I recently visited Carl s Jr. and here s my experience: Food Quality: The food was very disappointing I ordered 5 Famous Star burger and small and medium fries, and the burgers were soggy and heavily saucy . The portion size of the fries were small for the price. Service: The service was fast due to 20-30 burgers just sitting under heat lamp. The staff were unfriendly/not helpful. My order was inaccurate and took a while. Asked for fresh food at the beginning of ordering the cashier Suvanna (maybe spelled wrong) ignored my request continue with attitude also this cashier had pink eye serving customers. Forgot to add the medium fries so I had to pay again which wasn t a problem, 2 of the burger were not correct so I had to replace those. The small fry was not filled up words from the employee. So they did cook more. Went home and the burger were horrible! Lettuce and tomato was hot and soggy due to sitting underneath hot lamp. Kids burger drenched with mayo and ketchup. Called the store to let them know about the burgers she asked me to bring them back. Upon entering the building I open the bag so she could see the items the manager snatched the bag out of my hand and yelled at me and said I was the only customer to complain. I asked to speak to the general manager which he was there. As I tried talking to him he touched my hand and said his job is to make sure I got my burgers but ignored the fact his manager snatched bag out of my hand and yelled at the top of her lungs at me. Customers came in and asked Chris the GM if anyone was causing problems he the. Decided to call the police on me and my kids. The manager crystal decided to talk about me with another customer. I did get my money back for 4 burger but not the 5th one. Atmosphere: The restaurant was dirty/noisy. And the overall vibe was uninviting. Overall Experience: Overall, I didn t enjoy my experience at Carl s Jr. because the staff from the general manager on down has terrible customer service . I would not recommend this location if you re looking for quick meal, good burgers, etc.. Rating: I would rate my experience 0 out of 5 stars. And would like a higher up to please contact me about my experience at this location! I will never spend another penny at this location!

Its fast food, but the crew was exceptionally nice and friendly. Heres the thing with Carls: NO major chain makes a burger to match them. The smoky, grilled flavor beats everyone, even Burger King among the big ones... And FYI their breakfast is on point too. Too bad there arent more locations.

Great food, bargains, customer service, clean, and your food is hot. Ive eaten in and done drive thru and never disappointed. Parking: Unlimited parking as its next to a store. Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is ramp accessible with at least 4 reserved spots.

Just had one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a fast food restaurant. I ordered on the app and went to pick up the food only to wait nearly 20 minutes for food that wasnt correct. The food was also cold and stale. Fries we botched together, buns were very very wet and soggy and they didnt even get the order right. A worker was arguing with someone on his personal phone and had an attitude. I definitely wont be back at this location.

First time eating at a Carls jr and service wasnt great. I run a restaurant and Id be livid if my employees didnt have good customer service. All she kept saying was anything else Damn she said it at least 8 times. Felt rushed. I dont like when order takers say any thing else after every little thing. When we got to the window no hi how are you we just got told our total. Handed out drinks and food with No straws. I assume was in the bag.... And then given our change with a NO thank you

This is a great Carls Jr.!!! Excellent customer service! I was in a hurry to order and pay on the app that I mistakenly put the 2 of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap instead of REMOVE the lettuce. I only want to ask for the buns but they took back my burgers and corrected my order even if its my fault. They made my day especially its my birthday today!

I haven t eaten here in years but I was extremely impressed with how good my food was & how fresh it was. They have the BEST seasoned waffle fries I ve ever had! My food was piping hot (not bad) being freshly cooked & it was great. The young lady working the drive-thru was super friendly & genuine. Stop by if you haven t in awhile you will be pleasantly surprised. 5 Parking: There is plenty of parking along 2 sides of the building.

April is extremely rude. My husband and I went through the drive thru tonight for dinner, and was trying g to tell her our order, when she RUDELY interrupted me and said NO ma am, I m with a customer look over the menu I ll take your order in a min!! .. umm no ma am yourself, you do NOT ever speak to a customer like that. Absolutely will NOT be back to this location while she s employed there! Plus the fries were ice cold, and I said easy bbq sauce and they put extra.. people need to listen

Went there to pick up a Doordash delivery. The tall gentleman at the front was very nice and welcoming. He already had the order bagged up and ready to go. He explained he was new working up front. Apparently, he qrote the incorrect name on the bag and the woman working the drive thru was aggressively chastising him. She wrote the correct name and went back to the drive thru. He handed me the two drinks. Since its a delivery for a customer and I typically sit their orders on the ground, I asked him for a cup holder. He again said he was new and needed to ask her where they were. She replied, sge needs a drink carrier for ONE drink. I told her, no maam, I have TWO drinks and this is a delivery. She tells him where they are and to give it to me with the bag it was wrapped in. She told him I had to put the drinks in it. I started to open the bag and she told me to leave it like I got it. I just started to put them in the bagged holder in any way I could to just get outta there. She grabbed it from me to open the bag and put them in there. I grabbed it back and told her she was being aggressive for no reason. She denied it. I told her she surely was and she replied, Whatever! and walked away. Just as I turned to leave, I saw someone who I assumed was the manager. She confirmed she was. I told her the woman at the drive thru window was so effing rude not only to me but to the employee. She apologized for the emploees behavior but seemed like she wasnt really gonna address it. I told her thank you but I only would only accept it if she addressed the issue. I dont wish the employee to lose her job but some training on customer service and working positively with others is needed. (Im frustrated so I may have forgotten some things). Just treat people how you wanna be treated.

Do not bother ordering ahead as they do not have a pickup counter. If you re trying to save time by ordering ahead then either become comfortable cutting people in line or go somewhere else. The food was ok for a fast food burger. I d put it a star above mcdonalds and a star below Whataburger, so that s what I did.
