Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your kids here. It s an Irish pub. No children or teens. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. There s an ADA compliant ramp and everything is on the same floor at this bar. Also, with some maneuvering to the booths you d likely be able to sit a wheelchair in them comfortably given their size. Also has ADA compliant restroom stall.

Went in with me brother and pa and liked the drinks they had, service came around exactly when we felt we needed another pour guinness was tasty, harp came from a can. Food was ok but the only gripe I have is not being able to change to music even though we were the only ones there bar keep told me that it was a corporate Playlist which he had no control over but was able to lower the volume and skip the songs. Pretty good experience though and would go again Parking: 2 hour limit on parking in parking garage

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is far above and beyond anywhere else Ive been. The food is great and dont get me started on the drinks here! The only problem is it can get pretty hot in there, they need to turn the AC down. Outside of that Id recommend this place to anyone, its my favorite Pub to hangout at.

Waited two hours to sing. We were number 20 and 21 when we signed up. Two hours later, were number 16 and 17. The DJs excuse was there were 30 people in front of us, yet we were number 20 and 21. So basically we got pushed down the list for two hours. We drove a long way into Dallas just for the live band karaoke. Never got to sing. Not happy. Im willing to bet we arent the only ones with this experience. As a professional KJ myself, this is unacceptable. Id recommend a new KJ. Thank you. Otherwise, great place. Five stars for the wait staff only.

Gotta get a different MC for Kareoke night. The guy tonight made me wait. Two hours for my position in line to only go backwards. I tipped $5, now I m asking for my tip back and leaving. Will update this to 5 stars if someone competent is hired at MC bc everything else was good. The band was great, I gave them some beers. Sucks waiting from 10:20 to 12:20 just to see the number next to your name get higher

Beer, service, and atmosphere is good. Food was awful. Been craving a taste of home (Suffolk) and came in for a Sunday roast right at 4pm when it starts. Im fairly certain it was cooked yesterday, or maybe last Sunday. The sausage rolls were essentially the same as frozen bagel dogs (cheesy hot dogs stuffed in bagel dough). At $100 for 2 people, this wasnt great. If youre English and want a pint, swing by, but dont order food. Edit: they asked me to email and I did. I got no reply, just like all the other negative reviews. Avoid this place.

A disappointing experience. Came here for the full English breakfast but a full English it is not. No hash browns, no blood sausage, no grilled tomato, and the tomato beans are just regular ol pinto beans -- no tomato sauce. Its basically a Dennys grand slam, but with grilled mushrooms and pinto beans instead of hash browns and a pancake. I dont know whats worse: calling this a full English, or pricing it at $20. They should call it half of a full English and price it accordingly. Or alternatively, they should drive to the grocery store and buy some hash browns, tomatoes, tomato beans, and blood sausage. I know for a fact that all of these groceries can be found in DFW. Is management just lazy? Also, the gentleman who seated us (the manager?) didnt inform the hostess nor the server we were there, so we sat at our table for fifteen minutes without anyone coming to take our order. Finally I walked over to the hostess and asked her to please inform the server that someone was seated at our table. The server came immediately and was very apologetic that our table had been overlooked -- indeed, nobody had informed her about us. Poor management. Edit: updated my review from two stars to one star, after Harwood replied to my review asking for me to email them, and I emailed them, and then they never replied to my email. Rude!

UPDATE: I am emailed the email that the responder told me to. NEVER heard back and I even followed up. Nothing was done about this. I have been going to this place for about 3 years now and I have never had an experience like last night. There was a creepy middle aged guy at the bar that was being touchy to me and messing with the boys we were with as well. When he gets up, the boys we are with took his seat because he no longer was sitting there. The man must know people at the bar and he said something we assume, to get 2 of the boys we were with kicked out. When we politely asked the management why they were getting kicked out, we got attitude back. One of the managers said I m not talking to you when I asked what was going on. They handled this situation completely unprofessionally and on top of that, allow creepy men to lurk and stay at the bar and kick out people just trying to enjoy karaoke night. We will never be coming back to this awful establishment.

Great atmosphere. Food was only so-so. The Chicken Tiki Marsala and Fish and Chips were recommended. The marsala part was good, but the rice was undercooked. Sent it back and it came back the same way. Bar manager said she tried it and it was the way they served it. Thats too bad. Fish was cooked at too low of a temperature so it was oily and mushy. Female bartender didnt seem to care about her job. Manager comped my fries. Had planned to come back after the JVN show, but decided it wasnt worth it.

Service was not too cheery and not too considerate.

