Domino s location for over five years now. I ve tried the Marcos and other chains and they don t compare to just regular Domino s. They are always reliable with delivery and always friendly. I use their app. This is our go to pizza place. Update: another Wednesday another Pizza night with my 6year old as is our tradition. Worst pizza I think Ive ever had. It was old ,the toppings were just thoughtlessly thrown all over the place so that we had big bald patches without even sauce over like 75%. Really just didnt even slightly care about the product and it shows. The stuffed cheesy bread was a joke, most of it didnt have any stuffing at all, just literally bread. Ive been to several locations and order was always correct. I only ordered from this location because they deliver to my address. I ALWAYS order square cut with hand tossed crust. My pizza came pie cut on thin crust and very little sauce. When I called to complain, I was told they cant redeliver because they dont have enough drivers. My options were to get a refund or get a new order but I would have to pick it up myself.

Hands down my best experience with any pizza chain! The online was easy and the pizza was hot and fresh and showed up in amazing time. And the pizzas were BOMB. I moved to this area a couple years ago and Dominos has always been my favorite place to get pizza from. So Ive purchased from this location several times before ultimately stopping. The quality is very lacking. Im not sure if its just this location, or the entire franchises standards, but its consistently overcooked, and the sauce barely exists. Even when I order extra sauce it would not even suffice on a regular pizza. Theres loads bubbles and sloppy toppings. Having worked at 4 other locations, for 3 different franchises, I would have never been proud of this product. Ive since stopped getting dominos and have switches to Marcos. Which has great consistent quality thats worth the few dollars more that I pay.

I ordered the large pizza with chicken and mushrooms along with the boneless chicken wings. Generally we order from pizza hut so we compared the two. Dominos did better with the flavor however their large pizza was smaller and dryer. The pizza also was not hot but warm. The boneless chicken wings were not wings at all. In fact they were small and hard like rocks- also warm. I sent the attached pictures to a friend who works at a different dominos and he said they gave us chicken poppers instead. I will warn you not to order chicken poppers. Also the person making the pizzas and preparing the dough was not wearing gloves. In fact, none of the employees preparing food were wearing gloves. This is my first and only impression of dominos pizza.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a large pizza and wings and my food never came I even called there once and kept getting different times. Now I m having to go get food elsewhere with my hungry 1 year old. Never again dominos such a Dissapointment and bad customer service

Im sorry but they do not wash their hands in this place enough for me. They go from taking money then right back to cook pizza. No hand washing. I saw a guy walk in from outside and go behind counter and just start handling food. Not a good practice.

Its very rare for anything to go wrong on my order and 99.9% of the time shows up perfectly. If it doesnt there is an online tool on their website to help and its pretty great. Considering the shortage of drivers and workers everywhere its pretty awesome to do as good as they do

I would give a zero if it was exist they can t find a pin pointed address and accurately order come out absolutely nothing like it everything but no pineapple pizza should have everything on it besides pineapple but the girl on the counter is so high on her mind of course it easy to mess that up, because they go out with store mngr to score an 8th ball on duty just to function take it from there good luck industry u are heft to junkies!!!

Placed an online order for delivery at 7:30. At 8:25, the online tracker wouldn t let me track it so I called the store. They then told me they voided my order and I was outside their delivery perimeter. I live 2 minutes away on the same street. (My kid is sick and didn t want to bring him out anywhere) Usually Dominos won t allow me to order if I m outside their delivery perimeter. I asked how long my order had been sitting up there, they confirmed 25 minutes.... They failed to notify me by email or phone. Just sitting here waiting on my pizza to be delivered while it s sitting on their counter getting cold. Poor customer service.

Today on this terrible wintery day my team dedicated themselves to coming into work to take care of our patients. I tried ordering them lunch from several places with no luck!
