My wife and I really enjoy going here for a nice breakfast or lunch. I usually get an omelet for breakfast and the croque monsieur sandwich for lunch. My wife got a nice parfait one time, and it looked really good.

Friendly staff. Good recommendations from them at times regarding sandwiches. Vegetarian options: Plenty of options from soup to sandwiches. You can ask for Salads without the meat. Potato galette all time favorite. For soup cream of mushroom is excellent. Parking: Wheel chair accessible parking spots in front of the restaurant and plenty more in the parking lots across from the restaurant.

I should have saved my money the potato soup was bland and the toppings that come in the soup was mashed up in a tiny little bag the size of a dime.. Chicken salad croissant was also a disappointment the croissant was not fresh i had to heat it up a bit to make it soft enough to eat.. Save your money go some where else..! ****The company did reach out as if they were concerned. My fault also that I haven t checked my takeaway box before l left the store. They got two of my pastry orders wrong, (It is what I really intended to drive to that very morning as a jumpstarter ). The manager sent someone to hand deliver it to our doorstep. The delivery person and the manager was able to reverse the situation into something better for their customers. thank you for keeping up with your quality and standards! Kudos!

So we are veterans when it s comes to La Madeline food. First it was one in Meyerland Location for few years, then it was Pearland and then now I would recommend Sugarland Location more than Pearland. The quality and portions of the food since last few months at Pearland is so small that it s ridiculous. When we have visited other La Madeline locations, their food portions have not changed! We did bring it up to the manager, he did stick to his point that they are using some measured cups. But that is not justifiable when other locations portion is noticeably larger. Other than that, the pasta is not even mixed well with the Sauce. Even after I mix it, the sauce is not covered well in the Veggie Pesto Pasta!!! With just a bare minimum toppings! That s not good! Hope this helps. We probably will keep Sugarland and Meyerland locations now on as our go to place!

My wife and I used to be regulars at La Madeleine when we moved to Pearland 3 years ago and have given it the benefit of doubt since COVID with the reduced portion size and lower quality meals. Unfortunately after our most recent trip a week ago, the quality has dropped to a point where its become obvious that less and less customers are seen there. My salmon meal consisted of microwaved/instant rice and a salmon half the size of what it once used to be. My wife and I also felt stomach aches that evening after our meals. It disheartening to see this place drop in quality as much as it has!

I love the vibe of this place. They have ample space and nice staff. This past time we went we booked a room and the air wasnt working in the room that the staff wouldnt say the air was broken, but they kept adding fans to compensate. Thats not my reason for the low rating as those measures are out of their control. This place servers a wide variety of food, but they dont have many (if any) vegan options. They told my wife that they made the greenbeans vegan. We discovered that there was parmesean cheese on the beans. The rest of the party eat dairy products so we let it slide. I would like more vegan options not only for myself, but also for people who are severely lactose intolerant.

It was a great little place to eat. You feel clean and satisfied when you leave. The atmosphere is joyful and peaceful all at the same time. The staff are amazing. They are welcoming and insightful. Went in around 10 am yesterday . Ordered 3 almond crossaints which were stale and hard. Also got my family sandwiches with a small soup and I got my son breakkfast which was disgusting. I got myself a pesto penne pasta with chicken & theoasta was good but not the chicken you ckukd taste the chicken being very old. Round up to $89 dollars which is CRAZY for the quality of food. The restaurant also needs some cleaning , you could tell nobody takes their time to sweep and wipe counters and tables.

Pearland Town Center Location: I would give a 0 star if I could! We come here solely because it is the only place after church with no wait well I would rather wait in line! This morning was the final straw, there was hair in my omelet and the manager refunded me $12 for the omelet! I have never gone to a restaurant that would not comp an entire meal for this reason! I spent over $50 and my family didn t finish the food after the hair was found. I m speechless! On top of the hair we have been dealing with dirty silverware, sticky tables and to to solve the sticky table issues they just covered them with plastic table cloths. Seriously a poor representation of customer service and good management. Horrible . Save your money!!!

I was so excited when I saw we had the French cafe local related to Mimis Cafe. We loved Mimis 4 cheese grilled cheese and were so excited this was on the menu here too! We hurried in and ordered it and when it came out our smiles tend upside down. Mimis has the cheese on the outside of the bread too and when we got our sandwich it was just 2 pieces of bread with a little bit of butter on it with cheese on inside...nothing special. The soup was ok nothing to write home about. My husband got the French dip and said it was good. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was ok. The tables were sticky and we used baby wipes to clean them but think its just the wood that doesnt have a clear coat anymore so its just sticky. Price was good but you get what you pay for.