LONG RANT. Im usually not one to wrote bad reviews but this was too disappointing for me. I was so looking forward to a traditional roast dinner at this place. As a Brit living in Dallas it is super hard to find traditional food here. I have my mother visiting and I could not wait to have a Sunday roast with her. As per the website, online menu and physical menu given... I went for the 4pm Sunday roast. Was there a Sunday roast? Absolutely not. Our waitress told us it was sold out. Come to find out from the manager that it was actually not even being served on this specific Sunday. Maybe it was just bad luck? well, we had to pick a different meal. And my mother and I chose to order from the holiday menu, beef wellington. Sadly that was also sold out. We then decide to get fish and chips. The food came and we were literally served chips, as in potato chips. Not traditional pub chips. I asked for a side of mayonnaise, they also did not have that. I asked for a side of gravy, nope, did not have that. I had to order a side of fries because potato chips just wouldnt cut it for me. Now Im left so damn hungry for food on a Sunday evening. Honestly, I was so looking forward to enjoying my time here but it was awful. The atmosphere was beautiful but everything fell flat. Sadly, I will not be coming back.

First time here and overall its a nice place. Spacious and clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Staff was attentive and friendly. Not too many TVs but its expected since it resembles an english pub. Patty melt sandwich we ordered was really good Bourbon toffee cake couldve been a little sweeter for my taste but still good. Two cons that I can mention is that we werent able to see a specific champions league game because one customer had already requested a different game and staff couldnt switch a specific game to a specific tv so I resorted to watching game on my phone. The other drawback back is that parking situation not the greatest from what we saw. There was no parking garage available nearby that I can recall so had to drive around a couple times until a spot on street was available. Parking: Hard to find parking nearby other than street parking if lucky.

Probably a better spot for the nearby office workers to grab lunch or happy hour, vs. actually coming for dinner. Glad we tried it...probably wont come back since we got it checked off the list. A friend and I met for dinner on a Tuesday evening arriving about 6:45, just in time to get a drink at happy hour pricing. It was a nice evening and we decided to sit outside as we thought it would be quieter to allow for conversation. There was only one other occupied table outside when we were seated. The service was great. I ordered an Old Fashioned and my friend a Guinness. They arrived promptly and both were as expected. We ordered dinner shortly after 7:00. My friend the Roast Beef sandwich and me the Irish Mac & Cheese. Both were excellent, large portions and served promptly and professionally. The only downside, other than prices a bit high for pub fare (but not unexpected given the location), was the music volume. We could not hear each other across the table without raising our voices. A few more tables filled in around us outside as the evening progressed and it got worse as everyone was shouting to be heard. We finished our meal and strained conversation by 8:30, well in advance of their 2:00 am closing time. So, if youre looking for a good early evening dinner over which you can shout at your friends, this is your kind of place. Me, not so much.

As soon as we walked in, we knew this was a place we could chill and the overall vibe was just excellent. Our waitress was very polite. Pros: the food had good flavor, ESPECIALLY the Brussels sprouts--they come in this tiny cauldron, and had bacon and brown sugar among the ingredients--SO good!!! Cons: I had a sandwich, and it was *small*. For $20, the expectation of a decent amount of meat isnt an undue expectation . And my husband ordered a Colonel Taylor--either the waitress or bartender didnt know what drink that is and he got something like it--also clearly stated on the receipt it was a different spirit than what was ordered--next time, let the customer know either you dont have said item or *ask* for clarification if whats ordered isnt something thats not known about. My husband ordered his drink and the waitress *sprinted* off--& my husband said shell be back in a moment to ask how I want it --& sure enough, thats what happened. A little training will go a long way Also, the place was practically empty when we were there at 2pm on a weekday--cant blame things on being busy. Not a bad place, especially if one can find parking .

The place has a limited but decent selection of food and drinks. Some areas do not have the best seating arrangement; have bumped my knees multiple times against the metal legs of the rustic tables because the booths dont have enough space to slide in or out.

We went there to watch the end of the Super Bowl game, the place seemed excessively dark to me; The beers are reasonably priced, two $15.

It should be considered a crime against all reason to serve potato CHIPS (crisps in england) with fish and chips which are supposed to be french fries. Also the fish was a very small portion and not that great. I cant imagine what an english person would think if they visited this place I suspect they would be extremely upset.

Held a corporate happy hour here recently and it went so well! Food was presented well and delivered on time, and everyone enjoyed the outdoor patio. Staff was excellent and upfront with costs, and open to moving us inside for inclement weather. Everyone loved this event, highly recommend!

Super cute and fun. The drinks were OK - seemed super sweet. I would definitely come back bc the parking was easy and the vibe is fun but your best bet is to order a beer IMHO. Like this is a destination for atmosphere more than the food menu - it s more like pub style but definite great value for the price. I would do a group event here 100%! The staff could not be nicer! Thank you!

The staff was super friendly and quick to notice if we needed anything. Great little place for a catch up and a few beers. Their Happy Hour was pretty good (draft beer $1 off & a lot of other good deals). My husband was sad the Guinness Harp wasn t on tap, but that s the only negative thing he mentioned. Their food was really good over all, but tbh, I would not recommend the pretzels because they were sooo weird! They tasted and had the texture of like beer flavored kolaches !! But I loved everything else, especially the Guinness braised short rib sliders and the bread pudding!