My family of 4 come to this place almost every Saturday. As of now, this location is the only La Madeleine that serves the Cafe sampler with the 3 items in the same plate. They do this to reduce the dish portion. Lately, I see that they keep reducing the portion as you can see the soup in the cup is not all the way up. I had to return a dish because of this issue and ask to get the correct portion. Prices increase but quality and quantity of food reduces. Pay attention to your serving portion when you dine in this La Madeleine. I have not had this problem in other La Madeleines. Specially, the one in Sugar Land (Colony Mall) is my favorite one.

Mediocre at best. The service is painfully slow and the food isnt always fresh. Ive been back several times because I want to like it. Its very quaint and cozy. Being first-time visitors was not pleased that no one was helpful to explain how things worked. We kind of just wondered about looking at things. No welcome or nothing. Then we figured we had to order first. Ordering was okay. We had to get our own menu since none is posted. We ordered a fountain drink and were just handed a cup. No explaining where the dispenser was. Upon finding the dispenser, I realized I would have to get my own utensils. None of this was explained. Now to the food.... it was delicious. I had the classic, grilled cheese w tomato soup. My girl had the 1/2 turkey bistro sandwich, soup , and ceaser salad. The sandwiches and soup were spot on. The salad needed a little more dressing. Terrible. Very terrible. This is the second time I ate at this place. The first time was fine. Let me preface this by saying I love la Madeleine, just not this location. The Clearlake location is fantastic. la Madeleine is great, but this location sucks. The wait staff forgot about me completely and by the time the latte I ordered reached me, it was garbage. Updated review: Smaller portions, lower quality, high prices, poor customer service I came to this restaurant yesterday morning and it was horrible. I waited awhile to order with 4 people in front of me. Some business women cuts in the front of everyone saying she has a business meeting to go to and needs her order. I guess making it to my work shift on time was not as important. Then the manager let every one else in line know he would be pausing taking orders so he could deal with the door dash drivers. After all this time wasted I just left. This place is too understaffed to have both doordash and regular customers and it was really unfair to let someone cut in front when other people were already waiting. The place needs cleaning, especially the floors. The offers of the food dishes presented in the window are ugly. The mushroom soup was horrible and I could only taste it. The workers are friendly. I do not wish to return. I always went to La Madeleine 10001 Westheimer Rd and its different!

Went into la Madeline and picked up a jar of tomato basil soup and a jar of blackberry spread. When I got to the counter I also ordered two creme brûlée desserts. The employee rang up the order and I paid. I choose not to leave a tip for takeout counter service. My assumption here is that this decision affected the rest of the transaction. The employee boxed the desserts and dropped the box into a bag. Because he did not close the box, one dessert came out of the box and the other was upside down in the box. He made no attempt to bag the other two purchases so I handled that part myself. Again, I am assuming this was the result of me not leaving a tip for counter service and I could be wrong. But if what I experienced was normal operating procedure, it was indeed a poor performance.

The quality of the food has really tanked. I came here yesterday and ordered the same thing I order every time; the chicken salad sandwich and potato soup. The potato soup literally tasted like water and a scoop of powder-based, bag mashed potatoes. And as far as the sandwich, Ive tried better from the HEB deli, not to mention it was a lot smaller than usual.

The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived. The person that took our order was friendly and helpful and answered the questions that we had. We easily found a booth and our food was served within minutes. We ordered kids pizza, four cheese grilled cheese, pesto pasta, tomato soup, chicken Riveira, Nutella and strawberry crepes, and lemonades. All of the food was exceptionally good. The food was fresh, prepared well, and very tasty. The avocado in the chicken Riveira sandwich was more than sufficient and the four grilled cheese sandwich was amazing. The crepe was a new item on the menu and it was great for dessert! I will be visiting again.

I ve been going to La Madeleine for years and have always loved it. Recently we placed an order for pickup at this location and when we got home, the pesto pasta had no pesto sauce on it, the potato galette had no seasoning and was not fresh and I didn t receive the croutons and chives for my soup. It was disappointing because we were hungry and they were closing within the hour and we were not going to drive 30 mins back for them to remake it. I called and spoke to the manager Callie and sent her an email showing the pictures and my receipt. She apologized for the inconvenience and wanted to make it right so she sent us gift cards to use in the future. She said she would be communicating the issue with management and the prep team so they can make sure not to make this mistake again.
